    Just finished my 6 week challenge at DLR Fitness. Ended up losing 22lbs in the 6 weeks! They have different trainers each with different styles of coaching, so you can do what you feel works best for you. The program forced accountability on myself which helped motivate me to reach my goals. The schedule is flexible, the facility has everything you need, and they are still expanding and getting more equipment. I recommend anyone who is looking for guidance and motivation on their fitness journey to check out DLR Fitness.

    the experience that I’ve had at DLR is really great can’t complain and don’t get me started on the staff. They are very easy going and overall just fun to be around. I’ve been training with Fanny for a couple of months now and let me tell you I’ve seen great progress with my body, she pushes me very hard and at the same time keeps her sessions fun. I recommend working out with Fanny she is literally the best.

    I did the 6 week program with DLR fitness. They are great motivators and this was a good start back into my fitness journey from dealing with a back injury. But I will say if I weren’t careful myself I would have easily ended up worse than I started off. The program is built to give you results. And people have gotten great results. For me it just wasn’t realistically attainable because of some physical constraints. So, if you’re still sorting some of your health issues out this probably isn’t the best program for you. The reason I joined when I did was because I was told that they wouldn’t have any slots left. But don’t let them rush you if you’re not ready because they’ve had many people start after me since then. Two main reasons I joined because I wanted a group to 1. Motivate me. 2. Teach me technique. While the coaches are great at motivating others they could use some work in the latter. They do know a lot but I was looking for something that could teach me more than I already know. The plus side is that I gained a pretty good amount of muscle!

    DLR fitness has excellent coaches with pleanty of experience. Stephanie is an excellent instructor overall and offers excellent advise. Everyone emits the best vibe and is highly motivated. Positive energy surrounds the entire place! I am really appreciative of the six-week challenge advertisement, since it completely transformed my life. I've accomplished my goals thanks to DLR. For everyone wishing to become in shape, acquire proper form, and exercise, I definitely recommend.

    I recently moved to the area and was looking to join a gym. I started with the 6-week challenge and signed up for continued coaching afterwards. DLR is not just another gym, it's a lifestyle and the coaches and trainers are top notch. They push you to grow in your strength not just physically but mentally and spiritually as well. Highly recommend to anyone looking to join a community of people committed to being the best version of themselves!

    I have been working with DLR for a few months and can't recommend it enough, the trainers are friendly and approachable and they keep you motivated. I am not a good self-motivator when it comes to exercise, so I decided to give a personal trainer a try. I had a look at personal trainers in the area which led me to DLR Fitness. I was not sure what to expect when I started, but they put me at ease, and made me feel comfortable. I like the varied workout and customized approach each week, and they ensure that you are doing every exercise correctly and consistently, paying attention to your form so that you get the most out of them. After a couple of weeks, I saw pounds go down and my muscles get stronger. I am so glad to be working with DLR, and I am looking forward to continuing my transformation with them.

    Started the 6 week program and got results for a start of a healthier lifestyle. Trainers were great and helpful. Accountability is key but working out in a positive environment makes a difference. Definitely recommend DLR fitness for strength training with knowledgeable trainers.

    I’ve worked with DLR fitness for almost two months and cannot express enough how impressed I am with the team. I’ve been a member of Track Club about a year and struggled to get back into the swing of fitness, after Covid. I reached out to Coach Ricardo and Francisco because my fitness had plateaued. This has been my first experience with professional trainers, and I’d confidently recommend anyone thinking about signing up, to just jump in - you won’t regret it. They have given me the resources, tools, and motivation to bring my work outs to the next level. We’ve set some goals and I appreciate all tips, tricks, and feedback on my form and different exercises/routines. It is rewarding to then begin seeing the progress. DLR fitness has resources for anyone looking to improve their personal health. The workouts are intense and can be challenging, but what I think matters the most is that the trainers hold you accountable, are professional, knowledgeable and truly care. It’s honestly a great team and fantastic culture. It makes a big difference. Looking forward to my next workout.

