Do not go here!! This place is terrible. When you walk in there’s an “Aggressive behavior will not be tolerated” sign. This should tell you everything you need to know. I scheduled an appointment online, but waited for over an hour to even be seen by the provider. Maybe it was because the front desk put my daughter’s appointment information in wrong, even though they have you fill out paperwork online prior to coming in? Elizabeth Erb, FNP, spent less than 5 minutes in the room with us and honestly, should practice better beside manner. We then waited another hour just to have a prescription question verified! A simple acknowledgement of understanding would have been key, but instead the people at the front desk are rude and everyone seems like they just like to avoid doing their job. Apparently customer service skills are not a requirement. I’d also like to add that NOT ONCE was the front lobby cleaned in at least 2 hours, although the staff made it clear there was a patient waiting with a highly contagious disease. Apparently it’s ok to walk around in your PPE and talk to each other about not knowing where the person sat or what they touched, but have ZERO regard for the health of the other patients in your lobby by cleaning. Now I question if anything else is cleaned after patients… This wasn’t our first visit here, but for sure will be the last.

I've been here twice, first time during covid and second time end of 2022. Staff is always very nice, facility clean, don't sit in room waiting forever, and docs/PA's/CNA's are exceptionally nice. You can wait in your car if desired. They also offer a couple "subscriptions" to their services which are GREAT for us that are uninsured, cutting cash pay bills down significantly.

I had to go to this urgent care location to day after Christmas, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The promptness with which they addressed my medical issue was nothing short of remarkable. Not only were they swift in their responses, but also exceptionally friendly, making my entire experience highly enjoyable. Their approachable demeanor and quick assistance greatly enhanced my satisfaction. The overall atmosphere of warmth and efficiency is a testament to their dedication to customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this site to anyone seeking a reliable and amicable service experience. Had a great experience. Got an appointment quickly and didn’t have a long wait. Everyone was helpful and kind. My physician assistant was very knowledgeable and took time to listen to me. This will always be our “go to” urgent care.

My PA was so thoughtful and thorough at taking care of injury, then again on my second visit. Enjoyed my experience! Scheduling an appointment is easy too.

I have had such a wonderful experience at NextCare. I've been visiting since mid-August for a workmen comp situation. Each employee has been so nice and attentive. They knew me by name since I was there everyother week or so. I would 100% recommend this specific location! They are all awesome!

By far the best urgent I’ve ever been too. I forgot the doctors name tonight but she was amazing! She even remembered me which I’m not sure is a good thing. It’s clean, staff is friendly, and overall good experience for the doctor. 💯 recommend

Excellent speed of service. Care by the nurse was through. Reception was welcoming and provided great assistance. Doctor was one of the most informative docs I’ve been too. Great location and care.

The PA that helped me was incredible. The front staff was super nice and so was the nurse that took me back. I walked in fifteen minutes before they closed and they didn’t even flinch. Took me right back and got me All taken care.

My appointment was at 11 AM I showed up at 10:45 and didn’t get seen until 1145. was really not impressed with the wait times but luckily Provider Hesher was smoking hot, and really nice. I decline to raise an issue on the wait.

Very professional. Must have restructured and fired most of their staff since the last time I went. Everyone was very polite and professional. PA was great. Actually listened and didn’t just prescribe drugs. Great!

This urgent care was extremely friendly and takes really good care of their patients. I had Alexa and she was the by far the best nurse I’ve had at an urgent care. 100% recommend this location.

I walked in as a cash pay customer. While the girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice. Upon seeing the physician assistant Ali Lewandowski I described my symptoms to her. I let her know that I have been dealing with bronchitis that turns into upper respiratory infection that turns into walking pneumonia for the last 10 to 15 years of my life. Sometimes I get hospitalized because my oxygen level drops so low. I told her I know exactly what my body needs and what works to stop it before it starts. Well, yes, she is a physicians assistant. She does not know my body and what I’ve been through and what works. She didn’t want to listen to anything I have to say and was a complete know it all. Lastly, I walk out to pay my bill. They charge $75 to swab my nose for Covid and $300 For my visit. I’ve went to emergency rooms cash pay for $1100. Not to mention she literally was in the room no more than five minutes. She reassured my lungs sounded clear. And I reassured her. I’m sure they do right now but that’s not where it’s heading. Then, like a smart Alec she said fine. I will order you a chest x-ray, you can go have done. if you’re sick I wouldn’t recommend going here. (sorry done by voice dictation)

