    It took me three tries, but I found an amazing provider at the primary care clinic. Jessica Holmes, MD is an amazing, caring, and attentive provider. I had less pleasant experiences with some of her colleagues, where I didn't feel I was listened to, but Dr. Holmes is absolutely amazing.

    I've good luck with doctors, been there twice. Optical retail store OK, but I would have liked better selection and more advise on progressive lenses.

    Absolutely appalled that we were kicked out of a waiting room because I had my child with me. Fully masked, vaccinated, clean and polite. Meanwhile they don't enforce the parking lot rules, but my kid can't sit in a waiting room.

    After having my first visit with this facility primary care office, I was super happy and pleased with the level of service I got. I called in with some pain and was given next day appointment for a Telehealth call with FNP Erin Cody. FNP Cody was AMAZING, she was kind and had great bedside manner. She displayed empathy for my symptoms and took the time to not only listen, but to understand my concerns while making sure I had all my questions answered. I was told by the staff that I would receive a call to get my follow up scheduled. Still in pain, I waited for a few days and received a call back but the staff member was unable to schedule me due to some schedule discrepancy. I was told I would be called back next day Friday, but never got a call. So I had to wait until after the holiday weekend to get my appointment schedule and only after calling multiple times to follow up with them. I came back in today for my follow up and things went smoothly at check in but the real issue started after meeting Dr. Zeenat Ara, as my experience with this Doctor was the complete opposite from the quality of care given by FNP Cody. Dr. Ara made the appointment feel rushed and seemed uninterested in listening to my full concerns or the changes that happened since my last visit; as if she had predetermined the diagnosis before even meeting me. She cut me off from speaking multiple times during my visit and didn't even bother to ask if I had any other questions or concerns before leaving the room. I didn't time it but she was in with me for a very short time, and it seemed as though she was a factory worker going from one patient to another down the assembly line making my experience very rushed. Dr. was inpearsonalble and cold; she responded to the concerns I was able to briefly voice with an air of indignation and indifference as though she thought I was questioning her course of treatment or medical advise. Typically with that type of demeanor and lack of empathy or bedside manners I would not return to the same facility. It is only due to FNP Cody's exceptional care, that I agreed to schedule my next visit with this office. It speaks volumes about a doctor when the FNP outshines them. I don't know what other circumstances or challenges Dr. Ara was facing on this day, but no patient should leave your office feeling this way.

    My experience has been that the staff, (both family practice and especially the lab), at the Phoenix location have been impersonal and lacks any kind of compassion.

    I have been going to Cigna Urgent Care for a few years. I can't praise it enough! Everyone I've been in contact with has been professional, courteous, friendly. This is a great place, everything is made easy for the patient including the parking.

    Okay except for the receptionist. While waiting for my wife I couldn't find a guest WiFi. I checked all the paperwork but found nothing. I asked the receptionist and she answered yes, "it's posted on the TV and on the wall next to her. A very small note I couldn't read, and the same small note on the TV. Here is an idea put on patient paperwork. Have a sheet of paper and give it to the person requesting it. Don't answer in a condescending tone that reeks. I found most Cigna/Evernorth places to be hostile. I left them years ago

    Had cataract surgeries at the outpatient surgery. Great staff, very competent, quickly in and out with no problems at all. Highly recommend Dr. McCoy and her staff.

    After 2 urgent cares sent me away for a sprained ankle (most stop taking walk-ins an hour before closing), I came to this urgent care. It was less than 30 minutes before closing by that point, and the staff couldn't have been kinder. The techs, nurses and doctor were so patient and kind. X-rays showed a fractured ankle, and the nurse patiently explained the boot and taught me how to use crutches correctly. Next steps were thoroughly explained. Even the security guard was kind and attentive. They made a stressful situation bearable, especially since I kept most of them after hours.

    I go here for all my medical needs as I was here today I went in to the E.R. because I had 2nd degree burn on my right hand and was taken care of rather quickly cause I was in and out in under 15 minutes.

    I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR A PCP! The doctors take their sweet time getting any job done. Referrals are never done in a timely fashion. They had to cancel my surgery as a result. Then God forbid you ask for a supervisor cuz your just fed up, you get ATTITUDE! This place sucked as Cigna, AND STILL DOES AS EVERNORTH!
