    This Jack in the Box location always seems to have their lobby closed so that the workers can fool around and only do drive through. Its always a different excuse from each worker. One told us their computers were down but conveniently only the lobby ones. One said it was because the restrooms were out of order. One said they opened at hours that aren't at the hours posted on the door, hoping that the 6 people waiting outside past time would just leave. In the pictures posted you can see the workers poking their head around the counters to see if we were still there. If you ask for a manager theyll tell you there is no manager. This keeps happening so... maybe they really DONT have a legit manager present. Is corporate unaware they do this at this location? Even the "tell us how we're doing" number is disabled. What terrible business.

    I will never go back to this location. Everytime I go there, they always mess up my order. This last visit I ordered a breakfast jack with sausage. The photo shows what i got. You need to fire the entire crew and get somebody in there that cares!!

    I am so sick of Jack in the box restaurants that claim to be open 24hours but are closed at 10pm even though you see customers inside and staff everywhere. Come on and get your sht together. Either be closed or be open, just be honest!

    Was in the drive thru and they said they were out of tacos and shakes. The person in the headset was just laughing and mocking at us which made us not order anything. Disappointed always love going to this jack in the box but I will no longer go here.

    It was 112 outside and 90 in the seating area. Miserably HOT. Food was slow. All the drive through orders served first. Would have been faster and cooler if I used my car.

    I ordered a regular oreo shake. They were out of oreos. No big deal, I told him make it a strawberry then. He brings me a small. There's 2 sizes regular and small. So I ask, hey is this the right size I paid for a regular. He said yah. I told him no I wanted the bigger one I get a shake from Jack all the time. The kid tells me a regular is a small and proceeds to argue with me. I guess you don't get what you pay for at this location. To top it off what is with this younger generation that can't admit when there wrong and argue with customers. If he would have said my bad, I made a mistake, I would have said mistakes happen don't worry about it bro. But no, he argued instead. I just walked out. Don't got time to argue. Just next time if I see him making my shake I will request someone else make it.

    Pulled up to the speaker box, nobody in line I thought, great! Ordered 4 Tacos...guy in the headset says "I got you" I pull up to the empty window, pay with my card and immediately get handed my tacos. I initially thought wow! Only to drive away with this trash.

    To my knowledge the lobby is no longer open to customers. It has become strictly a drive thru restaurant. Even before that happened, encounters with the local homeless population had embittered the staff to become discourteous to their customers. Which is a shame, being that they were the largest customer base for the restaurant.

    Service is usually quick, and the employees are really nice. The dining area usually has space to sit and eat. Lunch time gets a rush but still they are quick.

    I spent 14$ on lunch here, asked to use the restroom, and they told me the restrooms were out of order ...like-- BOTH OF THEM. seriously? How the F am I supposed to wash my hands? Do you think I want to handle my food, after touching your dirty door, or what? Good job, JACK,for spreading HEPATITIS to the community! Get with the program, or SHUT DOWN.

    I pull up to order two tacos .They take a long time to answer thru drive thru. I can't wait until the robots 🤖 take over . I feel kinda like the tacos 🌮 should be hot not under the heat lamp. I worked for Jack in the Box in my high-school days. Once I dropped a huge tray of cut tomatoes 🍅 my Manger said pick them up and use them. Go and hire a new team or just shut down this location.

    This location needs better staff members and a overnight manager or supervisor. No one greets you at the speaker, go to the window, and you'll see people without uniforms and no headset on. You can't who's the worker or visitor. Sad! UPDATE: My order was incorrect!

    the overall experience was that of most fast food places . maybe it is within the demographics. However, customers such as myself have been spending at these establishments for many years. Are having to jump thru hoops established by the store or company that is due to the homelessness and purposeful loitering . so therefore all customers are treated like if I wa a therecto pan handle. I was there to eat . Im not upset because the problem is easily solved. I just will never return and will not be asking for this type of service. I think it goes -1(customer 4 life)= -1

    You are on to something Bones. The drive thru is closed consistently, counter the the sign on the window. I have had countless sit downs with Kimberly the manager of this Jack in the Box. I am local and i rely on local businesses that promise 24 hour service to provide 24 hour service. I have made this clear to Kimberly and her General Manager Jamal. They Have continued to give me lip service, assuring me things will change. In the past 6 months i have been here probably 30 times. The occasions i come here, they are out of uniform, the drive thru is closed, the lobby is closed, and Jamal doesn't care. Jamal is the real person to blame here. All the other kids are teenagers, they do what teenagers do, avoid effort and accountabiily. Jamal is the problem here.