Every single staff member was fantastic. Pleasant, professional and competent. I was seen on time. The provider listened to my concern (possible broken toe, which was confirmed by x-rays) and gave me information regarding treatment, as well as a list of foot and ankle doctors to contact for follow up. I had never been to this location before but will definitely return if I need to (although I hope I don’t need to).

We are really lucky to have such kind medical professionals that sacrifice their holiday to care for us when we need it. I was in and out very quickly and they were compassionate about how I was feeling. Thank you and your team for helping me when I was not feeling so well.

Such loving nurses and front desk receptionist. They ALWAYS take care of me. ALWAYS. My pain was off the chart when I arrived and I bary made it but they gave me something and I feel ripe as rain. I love these nurses as nurse practitioner. Go here. They really care about how you feel.

If you have to go to urgent care, which no one ever wants to do, I highly recommend going here. I made a reservation and was seen on time. The facility is clean, the staff is professional and caring and they don’t leave you in the room waiting forever like some other urgent cares I’ve been to. Sally and Jordan were great and so kind. I ended up having strep and they got me in and out quickly so I could get home and start getting better. During this flu season I know they are crazy busy, but they are dedicated and I really appreciate all they did for me.

Honestly urgent care always puts a bad taste in my mouth but this place was quick and clean and that’s truly all you could ask for. The staff was smart and nice.

Second time visiting NextCare for a sports physical. We came back for the efficient on-line check-in process, excellent staff interactions and convenient and clean facility. As a parent, I certainly appreciate having one less thing to stress about in preparation for back to school.

I was a walk in for an ear ach/infection. They were very honest and said that they had just been slammed with 6 appointments and were not sure how long the wait might be. I filled out my paperwork and they brought me back probably within 5 minutes. They were very professional and efficient. Thank you to their team

I recommend this Urgent Care. The staff at the front desk are kind and responsive. They quickly communicate patient needs and requests. The office is clean, well organized, and my visits have been thorough and fast.

It's a really nice friendly place to go to when you're not feeling good the lobby is clean the staff is always on cue and the receptionist she is a sweetheart

This is my favorite Urgent care. Check-in is so quick and easy. The MA Nathanial was so nice, he took my vitals and got me ready for the PA Sogol. Sogol is by far the best PA I have met, great bedside manner, very caring and knowledgeable takes time with the exam and listens to you. I felt so comfortable and taken care of. The manager Nicole gave me a shot since all the back office were men and I felt more comfortable with a girl giving me the shot 😊 I couldn’t be happier with my visit! I will definitely recommend this place.

Came in because I've been sick for about 2 weeks, and my family started to get symptoms. I wanted them to be taken care of ahead of time so we could skip the 2-3 week recovery. This place never tested us for Covid, flu, or anything else. They said just oh well it's a cold. Over the counter medicine and a hot shower. The very next day my son was in a ton of pain and couldn't breathe so i took him to an ER and they diagnosed him with Pneumonia. I trusted this place with my family's safety and they didn't take any of our symptoms seriously. I don't trust you guys anymore and I'm very disappointed in the quality of service received. Unbelievable...

I usually come here when I’m not feeling well. The staff (especially the front desk) are super friendly and always do an amazing job taking care of me. I definitely recommend if you need a quick check-up and don’t have time to get into your primary care doctor.

This place is super clean BUT, most importantly, they are super friendly! I made an appointment online (user friendly) and got back to see someone AT MY APPOINTMENT TIME! WHAT?! Very knowledgable and genuinely concerned for my welfare. I highly recommend them!

I had a very positive experience. Everyone at the facility had a very welcoming and knowledgeable sense about them. Even feeling as sick as I did, they still managed to put a smile on my face. I appreciate the timelines of fitting me in. The front office as well as the back office greeted with smiles you could hear in their voices, and sent me off with the same positive energy. I will absolutely spread the news.
