Firstly,
I
must
commend
them
in
a
smooth
and
hassle-free
check-in
process.
As
I
was
preparing
for
an
upcoming
work
trip,
I
grew
concerned
about
a
potential
sinus
inflection.
The
bridge
of
my
nose
has
become
tender
and
swollen
over
the
past
couple
of
days,
though
didn’t
have
any
other
symptoms.
Upon
being
seen
by
a
physician,
who
happened
to
wear
glasses,
I
was
pleased
with
her
kind
and
attentive
demeanor.
The
physician
seemed
genuinely
worried
that
there
might
be
an
infection
but
decided
to
seek
a
second
opinion.
Another
physician
entered
the
room,
characterized
by
their
mid-length
blond
hair.
Unfortunately,
my
experience
with
this
individual
was
less
than
satisfactory.
She
began
asking
me
questions
and
pressing
on
my
nose,
but
rather
abruptly
dismissed
everything
I
had
mentioned.
In
a
condescending
manner,
she
insisted,
“my
nose
was
developing
a
pimple
and
red
because
I
had
been
touching
it
all
day”.
To
make
matters
worse,
she
seemed
to
disregard
my
presence
and
proceeded
to
discuss
my
case
with
the
other
physician,
as
if
I
were
invisible.
They
instructed
the
other
physician
to
go
over
face
hygiene
with
me.
After
she
left,
it
was
evident
that
the
physician
with
glasses
recognized
my
feeling
of
being
unheard
and
apologized.
I
could
sense
that
she
genuinely
understood
my
concerns
but
felt
limited
in
her
ability
to
address
them.
It
was
disheartening
to
realize
that
the
appealing
interior
of
this
place
masks
the
lack
of
care
they
demonstrate
towards
their
patients,
almost
coercing
them
into
thinking
that
nothing
is
wrong.
I
cannot
recommend
this
urgent
care
unless
you
are
willing
to
be
manipulated
into
doubting
your
own
knowledge
of
your
body.
