    It's clear that the baristas have had to deal with some challenging situations. Working in a high-traffic Starbucks can be incredibly demanding, and it's disheartening when customers make biased assumptions and engage in microaggressions. The decision to close the cafe early to address the bathroom misuse issue (which you would see if you sat and observed them) makes sense from both a safety and legal perspective. It's unfortunate that some customers jump to conclusions without understanding the reasons behind the decision. It's not about targeting any specific group, but rather about maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for everyone. It's frustrating to see that some customers don't respect the cafe's closing hours and try to impose their demands on these baristas trying to do their job and only ask for customers to go through the drive thru. The barista safety, quality of service, and the overall customer experience is paramount, and it's essential to ensure that they can meet those standards without compromising them. The negative reviews from customers who don't understand the situation can be demoralizing, but it's clear that the baristas are doing their best to find reasonable solutions in frustrating situations. From what I’ve seen, it’s all hard working girls and a few guys who seem to love their jobs and have fun with each other. The negative reviews I see here does them an injustice.

    Second time ordering through the drive through. I used to be a barista and I order a drink that is not common; however is common knowledge to employees. {blended strawberry lemonade- sweetened} This drink should be a blended ice drink just as a Frappuccino would be minus the coffee obviously. So when made correctly it’s an amazing cold beverage not frothy nor thin like a smoothie. Again this location has tremendously disappointed my craving taste buds. This drink should not melt from the drive through in the short time the .5 miles distance I travel home. This is basically water and frothy ice. Lacking flavor completely and not actually sweetened enough to just struggle through to the end. Waste of money : check Disappointment : check Thanks

    Not a fan that they completely close the inside off to guests. You cannot sit here, or even use a restroom. Pretty insane when I’m paying 16 dollars for some coffees. I am sure I can guess why this one has different policies than other locations in the valley. Seems pretty opposite of the values Starbucks claims to have.

    This is North Phoenix Starbucks most easy going comfortable coffee house setting. Justin the gm is always in good spirits as well as his Baristas It's my favorite Starbucks in the valley

    I hate to leave reviews because you guys work hard, but I don’t think you should have online orders if the lobby isn’t open. I waited in a long line to get my coffee I placed over 20 minutes ago. I got my coffee and it was watery and didn’t taste good.

    I have been getting the same drink for years. So I know how it tastes and looks when it’s made right. They made it horrible, it was missing the add ons that I paid for and the drink itself looked no good. It was separating🤮 when I called to have my drink replaced the guy on the phone Jared was rude and wouldn’t let me speak. He said he made my drink and he’s been working for Starbucks for awhile so he knows what he’s doing. Obviously not!!! I’m guessing it upset him that I called, so he kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what was wrong. I guess that’s what customer service is these days!

    Very nice and new Starbucks. Very clean and cozy environment. Nice staff and good amount of seating and electrical outlets. This is now my go-to coffee shop.

    Please turn mobile order off if the cafe lobby is closed. Forced to either wait in a 20 minute car drive through to get the to-go order or just give up on picking the $8 coffee up because you have places to be. I would have ordered from another location if I know I could not walk in to pick up.

    I usually do mobile orders but lately they haven't been making it correctly. They WERE. not sure what happened. But I get extra things added which I DO have to pay for. So it's frustrating when I'm paying for something I'm not getting. And it says it RIGHT ON the ticket. So you guys should really be better about reading the whole ticket. Cause almost $2 per coffee (and I get two) a lot of the times I go twice a day, that adds up really fast. Please just read the whole ticket. Other than that you guys are awesome.

    It is 6:39pm. On line it says closes at 730pm. Employees were inside with door lock. Never come here again. Will be writing home office

    You don't get any more capitalist American than $13 for a plastic cup of chocolate flavor ice cubes blendepops. topped w. Whipped cream and 2 mini ice cream scooped sized cake pops. Drink was literally undeniable as it wasn't properly blended throughly... and the straw immediately broke, making sipping virtually impossible, but on the upside the cake pops were delicious but for $6 you may as well bake a full sized cake at home and buy coffee to blend and make at home as well. Save your money.

    Well, we arrived at 6pm Fri to walk in the counter area and the doors were locked. There was not a sign indicating early hours. I looked in and there were only 2 employees working. They tried the best they could. Because they were in a hurry, it was less foamy than usual. The drive thru was not the atmosphere I was looking for. Hopefully, the scheduling dept will be better.

    I do not know what policy could possibly be in place to restrict entry through locking both front doors at 4:40 on a Wednesday afternoon, or what would prevent the employees from opening it to a mom and her four year old in a stroller, but it is beyond infuriating when the only response from inside was to ignore our knocks or point to the drive through, which was still open but not an option for us. We walked. It's daylight. Open your doors. Even though I am .3 miles away, I will never return to this location. Ridiculous.

    very bad character of the boy who attends the self-service 01/08/23 02:50 pm with this there are already two times and he gives me the coffee as he pleases today I have bitter and without sugar I hope they take note of that

    They're really nice there but the inside doesn't have a lot of pretty tables it looks better outside if you want to sit there and drink your coffee and they don't put your name on the cup anymore and they don't call out your name when the cup is ready so I'm sitting there waiting and waiting cuz they never called my name or told me my drink was ready I like the old way when they ask you your name and misspell it and say it wrong I love that part they just need to fix up the inside.. also I just found out that there's something called a pup cup and I was in there with my dog you would think the lady would tell me about it this is my first time knowing about it and she should have got me one for my dog and she didn't but she even knew I had a dog with me because she said my dog was real cute 🐶😩💔

    Not the 1st time that I've been here ckama wanted to use my own cup to get my Macha today trying to be a little Eco conscious but. Once again the lobby is closed when I asked the gentleman in the drive-through why he said I don't know I think it's just closed in the. Afternoons Not the best explanation.

    Frustrating visit… no acknowledgement wren needling something, excuse was we are short staffed. Then smirky attitude from the girl making the drinks at inside pickup counter, very rude didn’t even say anything to me when I was speaking to her.

    I always ask this location for light ice because when the put too much it waters down the flavor faster. They always put too much even when you ask. A couple of the girls there have attitudes as well. Sometimes the coffee is good sometimes it’s not. I only get the iced shaken espresso with blonde espresso. I prefer the Starbucks on 7th st and Bell I have never had an issue or attitude from anyone at that location.

    Not sure if this store is shutting down or what, but the dining room is always closed (even though the app will let you order for in store pick up), they have no cold brew, no drink carriers, generally have issues with drink quality - avoid this location. The staff is sweet but the management of this store is very poor.

    Wow I drive 15 minutes away to come to this Starbucks specifically! The customer service is excellent, everyone is so friendly. I come here when I’ve had a bad day because I know I will be smiling when I walk out ! :)
