Benny is AMAZING!! My mother died recently and I had a necklace of hers that I loved. It was costume jewelry but I didn't care. I just loved it. I accidentally broke it brushing my hair and when I took it into Biltmore Shoes, Jewelry And Watch Repair, Benny told me how hard it would be to fix. Because it was costume jewelry, he wouldn't be able to solder it. He could see how much it meant to me and he told me to leave it with him and he would figure it out. And He Did! The piece looks just as beautiful as it ever did and you cannot even tell it was repaired. I wouldn't go any place else for jewelry or shoe repair now. Thank you Benny!!

I have a Gucci watch that I had a horrible experience with Gucci themselves. Long story short I turned my watch in which was supposed to take no longer than 3 months and ended up 1 1/2 - 2 years to finally get back. Not only after countless attempts to get my watch fixed and even found from multiple managers to where they shipped it, I also ended up paying $250 for new battery and new band on which they said they would take care of. So I get my watch back and 3 months later it stops working out of nowhere. I bring my watch here and find out Gucci repair team not only gave me a cheap battery, but they broke 3 total parts on which held the battery together. Nonetheless I had my watch fixed and no problem since and it’s been about 3 months now! Great business! I will continue to come here. Incredible service and generous timing on getting items fixed or cleaned. I also bought my shoes and ladies watch can’t wait to see the finished results! 100% recommend! Thanks, -Tony

I've been in twice. The first was to get a battery replaced and the second was to get one half of a leather band off my watch. This, I'm embarrassed to admit, after spending far too much time wrestling with it the day before. Anyway, even though I wasn't the only one in the shop, I might as well have been with how quickly I was in and out. Very polite and professional service. There is nowhere else in the Valley I would think of going.

Literally writing this in the parking lot. This place is amazing. The owner was beyond kind and generous and funny. I went in to get two holes punched in my Ysl bumbag and he didn’t charge me for it and i ended up selling him a gold ring as well! Walked in and got two holes punched for free and then money for gold i had that was broken. I will always come back to this place. I’m very thankful to him!