    Two cars ahead of me at the drive Thur. First car went to the window and then second car took a few minutes to order. My turn it was 7:11pm when I pulled up. I was told to hold on a minute. 7:14 I said hello. I was told they were alittle busy and still couldn't take my order. 7:16pm I left and when I went around the corner, the car in front of me was at the window and no one Inside ordering. I hate to see it if they were actually busy as McDonald's is down the street. No one would ever get to order anything. Worst Jack In Box I have ever been to.

    I get off work pretty late, I have showed up 3 times now and every time I go they say were closed right now... Apparently they aren't ever open past 9pm workers are rude and blame it on shift change. You shouldn't need to shut down an entire store just bc shift change, it's an obvious excuse and just down right lazy never coming back to this location for real just bad overall customer service

    There were people working inside but they made me order online which took forever to download and accomplish. But then to wait forever only to receive my order which had fully cooled. I can't believe my friend ate hers and so did her kids but i was too disappointed to stomach cold, under cared for food. Sorry, i was not satisfied with this method of ordering. Why not have someone work the window and take orders as a normal fast food joint should . Educate me . What am i missing.

    They do not answer the phone half the time, the lobby is unexpectedly closed! If you knock on the door they pretend that you don't even exist. It's a total roll of the dice whether you are able to get something to eat or not. Good luck to anyone that tries to get food from that location.

    Drive through closed dining room closed yet its 530 am signs say 24hrs for drive through and 1 kid is working. Doesn't respond to anything. He should at least put signs on the doors and wear a headset to let the drive through customers know it's only 1 person working. So I guess he can't make 1 order at a time and then ring that person up? I guess that's way to much these days. Insane these kids almost demand 20 an hour? So I guess because he has no one to hold his hand making food jack in the box doesn't have to run.

    This is the second time in a row that I've been to this store and gotten a horrible breakfast. Same issue both times. The bun on my sandwich was rock hard, dried out and should have been tossed days ago. The meat was also dried out and looked like it had been sitting there for a very long time. When I bit into the sandwich, the bun was so dry that it sucked all the moisture out of my mouth. Shame on you people. What's going on Jack?? You keep raising the prices and the food and service just keeps getting worse. I think Macdonald's is the way to go. At least you can eat the food they serve you there.

    I don't have to tell you how the food tasted because everyone knows the food good as the last time but the feel of the place was pretty dull and slow no customers. The drink machine was down and I was in a hurry to catch the next bus. I did make it but barely. I don't know what they need to bring in more business but as long as they keep cooking the tasty food like they do they won't be closing doors no time soon.

    I did asked to use the bathroom when finished ordering my food , but after I was done I checked on my order and it was still been made , so I just sat down to wait ... Not to long I figured it could been done so I went to check again and my food was just sitting there!! , never call my waiting number, or came to see if I was waiting , so my food was a bit cold and my shake some what melted... Not that I was in a rush ,but the little lady could of been a bit more proactive to make sure her customer (s) get their food as soon is ready! Thank you

    The food was good, sometimes there were shakes at night and sometimes not. Worked down the street, and it is the only food spot around close enough to make it back from lunch. Point for that!

    This place is a $hit hole. Ordered 4 tacos 🌮 and they were cold. Absolutely terrible. I wanted a coke and no coke so I got a Sprite and it was also terrible.

    Every time I go to this Jack in the Box there never open they have people in there but no one's working and they're always saying that the drive-thru is closed. Maybe you should consider closing at 7. These people are wasting money and time

    The food is your typical Fast Food. Food is prepared & cooked properly with made to order service. The service is lacking friendliness, prompt response, & attention to customers. The atmosphere is rushed & uncomfortable with tables not always open. Hungry good to go; otherwise, pass & find a better place.
