Lovely, cozy and spacious starbucks.

I know, I know you’ve been to a million Starbucks but just let me tell you about THIS zone! Super busy yet SUPER efficient! Facility extra clean. Staff EXTRA NICE, systematic and on their game! If you’re in central Phoenix across across from the Children’s Hospital and in need of Starbucks… This place is for you! Highly recommend!

It’s 0444 and waited in Drive Thru for more than 6 minutes. 3 staff members were inside and was told due to staffing they will not open until 0515. Website states they open at 0430!

I love starbucks i always go to the one close to my job, but I move close to this location & for the 5th time I go to this location the barista’s (latinas ladies) have a terrible attitude, and Poor customer service. They always messed up the order and when you say something in the nice way they respond back with rude attitude..

If I could put zero stars I would! I ordered 1 grande coffee and waited half an hour btw I'm Native American and I had my 1 year old son with me so I was rushing of course and I had to remind the barista to make my order!! Definitely very racist of the workers to make everyone else's order once they came in and ofc they were white. Never coming to this Starbucks again!!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I don’t wanna be “that” person but I’ve worked at Starbucks for 6 years and this location is BEYOND slow. They are right across the street from a hospital and you would think that they would try and have enough inventory because of that but they don’t. Anytime I come here they are always out of something food, syrup, anything you name it. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to get out of this ridiculous line after, you guessed it they were out of what i was trying to order. Why are you guys so slow ?!? The person infront of me order a literal cookie and that was it like how slow can you be ? I HATE coming here and the fact that it’s the closest Starbucks to my home is unfortunate.

This Starbucks is atrocious. Ordered for drive thru pickup and they asked us to come in to get our coffee because they couldn’t find the ticket. But somehow they knew to give us our food. The bathrooms are locked with a code and staff wouldn’t respond to me when I asked for the code. Super rude staff. Terrible experience here.

Came back because my drink has some plastic pieces in it to get it replaced and they keep ignoring us

I love me some Starbucks .. but this Phoenix location kind of failed me. :( I asked the staff for recommendations, they couldn't provide. I then asked for a Caramal Frapp with 1080 swirl .. when they asked me to elaborate, I did, and my coffee still tasted bitter, (lacked major caramel). In addition, we ordered a peppermint mocha .. and I feel it may have been more "toothpaste" tasting that we would have preferred.

We went to this place on the way to go the fair with some friends. We decided to pick up our friends a treat before we picked them up and as a Starbucks Partner is was disappointed in the quality of my beverages and service. Joey started our visit of great! By being very nice and welcoming. When it came to our drinks being made, there was no urgency or even connection with the bar employee. I love my iced flat whites because they are stronger and richer than a latter and nothing is more disappointing to my fiance and I than receiving a latte instead of a flat white. We didn't have time to wait on her to remake what she took planty of time to do in the first place. Will not return here and now understand why one of my north Scottsdale regulars waits to come to my store.

Ah yes, rude service from window staff at Starbucks. Guy rolls his eyes when I asked for a stirrer and gave me a dirty one. Thanks so much Starbucks. I was being polite and nice and they didn't have short cups so I asked if they could do a short size in a tall cup if that was possible. Waiting to see what their answer would be. But he asked some girl in there making drinks who looked annoyed-- surprise surprise. And then I got attitude from then on. I rarely go to Starbucks but I thought I would try it this time. Same menial, rude attitude problems as usual. Why I don't use Starbucks much anymore.

Running at THEIR OWN pace here. Don’t come here if you have any type of schedule to keep This is my 4th trip. Same every time I walk in. Looks like drive through not much better.

My complaint is that I ordered my drink and I got stiffed. Why couldn’t they serve the whole drink the way it should be it seem like the person took a big drink out of my coffee before giving it to me.I didn’t really want to make a big deal on there and say anything but maybe I should have but I did feel bad for the person being so busy and the only one making all the coffee orders and others were not being to helpful I think or maybe they were new idk. My phone isn’t working and it won’t allow me to download my picture.

This Starbucks is located in a busy area, however the store itself has some foot traffic. While I was there it didn't seem to get too busy. I ordered my go to drink: Grande Iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso and sat down for about an hour and half. The table I sat at was a little dirty, but that was most likely from the morning rush that happened before I got there. As I worked, the music played and was energetic and pretty solid. However, if I was trying to have a meeting it would be difficult to hear those speaking at the same table. Overall, my drink was delicious, I used the free wifi and was able to do some work. So this was a pretty standard yet effective Starbucks.

I love Starbucks! They are so nice and definitely willing to help you get out of the 110° Arizona summer Heat 🥵🥵 They let me sit down to cool off from walking in this heat🔥🔥🔥 They also gave me a nice ICE COLD WATER 🥶🥶🥶 THANK YOU STARBUCKS!!¡

I like Starbucks, sure. It’s a reliable spot, wherever in the world you are. But this Starbucks is my favorite. John, the manager, runs a tight ship here. Everyone is friendly and focused, with tons of customers to service. But I believe a place manifests the DNA of its leadership, and John is simply the real deal. There isn’t a day he’s not slinging drinks, 100% determined to make people feel cared for and get them their beverages in hand as quickly as possible. I return here regularly for exactly that when I’m on my way to work, and I’m glad I get the opportunity to do so. Keep up the good work, team!

Every time I come I’m always waiting for 30 min for my drink I got here @ 7:25 it is 7:44 and still no drink ridiculous I got in here and there was nobody else

Went there after work. Wanted a strawberry cream fraccipnio. They didn't have it. After me asking the cashier if they have it. Sad.

Long long wait inside. Employees are just standing talking when the lobby is full of people waiting! Waited over 20 minutes just for some drinks.

Worst service ever . I came in to order a drink and a sandwich. A big group from the hospital comes in (15)people there drinks come out and I'm Still waiting!!!

One of the busiest Starbucks, but always super kind and helpful. The store on Osborn super messed up my drink this morning and this store was the best customer service in replacing it and covering the cost even though it wasn’t their fault!

Really confuse as to why it’s 7:30 pm and drive through is closed , but they are all walking around using headsets , in reality they are using there AirPods to talk on the phone , nice one , lazy lazy staff

That the employees were very sweet, and the raspberry frappuccino was fabulous. There was a little bit of a wait for the coffee only because there were so many people there which obviously means that it's a fantastic Starbucks.

Be prepared to stay about 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. And don’t bet on them having food items in stock. Half the time they’re out of everything you’d want.

Mobile orders disappointing! Third time I placed a mobile order at this location, and it takes more time for me to get my coffee and food, than people in the drive thru. Which I don’t think it should be like that. They need to add more people to help with mobile orders, one person is not enough. Took 20 mins for me to get my order.

This store is GORGEOUS and it seems the beautiful people of Phoenix also frequent this location as well. Lots of worked out and sweaty guys coming in from some nearby gym. The table by the front door is an awesome view of the eye candy but you will also feel like you're in the tundra after 10 minutes. There's a very powerful A/C vent directly above this table and pointed directly at the seat. Just a good excuse to move to the patio for some good viewing as well. I was pleasantly surprised at the number of electrical outlets available. There seems to be a secret rule that outlets are either removed or covered in public places and cafes where you would expect to find them. This was one of the few times I didn't have to worry about my phone being fully charged and my backup portable Anker with me as well. The staff was very friendly and handled the volume coming through as well without missing a beat! I'll definitely be back to this location!
