The hostess was rude and straight us miserable. She brought us to a booth, I asked for a high chair and she said they can’t go into booths. I said okay can we have a table then? She sighed and made comments under her breath. We weren’t given water or plates our entire meal. The wonton tacos were cold. We still hadn’t received our drinks by the time our meals came. The ribs were chewy, the chicken Alfredo barely had any sauce. The best part of the meal was the frozen mozzarella sticks. Then the waitress comes over to let us know they are out of Makers Mark. We all looked toward the bar and saw a half full bottle on the shelf. I had to point it out to them. The table next to us also had multiple complaints. Over all a really bad experience with everything. I’m still hungry and unsatisfied. Headed to get pizza which never fails.

We went to this location to celebrate my son's first ever sporting event. We waited for 20 while the staff socialized and lastly proceeded at a languid pace to clean tables so that we could be seated. Our server Cirah H was an absolute delight. She was very attentive and accommodating and the only reason I didn't rate this place with a single star. I would give Cirah H 5 stars for her service alone if I could. The food was lackluster, except for dessert, and overpriced. My son was extremely disappointed with his food. He ordered the honey chicken tenders with four cheese pasta. The chicken was dry, there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pasta and what was there was overpowered by the sauce from the chicken. He ended up ordering a burger to take home because he didn't want to eat anymore of his pasta. I should have just ordered the appetizers I ordered as take out for my meal. We both enjoyed our desserts and our beverages so there's that.

This place needs an overhaul in management! Empty tables and still saying 20-25 minute wait! Unbelievable.

So, I decided on July 14th to order a kid's meal through the app since I didn't want something too heavy while at work. Arrived and was told someone would be with me shortly. 5-10 mins later, after seeing several employees holding conversations, I was taken care of by someone who happened to be taking care of guests and tables around where I was standing. Was then told that the bag I initially reached for is ok to take. I know it's supposed to be a children's meal but make the bread smaller or the patty bigger. All that bread might satisfy a 5 year old but above that, they'll still be hungry. The tomato slice was bigger than the burger patty!?! Also arrived back to work and saw my apple juice wasn't in my bag. I'll stick to going there after 9pm for half off appetizers. For all of that I just could've went to the Wendy's across the parking lot and for $2.50 less purchased a 4 for $4. Smh....

The service was sub par but there's always room for improvement. The last time I was there, was when I was watching some sports. The bartender there was very friendly. The food and atmosphere are good. The service could be improved. I'll give it a 9.5/10. Other than that, it met my expectations. Experience wise, I think the serveys should be encouraged.

Went for $1 margarita night because I had a hard week. The bartender was on top of her job! Making sure my cup stays full! However, she needs to work on her "last call" yell. I had my personal music playing while gaming on Monopoly Go on my phone, and when I looked up and was ready to order an appetizer and another round, the bar and kitchen were closed. Chairs were on top of the table. I had no concept that time really had flown by! I will definitely go back for margarita Night. But this time, I'll be much earlier. The drinks were perfectly made and not water down.

The employees, especially the female bar tender, seem to have an attitude and pay a lot more attention to female customers over other customers. Very inattentive and borderline nasty. Even after I gave her a 50% tip, she still had a nasty look on her face. The food has greatly improve since the last time I've been there, so I am increasing my rating; however, the staff was inexcusably rude and unprofessional. The door greeter didn't get the door, didn't ask where we'd like to be seated, and just walked away. One employe was sitting by the front door trying to flirt with a female coworker and ignored everyone else there. Honestly, management needs to just clean house, fire everyone, and get people who act like they actually want a job instead of letting these nasty slobs run this restaurant into the ground. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Went in after a long day of work. Walked in and there was a hostess talking to the security guard. Hostess disappeared for a minute and then returns, no greeting no nothing just a “follow me” to the table. Ordered food. Wings and fries were standard. Ordered a margarita and it took about ten minutes to get. Glass wasn’t even filled all the way and no sugar on my rim. But the cherry on top is when we received the check. A lot of places now have the QR code on the bottom where you can open up your browser, scan the code and it will prompt you for payment through online. That’s exactly what I did. So as we are walking out the security is yelling ma’am how did you pay your bill? I said i payed online. Showed him the confirmation screen and the Apple Pay transaction. Then the server comes out and says yea I don’t see it. She must have been new. So she prompts me to the manager and kiosk where they handle all the transactions. She looks it up and so does the manager then explains how sometimes it doesn’t work or go through. Well common sense will tell you if something isn’t working or functioning correctly then you should abort it. Then the manager proceeds to the back. How embarrassing and rude!! Who walks out on a $50 check for wings?!?

