I’m
not
one
for
writing
negative
reviews,
but
this
practice
should
be
ashamed
of
itself.
This
was
my
PCP
for
nearly
a
decade
and
over
the
past
three
years,
it’s
gotten
progressively
worse.
First
of
all,
their
system
for
setting
an
appointment
is
a
joke
for
anyone
with
a
job.
You
call
and
leave
a
message
for
the
triage
nurse
and
pray
you
can
answer
the
phone
when
they
decide
to
call
you
back.
They
have
an
online
patient
portal
where
you
can
supposedly
communicate
with
your
doctor
but
they
have
never
responded
to
a
single
question
that
myself
or
my
husband
has
ever
asked.
In
fact,
my
husband
was
trying
to
book
an
appointment
and
after
three
days
of
calling
he
finally
just
found
a
new
PCP
in
another
network,
and
I’ll
be
following
suit.
My
most
recent
headache
has
been
trying
to
obtain
medical
records
that
are
needed
for
my
life
insurance
policy.
The
medical
records
office
simply
will
not
call
anyone
back.
We
have
been
trying
for
3
months.
Beyond
these
frustrations,
the
patient
care
experience
is
not
good.
On
one
occasion
I
had
an
appointment,
showed
up
on
time,
got
checked
in,
was
sent
back
to
the
room
and
sat
for
well
over
an
hour
without
so
much
as
a
nurse
popping
in.
I
finally
went
to
the
nurses
station
where
I
was
informed
that
my
doctor
wasn’t
working
in
that
office
that
day.
They
said
it
to
me
as
if
it
was
my
fault.
I
told
them
that
since
I
was
unaware
that
I
even
had
a
dedicated
doctor
because
I
have
literally
never
been
seen
by
the
same
provider.
So
they
sent
in
a
medical
student
to
see
me.
On
another
occasion
when
I
was
fighting
severe
food
poisoning
after
raw
pork
was
accidentally
splashed
in
my
face,
I
was
seen
by
two
med
students
who
told
me
to
just
go
home
and
wait
it
out.
I
eventually
went
to
urgent
care
where
I
was
prescribed
antibiotics
that
began
to
clear
up
my
system
within
hours.
