I can’t believe I’ve never been here. A friend highly recommended this place and I’m glad I finally listened. Easy to find. Warm and inviting, bistro/diner kind of feel. Everyone was nice and very swift. I believe I ordered the Sacks Symphony. I hadn’t had alfalfa in a sandwich in a long time, particularly because it’s not easily available—I did here! I will definitely be back. I absolutely loved the sandwich and the people here.

I grabbed the art deco for lunch with a lemon bar. Really good options for lunch if you wanna give it a try.

This was a great deli that was easy walking distance from the nearby medical facilities. We ordered the turkey sandwich, one on a gluten free sub roll and the other on tomato basil bread. When husband bit into his sandwich he was reminded of a deli he used to eat at in San Rafael, CA while in high school. The ingredients were constructed in a way that enhanced each individual flavor. It was like a party in your mouth! We elected to dine outside under the covered patio. The only concern I had was there could have been more attentiveness in wiping down the tables. I always bring my own wipes, so no problem to clean the seating area. The sandwich was quite filling and the little cooking in our bags was the perfect sized after dinner sweet. Husband ordered a coffee and a staff member made a fresh pot and brought it to our table. Thanks to that staff member because no one was standing around idle. Price point of our meals was spot on.

The sandwiches are excellent and all fresh, from the amazing bread to the packed veggies and meat and cheese. The combinations are delicious! They have gluten free and vegetarian options so of course I chose them for a 100 ppl luncheon. Delivery and set up was 5/5 and everyone was beyond happy with the food and their cookies. Most people already knew Sacks and said they need to go there more often. The people who work there are all so nice. Highly recommend!!! 10 out of 5 stars!

Wow, I'm impressed, I ordered the Gothic, pictures do not do the sandwich justice. If you are out and want something you have not had. Definitely would add Sacks to the list, I will be back, maybe tomorrow. Lol.

A staple in Phoenix lunch repertoire. The staff are incredibly helpful and thoughtful. Any question that you may encounter about the menu the staff are able to answer. This is my partner's favorite sandwich place! Very fresh ingredients too.

Despite living in the Valley for 10 years, I just recently discovered Sacks and I’m obsessed. The Symphony and Hopi sandwiches are delicious. I love the potato salad too; I think about it when I don’t have it. The cookies are so yummy and pretty awesome as well. Love this place and will definitely be coming back.

It’s rare for a lunch place to do both sandwiches and salads really really well. This is one of them! Ingredients were fresh and delicious. Great service. Ordered 20 items for a girls’ soccer team & parents. Everything was prepared correctly and delicious. Highly recommend.

What can I say. Post Covid everything sucks. Customer Service sucks, Food sucks, HOWEVER! Sacks is 100% perfect. Clean place, best food I have ever had. everything is so damn good. Best you'll ever have. and on top of that the customer service was great! Friendly and patient. I cat rate this place high enough, If you haven't been here you are truly doing a disservice to yourself. EAT HERE! YOU WONT REGRET IT!

The sandwiches here are some of the best I've ever had. The symphony and the overture are so good that I haven't tried anything else yet. Seriously, if you like sandwiches, you have to go here!

Sandwiches are going downhill mainly because of the bread, NOT FRESH!! I have been buying your Sandwiches for years, I ll continue coming but not as often. Please dispose your stale bread and use fresh bread, your Sandwiches will be 10x better.

I order the same dang thing every time, a Ruebens and hot coffee. Sacks always comes through with hot and ready food. These guys make the best sandwiches in Phoenix for a great price with phenomenal service. Highly recommend

Absolutely love the sandwiches here! The only big complaint I have with them is when asking for extra sauce on a sandwich - they will hardly ever put extra on. They've been better - but it is worth noting. Always ask for extra on the side.

When I want a sandwich, and not just a sub, but a really good sandwich, this is the place to go. I have been to two locations and they are both awesome. There can be a wait when going at prime lunch hours, but if you have the time it's worth it. Best sandwiches I've had in the Phoenix area.

I recently ordered a delivery lunch for a business meeting just down the street about a mile. First, I have to say the food quality was outstanding as usual, really appreciate their menu diversity as well. But, they were having driver issues and were obviously slammed the day of the meeting and the order arrived about 40 minutes later than requested - which is the only reason I went down to 4 stars. I'll continue to support this awesome local business and order earlier next time to be safe.

Decided to stop in the for the first time for lunch today and didn't have many expectations going in. But once we were greeted with the family vibe and helpful staff, we were excited to try our food! I got the Sacks Symphony and my bf got the O'Keefe along with two freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. These sandwiches were SO delicious! The fresh ingredients was packed in each sandwich, making those alone feel like a full meal. Our fav was the Symphony! The cookies were an added cherry on top to the experience(: 10/10 will be going here again!