Horibbleeeeeeee!!!!!! This was my 1st & last time at this location, when I walked in there was no host set up at the front so i was confused & had to ask someone at the bar where to go to be seated. When directed to the host I asked if i could sit at a particular booth & her response was “No, No, No”. Then I noticed a couple was waiting at the bar before I arrived must’ve requested it before me so she sat them there. All she had to say was “A party asked for it before you but I will still try to accommodate you” the “no, no, no” is just soooo unprofessional. The food was also HORRIBLE. The fries were not good! The burger was overcooked with no flavor! The bun was stale! The only thing I enjoyed was the brownie bite smfh. WASTE OF MONEY! The bathrooms are a mess & when I finally got a look of the manager it all makes sense! I worked at an applebees location 11 yrs ago & the manager would never allow this!!!! The host had to clean the bathrooms every hour on the hour & if there were ANY complaints we would get addressed immediately!! The most important part the chefs could actually cook! If anything was slipping the regional management would come in & get things together real quick. I guess times have changed & this location needs some straightening asap !!

My only issue was a set back in waiting to be seated. You should be seated first come first served! It shouldn't be a matter of whether you know a worker or not to receive any special privileges. That isn't good for business.

We sat at the bar, sat Jan 6, 2024. The service was outstanding! The staff was very welcoming & the ma ager Richard checked on us. (We were a party of 3).

Neva was necessarily da Applebee's dude cuz I love Chili's. My mom would take me nd my siblings here our whole childhood afta good report cards. It's ard, not dat I was excited to go cuz da food jus satisfactory.

Used to be nice but it was horrible this time. We were all excited to eat here but received a half-hearted welcome from the hostess. We asked to be seated in a certain area and was told no. When we were actually seated, the server never came to our table. After sitting for over 15 mins with no water or server, we got up and left. On top of all that the table next to us saw a huge roach and none of the staff came to check on them or see what was wrong. Not acceptable at all. We will definitely not be back.

Servers attitude could have been more customer friendly . Waited 20 minutes for service. 20 minutes later we still do not have any food. Then, never got the salad but got the entree. Chicken Alfredo was dry asked for more Alfredo sauce and was charged $2. Overall, the entree had good flavor though.

Nice outing with my hubby. Decided to take part in the Endless boneless wings n fries. That Cylpso frozen drink was really gd. Don't drink too fast ur gonna get a brain freeze. My server Isaiah was very funny and pleasant.

We're the actual only white people in the place. waitress could not get the order right. made me watch my man eat Then I was served. chicken was hard as a rock, sent it back, same thing again. people loud rude and had an attitude over things, other people with orders. When paying the waiter had to be asked 3 times for my credit card. yup, trying to pull a fast one.

Waiter put the order in so everything came at the same time, SMH. After our food was delivered, appetizers, salad, main course, the waiter never came back to check on us. We only had plastic utinensils, no steak sauce, no ketchup, nothing. No water, nothing. I bought my food home, all of it!!

A couple months ago I called and placed a to go order. I went to pick up my order but I was in a rush so I didn't look at my food until I got home. When I opened up my food it was all burnt. I was so upset. I love Applebees. I spoke with the manager and told him if I dined in my food would not have looked like that. He said oh that happens often. I'm like what. Anyway he said he would refund my money but I told him I just wanted my meals cooked over. He told me no he was just going to give me my money back. I said I would never go there again. Its a shame we can't have nothing decent in our neighborhoid

Where do I begin? Every worker is on their phones, where is management? Its been several years since we've had dinner at this location and it will be our last. If you want a decent Applebee's experience go to a location in the county, thank me later! Food was just OK, music was Great.

I went into Applebee's about 6:45pm. The waitress Arielle was Awesome. She took the drink and food order made sure my food was cooked also tasted great. Arielle kept checking to see if anything else was needed. Dessert recommendations were given which, the hot blondie brownie was delicious 😋. I would definitely visit again and ask for her area to sit.

Food was cold. Plate was hot but the food stone cold. Tasted Microwaved. Drinks were OK. Only good thing was service. Our waitress ( a really tall black girl with Goddess braids) was the silver lining she was personable, friendly and apologetic for the dishes coming out of the kitchen.

The drinks were the only thing was good. The food taste like it was leftover from the night before. We as our waitress what she recommend and we took her advice. Big mistake. The waitress was great in the beginning but went downhill formed after that. And yes I did tip her 15%. The waitress should I have great customer service greeting us until we pay

The waitresses took awhile because there was only one server. Food was good but could have been warmer. Workers were friendly but walked around a lot and didnt do much work. Only 4 max people were helping/serving customers. Wouldn’t recommend for the best choice of Applebee’s, maybe would go again. Just take out.

Great time. Food was on point and so was the staff. Plus you know they have the meal deals 2 for 25 + dollars, depending upon which you choose. I love their meal deal because the food was great 👍 😋 😌 . The area is good its city line which leads into the county no drama.

Not the usual service we're used to at Applebee's. We waited well over 20 minutes just for placesettings & to place our drink orders after being seated right away. We asked at least 3 times for an additional placesetting, because there were 4 of us & we only had 3. We waited an additional 15 - 20 minutes for our appetizers, & our drinks came shortly after. It wasn't crowded; so, I'm not sure why our service was so slow this time around. On a good note, we enjoyed our food, & Applebee's is still one of our favorite family go-to restaurants.

