For a place that pretends to take walk-ins they're sure quick to tell you to leave. The lady made the only other person there with an appointment wait 10 minutes because she was too busy in la-la land, and claimed they were too busy for walk ins. There was no one else. 1 person had been waiting for 10 minutes, no one else in the store and they're too busy for the walk-in they pretend to offer. Even called ahead to confirm I could walk-in. What a waste of time.

Showed up before my appointment and they were quick to get me seen and on my way. I just went for a Covid test where I received the results within minutes. The nurse and provider working were kind and very interactive with patients. Highly recommend this place for all your small needs.

I arrived at 10:25 for a 10:20a COVID test appointment only to be turned away seven minutes later. The person running the operation stated that it was policy to cancel appointments after 10 minutes. When I told her what time I arrived, I was rudely accused of lying. There were no other cars waiting either. This will be the last time I attempt to use minute clinic and I’ll also be transferring all of my prescriptions out of CVS

Had a covid test booked for travel. Booked it 5 days in advance and they emailed me 2 hours before my appointment saying “sorry your appointment is cancelled” and that was it. Now I’m scrabbling trying to find another testing site with a time this morning for my travel. Absolute TRASH!

I wasted three hours just to be turned away. My appointment was skipped over. They never called, texted, or emailed me. There was a claim that it was a technical error. There were no patients walking in or out in the last half hour. The physician was just sitting in her office alone. When she changed the welcome screen to “Clinic now closed”, I asked the physician if she would help me despite the computer error. She sent me away.

On 2 separate occasions I’ve had my appointments canceled. The first time I arrived for my pre-scheduled appointment no one showed up and the second time I got a text an hour before the appointment saying it was canceled. Unacceptable. I understand things happen but to have this happen twice is pretty ridiculous.

These nurses need to be fired. They are extremely slow and you can tell they dont like working here. You make an appointment and they you still be waiting 30 minutes to get seen just for a shot. Smh

While the care there was sufficient for what I needed (TB test). I had to wait 30-45 minutes both times I went, even after I scheduled appointments both times. For something that takes 5-10 minutes tops, I feel somewhere else would have been quicker.

Worst experience ever. We had an appointment. We were 2 minutes late due to traffic. We signed in at their kiosk. They saw the other person who arrived at about the same time as us, who did not have an appointment, and did no sign in. But they refused to see our child. Shame on you CVS minute clinic.

Appointment got cancelled because I was 4 minutes late. There aren’t any available appointments until another 48 hrs. I was going for my birth control shot which is a very short service. Planned parenthood is closed today. Sad the physician did not even bother to accommodate me.

Staff was uncaring and distant. Didn’t greet or say good bye. Didn’t wish me better health. Nothing. Refused to even evaluate my condition without giving a reason. I’ll never go back.

I get my wellness check up here each year. Easy and convenient. Love it!

Great experience and the NP and the RN were both very kind and had great expertise .
