This office has been my best chiropractic experience by far. I really liked the thorough approach to my condition which included stretching, injections, massage, and adjustments. Dr. Olson and the entire staff were extremely helpful and kind.

This is a great place for all your Chiropractic needs. The staff and doctors are great. I have been coming here for years (10). They have customized programs to have you feeling back to your old self. Also, they always fit you in tight windows to ensure you get treatment on your time.

This is one of the best Chiropractic experiences I have ever had. I looked at their website before visiting and was intrigued by all they offer. I was wowed by my first two visits, where it was explained in detail, exactly what was going on with me. Their level of detail and planning blew me away. I have been seeing Dr. Olson and his staff for a month now and am happy to report I am pain free! I still have more work to do and more visits to go and look forward to each one! The team at AFC is not only professional, but the most caring group of individuals that I have met in any medical team. From the moment I went in for my first visit they took the time to get to know me and created a plan to fit my needs and schedule. Originally, I was taking my 4 month old to be adjusted. I was nervous at first, but they were gentle and helped me understand how they adjust infants. We took her in for both neck stiffness and bowel issues. Both issues resolved almost immediately, we were amazed! She has done amazing with each adjustment. Since we were there, I decided to get checked out as well. Having given birth, I figured my spine was out of alignment. They took the time to evaluate what was going on and created a custom plan for me. From the first adjustment, I already noticed a difference, especially in my neck that had been giving me problems for years. After having completed over 10 visits and two months of treatments, I can honestly say that this group is one that takes care of each patient and isn’t rushing to get them in and out of the office. What makes the biggest difference to me is that I need to bring my daughter on occasion and there are always bright smiling faces greeting her and willing to help hold her if she gets fussy as I go through my treatment plan for the visit. Knowing that I can bring her along and it’s not an issue helps me get back into great shape. This is an incredible practice to be working with! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve been a patient of AFC for about 3 years. I started at the Tempe location and now at the Phoenix office for the past year. The experience here is like no other in the chiropractic industry. They focus on showing you how the body can heal itself from a holistic perspective. The staff and physicians are absolutely amazing and very patient. This is also a great place for people who may be an afraid of chiropractic medicine simply because of the approach they take. It’s not just about snap, crackle, pop. They teach you how to maintain routine stretching exercises outside of your regular appointments that will ultimately allow the body to heal on its own. In addition, their office help you manage you pain with regular massages during your visits. I highly recommend A.F.C. for chiropractic medicine and pain management.

BEWARE!!!! This place is trash! They X-rays and told my I have a pinched nerve which you can only see from an mri. They looped me into some “care plan” that was $4000. I was able to work going in and was able to do normal activities, after visiting with them for a little over a month my back is terrible and still is! I couldn’t work the whole month they were doing care on me then trying to get a refund was crazy! They still never gave me a refund and I’m having to pay off a cc company while trying to also pay for care to fix whatever they did to me. This place is terrible and I wouldn’t wish it on my worst enemy.

At AFC Phoenix you’ll get quality care from people who actually know what they’re doing. You can tell they genuinely care about you and want to help. I’ve been to many doctors to find why I had the problems I was having and and they only ever try to medicate you instead of finding the real cause of the problem.The chiropractic team at AFC Phoenix has helped explain in detail why I have the issues and how they can help to correct it! They explained the treatment plan in a way I can understand and helped me understand how insurance coverage works with that plan!

I love AFC! It is the best chiropractic I have ever been. I would highly recommend them. I had been to other chiropractic offices for 15 yrs. before AFC and I had to keep going back every week. I got very tired of this. So this is the first time I am on maintance and I don't have to keep going back every week. What a joy! I have been with AFC for 5 yrs. now and I am going to stay with them only. I go now to keep up the good work which is my choice. I go sometimes once a month , sometimes once every 4 months. I do alot of lifting in my job. I am so glad not to go every week! Big, big improvement!!!!!! Noon

The entire experience felt like a bunch of fear-based sales tactics. I came to the Missouri Phoenix AFC office for a bit of computer-related neck pain. I was hoping to get some minor relief and treatment for my neck. They didn't listen to why I came in, and tried to scare me into believing I had nervous system issues and of course, multiple subluxations in my back (not neck). They made sure to take the opportunity to x-ray my entire back and suggest I bring in a loved one to review these x-rays -- suggesting this was going to be some serious diagnosis. In my second visit, I was told by the team at the Missouri Phoenix office that I had several serious issues in my back that if I did not fix, would certainly lead to a herniated disk (among other serious health issues). Of course the treatment plan was over $1,000. I took the x-rays taken at AFC to a medical doctor and spine specialist who gave me a full examination, reviewed the x-rays with me, and concluded I have no serious issues whatsoever. He did not feel I needed any treatment. I can't speak for other patients' experiences, but this office caused me weeks of stress and anxiety that I feel were completely unwarranted. It truly feels like their staff are trained on a canned sales pitch that involves scare tactics in order to drive revenue to the office.

Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The people there start to feel like extended family you actually like being around. Also, since I've been going I have not woken up to a sore neck once. They do amazing work here!

Been a patient for a few months now, so far been happy with the services, Bailey (front desk) is always a delight! I was up front with my hesitation about chiropractic care with Dr. Olsen and he was understanding. As long as you express your concerns and the problems you’re experiencing they’re able to help as much as they can for a corporation. I did sign up for a program: vitals are taken, the physical therapists have you do stretches and each time they go over new stretches along with some take home equipment- as a former dance instructor I tend to ask questions about anatomy placement and they do a good job answering, Frank does the injections and seems like we’re getting releasing some trigger points! , finally finish with an adjustment- Dr. Olsen is personable and answers all my questions. Plus my working emotional support dog Lucky is allowed to join me during my appointments and she makes everyone smile, staff and other patients!

This place is the best. Every staff is attentive to you. They give you information you need to know about your situation and ask every possible question so they can help you get better. I've been here for 3 weeks and I am about 60% better from having sciatic pain. I feel a lot better.

I found AFC because the location is close to me. I decided to try them because of the reviews. I’m a competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer, so I make my living with my body. I’ve been living and dealing with pain for a very long time. Over the years I have tried several different practitioners to to try help, every thing from stretching to LMTs to different chiropractors. So far, AFC is the only place that has given me true relief. Each visit is tailored to me and my needs and the treatment is progressive, in that as my body responds the treatment advances or adjusts. I honestly cannot say enough about AFC and their staff. This was the right choice for me and I’m very happy!

I am a new patient of AFC so far am highly impressed with the level of service. All employees have been very friendly and welcoming. It’s a great feeling when you walk through the door and the reception deck is filled with a smile ready to serve you to the providers and techs who work as a team. The environment is clean, organized and comfortable. The skills and techniques to improve your issues are easy to do. There is always staff around you to help you through exercises. The case manager explains each process in detail along with the provider. I have to say this is the only medical practice I have been to where everyone works as a team. You can tell employees like their job and care about the patients.