    I saw an ad on Instagram for a "6 week challenge" and thought to myself, 'I have to do this.' I responded to the ad and was contacted by coach Armando, who took the time to understand my fitness goals and obstacles to achieving them. The coach was respectful, attentive, and professional and provided a level of accountability that I don't often see in fitness circles. I scheduled an orientation and met with DLR at Track Club Fitness. I knew I was home when i first stepped inside the door. Beautiful, bright orange equipment was everywhere, and I got the sense that the people in this gym were there to train hard. I felt powerful, driven, and motivated. Brandon from DLR immediately introduced himself and started me on my in-body measurements. We toured the gym (which is incredible) and headed upstairs for a consult. Brandon reviewed my in-body results and was transparent when saying, "I don't think we can help you." I keep my body very lean and exercise more than is recommended. Brandon met me as a human, not a sales tag. They were professional, honest, and forthcoming. Trainers can be found everywhere. Don't go to DLR if you want a trainer. Go to DLR if you are serious about changing your life. This group will get you there, and they will put your needs in front of theirs. The proof is in the pudding.

    I signed up for the 6 week challenge and it's one of the best decisions I've made. The experience was eye opening. Being fit and staying fit is a lifetime commitment. Talking and working with professionals who can guide you will help you stay on track and understand the changes that need to be made to reach your goals. I highly recommend DLR fitness.

    Fantastic experience, start to finish. I recently completed DLR's 6-week program and I feel like a million bucks! Coach Miguel and Coach Gio are really, really good at their jobs. Every session I felt was specially catered to my needs and my goals. These guys know exactly how to motivate this lazy butt. I was provided a much-needed exercise routine, a diet plan, and constant support from the DLR team. 10/10 highly recommend!

    If you’re in search of a solid crew of people who want to help you better yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally, you found it. The DLR FITNESS crew are a group of intelligent, dedicated, no-bull, and down to earth people who will push you to become the best version of yourself in all aspects possible. They expect you to do your best, be disciplined, and take responsibility, while also enjoying yourself. Though the primary goal of personal training is to help you become physically fit, you will also experience a very unique culture that will pave the path for future friendships with like-minded people. Miguel, Fabian, Fanny, and the rest of the group practice what they preach by joining in on some exercises just to show that you aren’t alone in this challenge. You have companionship and great guides to help you achieve your fitness goals with the DLR gang, 100/10 recommend joining!

    Coach Fanny is truly the best!!!! I have never had such an incredible experience with personal training — she’s super nice, motivating, and a genuine expert in what she does. I’ve been coming here for a few months now and have no plans of stopping. Highly recommend Fanny & DLR to anyone!

    I have had the hardest time getting back into working out. I'd tried many times before and I wasn't able to keep it up. DLR gave me the tools, motivation, and training I needed to get back into it. Now I'm focused and excited to be healthy and comfortable with my body again! The trainers here will show you the proper techniques for lifting or help perfect your form, all the while, they push you to limits you couldn't do on your own. They also actually care about you and your progress. The group training they do also creates a great support group and helps you meet other like minded people. I highly recommend DLR Fitness to anyone who is serious about starting their fitness journey!

    I did a 6-week fitness challenge through DRL Fitness located at Track Fitness gym in Central Phoenix. I’m a beginner when it comes to working out, the trainers did an absolute great job at helping me navigate throughout the challenge. It was super easy having an app with me at all times to track my progress and schedule group sessions as well as having a meal plan. Miguel, Fanny and Fabian were all very welcoming and knowledgeable throughout the experience. Since ending the challenge, I’ve lost 12.8 pounds (4% fat loss). I did not think it possible to lose that much in such a short amount of time but sticking to your scheduled workouts and meal plan it made it easy. I don’t recommend this challenge if you aren’t willing to commit and do your best. One thing I would like to see improved is personalizing the meal plan to a specific persons likes, dislikes so it makes the challenge a bit easier to stick to. Overall, I had a very happy experience throughout this challenge and if I could do more money-wise I would! Thank you for this experience and your hard work, it does not go unnoticed!

    From start to finish, the six week program with Miguel, Fanny, and Fabian, was incredible. Cheers to them and their amazing personal training process. They do a great job motivating, directing, and coaching, their clients to achieve their goals. They set a goal for me that I personally didn't think I could achieve, and in six weeks, I not only achieved it, I crushed it. Track Fitness is the perfect location, located in the heart of downtown Phoenix. It's definitely a vibe, a grind, and an experience, I highly recommend anyone looking to meet their fitness goals to tap in with DLR FITNESS at Track Club in Downtown Phoenix.
