Originally, went there to participate in a dig for diamond event during the end of summer (I did not find the diamond, but found 3 ruby stones 😍). They saved my wedding band! I had an eternity band design that a jeweler tried to make bigger. They just cut my band and added a bar. It was horrible! I hadn’t touched it since (5yrs). My husband took my ring to Jaymark, they mapped out a rendering using the same design and scrolls in white gold. I can’t even tell where they added their work! Beautiful work and the customer service was amazing! Highly recommend

I wanted to combine my engagement ring and diamond band into one setting. Not sure where to go since my jeweler retired . So I decided to make an appointment with James ( the owner) after reading all the positive reviews. Mind you, this was the first visit and did not know what to expect. So far I am beyond pleased with his professionalism and knowledge. He explained the process and then put all the pertinent info needed into the computer. He gave of a couple of different estimates, depending on which setting I want to go with. Can’t wait for the next appointment!

I was having my mother-in-law’s faux pearl necklace made into a real pearl necklace. The latch was beautiful and I really wanted to keep it. The staff at Jaymark are absolutely awesome. When I dropped off the old necklace; I accidentally dropped one of my mother-in-law’s old earrings in the parking lot. After receiving a call from Their office to tell me the good news that they had found my earring and bad news that it was run over and damaged. I dropped of the other earring and I asked if they would please fix it. Well COVID-19 was in full swing and I lost track of my earring. I was so very pleasantly surprised to get a call from Michael and remind me that the earring was fixed and ready for me to pick up. The work is so good that I honestly can’t tell which one of the earrings was the damaged one. Thank you guys for the wonderful craftsmanship that made it all possible. One day I hope to pass on these earrings to my mother-in-law’s grandchildren. My mother-in-law lives in the jewelry she left me. I have been going to Jaymark Jewelers for several years. I have purchased jewelry there and have had repairs done there. They are professional, understanding, honest and absolutely amazing. They are the only jewelers I trust and go to!

We've been going here for about a decade or more. Several years ago I brought in a raw stone I bought in Mexico and a design of a ring I had drawn up. They were able to make the ring as drawn and it is one of my favorite rings even today. Previously my wedding ring had 'shrunk' so I wanted a new wedding band but not a normal one. Instead I asked them to replicate a spinner ring I had acquired in Ireland only without the spin. The did it perfectly and I wear it every day. My wife gets her jewelry cleaned and repaired here as well. A full service jeweler for sure. Over the years I've gotten to know the owner and almost always have great conversations as well. If you need jewelry or something repaired this is the place to go.
