It’s not that many variety of sneakers to get but it’s ok

Ordered sneakers,got an email from them and UPS telling me my items was delivered went to the store my items wasn't there. Called CS they said it was delivered on another day. I'm trying to understand who was telling me a lie either the store or UPS

Im only giving this place.one star because of the lack of customer service i recieved. I Walked in here on tues afternoon looking for something for my son and instead of receiving a Greeting, i got stares. The employee spent more time unboxes packages so i in return took my business elsewhere and went next door. Word of advice footlocker. Plz train your employees how to say hello and smile, a little goes a long way.

Best place to shop for kids shoes. Variety of shoes, easy choice and cost as they should be.

I visited store and the Assistant Manager Jose was very helpful, patient and customer service savvy. Store looks great and clean.

I Love they shoes and colthes for my kids

I had two different size shoes (I hadn't realized for a week). I called, and was told to come in. Employee gave me a brand new pair.

Service not courteous at all and no help was offered when looking for sizes. I purchased a kids t-shirt that was dirty/stained, only realized when I got back home. Poor experience overall.

Drove here at 8:15 Saturday night. Hours on Google said they were open.

The associates were very nice to my son and Shannon did an excellent job helping him decide which sneakers he wanted.

Good store to shop in

We left the store with the wrong pair of shoes and when we returned the sales people were so kind and exchanged the shoes immediately. They were so kind!! I’m going back for my granddaughter’s next pair of shoes !