My mother and I experienced the best customer service from our waitress. Anita was very sweet, kind, helpful, and patient with my mother and I. My mother has hearing issues, and Anita had no problem with repeating herself over and over again she did not flinch. She did not seem irritated aggravated or impatient at all. She was a joy! Now there were a lot of flies in the restaurant I even killed eight fly on the table I need to move this to another table quickly!

I stop by after a long day at work. I had an amazing experience at the bar with bartender Javonna! Her service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly. She made great drink recommendations and had a fantastic attitude throughout the night. I'll definitely be back for more great service from her! Highly recommended!

My waiter was the best thing about my visit. My food was cold & took forever to come. The person at the front wasn't a great communicator cause instead of her asking for my party # and telling me how long the wait would be she just walked up and said I have to clean some table off and that was it......I've been coming to this place for a few years and the 1st couple of years was fine but these last 3 years has been a hot mess

The was doing a special for 14.99 but didn't think they was going to run out of food so we got one rib a little of fries for 14.99 and the food rib was red not done

Tiffany was my server. She was attentive, responsive and respectful to our table. We had a 92 year gentleman with us, she assisted with meal selection as well as responded to our numerous requests with a smile. We had some internal confusion at our table, it did not phase her. She should be commended for her patience and kindness!!

I ordered the spinach & artichoke dip which I enjoyed but the portion size did not compare to the photo on the website (not sure if it was supposed to) but I thought it was small although very good. I ordered the loaded chicken fajitas as my entree and was disappointed to see that my order was missing bacon. I requested some from my server and was given a small cupful; order accuracy is a must! With all that being said, the fajitas were tasty and I would definitely order again.

My server was excellent my food was good beside my plate boiling when coming out but my chicken was cold I didn’t complain however a lightskin female with corn rolls and light wya she may have been the manager and ruined my whole vibe she helped deliver orders and i wasn’t sure if the order was mine I said that she got frustrated and in a rude manner raised her voice that she would just throw it in the trash I stated no bring it here it’s fine she kept walking dire guarding what I said her tone and attitude was inappropriate if she’s the manager I won’t be back that was enough to keep me away! I ordered the all ypu can eat wings the parmesan garlic was pretty good the bartender did a terrible job on my frozen magarita they took it off my tab she was nice though. My stomach start hurting so I had tp hurry home. Usually when this.happen the food is not fresh. I will not be going back

Restaurant mostly empty in a Saturday afternoon. Crowd of people waiting to be seated, hostess didn’t acknowledge anyone. I finally had to speak up and ask for a table. Then she kept asking who was there first. When seated, took almost 20 mins for a waitress to come up to us and she kept going to the table next to us bc they kept calling her over while we’re still waiting to even put an order in. Basically there two hours just waiting on people to help us. Food was great though. But horribly atrocious service.

When I say HORRIBLE I MEAN HORRIBLE. The one on aramingo is better. I was a server here for 3 weeks before I just quit. Management is trash (except Rich) the kitchen cooks are NASTY… bathroom always dirty. Flies all around the restaurant. Ughhh just go to the aramingo Applebees or Jenkintown Applebees. Much better.

We had a good dine in experience. Staff were SUPER attentive, maybe because we were the only ones for a bit. Food was good and it was easy to make changes to dishes if needed.

I ordered carside to go and once again no sauce on the pasta. I bought the triple cheese chicken penne and it was super DRY. Everytime I get car side from here they mess up my order. First it was chicken and broccoli Alfredo w/ no Alfredo sauce now it’s this w/ a ungodly amount of bruschetta on top. You’d need to do wayyyyyyyyyy better. Not pleased at all!!

They were short-staffed, we waited over 45 minutes to get waited on, so the manager accommodated us with 2 sampler platters.

Beware! This branch cancels orders if you order through GrubHub or DoorDash for unexplainable reasons. And not like a "we close in 5 mins" type way, my wife and I waited 2 hrs for our food only to have the app tell us it was cancelled. We also looked to see if the restaurant itself closed...nope open and taking orders.

I CAME HERE TO PICK UP. IT WAS SUPER LONG AND THEY LET US STAND OUTSIDE IN THE HOT WEATHER.

This is the first time I have been in a sit-down restaurant since the COVID outbreak. Prior to being seated, I witnessed a staff member turning a table to its side, so it was leaning on a booth, to wipe/disinfect the underside. Then he repeated this process for the other underside and completed the table disinfecting process by wiping the table top. The staff was professional and friendly. The food was delicious but a dinner guest of mine thought her broccoli florets were a tad too salty. Overall, an excellent dining experience I would recommend to anyone.

Food was horrible my salad was all trash pieces of romaine. I had to send back the salad and my first steak because I ordered medium they brought me a well done steak. The second steak (in the picture) was cooked right but tasted so bland and horrible. The waiter was confused and very unprofessional laughing and joking instead of taking our orders and making us wait so he could talk to other employees. DONT COME HERE and the place had hella flies.
