    We made an appointment for Saturday, November 26th at 1:20 PM, arrived early at 12:45 and checked in. We were told there were 7 people ahead of us and that our wait would be an hour. I questioned this since we had made an appointment and in the online portal it showed 3 check ins ahead of us. Celina (the front desk woman) said there are walk-in patients that have been waiting 2+ hours. I told her I understood that, but that is why we made an appointment- so we would not have to wait 1-2 hours. We went back to the car and sat to wait. At 1:25 we went back in to check the status since we had watched 5 people walk out and the online portal showed that as well. Celina said there had not been much movement and we still had about a 1.5 hour wait. I asked from now or when we checked in? She said from now. I told her that was ridiculous and that we had already waited almost an hour. At that point Liliana, the other front desk woman, chimed in and said we told you an hour and half the first time you checked in. She had a total attitude and was completely rude. We were finally seen 3.5 hours AFTER our appointment time. The provider, Yen Luu, spent all of 6 minutes in the room. Refused to test my kiddo for strep and insisted it was just a virus and shooed us out the door after telling us she sees 77 patients a day and knows what she is doing. On Monday morning we took my kiddo to his pediatrician and guess what, he has strep. He could have been on antibiotics 48 hours earlier if the provider had done her job. This place is terrible. Our experience was a waste of time and money. An appointment is not an appointment and means nothing since they see all walk in patients ahead of your appointment and the provider is terrible and is not doing her job. I have tried calling every phone number for NextCare and have yet to be able to speak to anyone.

    The staff is very knowledgeable and thorough. You are able to setup appointments to avoid the long wait. The Dr. we saw took time with me and my kids during visit and answered all questions. The front desk was professional also.

    I currently don't have a primary dr and thank goodness I don't get sick very often but its great to be able to go to have a local Nextcare close by that I have never had a problem getting into to c the Dr even as a walk in. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. It is very clean inside and reasonably priced. I am so glad that we have this near us.

    Daughter has been feeling ill the past few days complaining of a sore throat and other symptoms. Decided to take her to urgent care for a few test. I was pleased that she was able to be seen and treated right away. I like knowing we were able to complete forms ahead of time and the wait time wasn’t too long. I appreciate the friendly customer service and knowledge of medical staff

    I've now had 2x lab results (including X-rays) just disappear with no follow up and no results posted in the portal. Customer service is off-site and a minimum of a 30 minute wait. Then when you do get a hold of them they "send a message to the clinic and it's out of there hands". Then you never get a follow up from the clinic. How can anyone think this is acceptable?

    I’ve been to this location a couple times now and it’s been a good experience every time. Making an appointment, filling out paperwork, and checking in online makes it a lot more of a smooth visit, so definitely recommend doing that if time allows! Everyone from those working the front desk to the providers I’ve seen have been kind, polite, & pretty easy to talk to.

    I’ve been here 2 times and both times I was in and out very quickly. I like that you fill out form online they have your info ready and the provider I saw both times was great. I didn’t make appointment. I recommend.

    I showed up on time for appointment, did not wait long. nurse that gave me at shot was easy to talk you and very kind. The Dr on staff was also very kind and open to using all his resources to help diagnose. wish he could be my regular Dr

    This is the second time I have visited the Laveen location for different. Both times everyone was very professional and courteous. This will continue to be my urgent care choice if needed in the future.

    The wait time was a little longer then expected but it’s just after the holidays. The lady’s at the front deck were amazing . All while dealing with a rude lady complaining about the wait like they could help that. If it’s an emergency go to the emergency room. The wait time is the wait time with or without an appointment. They told me when I got here it was a going to take an hour and a half longer then the time I made my appointment and that’s how long it took. At a dr office your appointment stands this is urgent care one person’s appointment doesn’t trump another persons needs for care. I applaud the lady’s at the deck dealing with this lady asking for there first and last name. They work the front desk, answered calls, asked if I needed help walking, Even walked my discharge papers over to me while I was waiting for my husband. Thank you for your work and I hope you all have happy holidays and get less ungrateful people.

    I went in around 6:00 and the waiting room was empty, about 3 patients came in around the same time as me and we all went back in a very short amount time. i was helped really quickly once i was taken back. The service was amazing! Definitely will be going back if needed

    EXCELLENT EXCELLENT CARE!! Wonderful front desk staff, excellent treatment of my blocked ears and ear infections!! The lady Anastasia said she really enjoyed cleaning ears (I could tell-such gentle quick hands) and the doctor took time to explain everything!! I would love to go there for primary care!! EVERYONE, THANK YOU FOR SHOWING UP TO WORK ON THIS HOLIDAY 🙏🏾

    Cons: *Tried to use their online scheduling tool, but it gave repeated errors. *Called customer service and a very efficient lady set my appointment. She was not interested in knowing about the website glitch and hung up on me mid-sentence. *One half of front desk was very hateful when I arrived. *Waited one hour, 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Added to arriving 15 minutes early, and the 10 minutes after for discharge, I was there just shy of 2 hours total. PROs: *Dr. Tammy and her assistant were great. Friendly, efficient and professional. They were quick, but did not rush. They listened to me, did a quick test, made diagnosis and got pharmacy information. *Clean and spacious waiting room. *Patient bathroom and water fountain. *Exam room small but adequate. I believe I got good quality care for a good price. I just didn't like the long wait. But, it is flu season and the place was packed. I would rate 3.5, but since that isn't option, rounding up to 4.

    The wait wasn’t too bad but I did schedule an appointment time online in advance, whichI recommend if possible The staff was friendly. My Dr. seemed knowledgeable. I’m back to not feeling well today but I did have some temporary relief from my pain, so, that was nice!

    All staff was great. Thomas FNP was professional and informative. I appreciated that she double checked herself to ensure she has the latest treatment options. FNPs are wonderful.

    My husband and I were greeted by friendly, professional staff members in a very timely manner. The care that we both received made us feel confident in our decision to visit this Nextcare facility. We were asked pertinent questions and all of our questions were answered before we left. Thank you for taking the time to listen, diagnose and treat my husband and me today.

    Following a Telehealth appointment, my provider recommended that I be seen at this particular Urgent Care or another office that could see me today, other than a Fast Med clinic. I called and got an appointment within the hour. A quick shower, and a short drive, I arrived 10 minutes early. I was quickly taken back to a room after registering. I tried to explain to the MA my condition, but it’s complex. So within a minute or two the NP came in and with a quick introduction and observation she confirmed what the PA suspected from the TeleVisit. In and out in 1/2 hour, I have the answer I need with instructions to take care of myself. ☺️

    The hold time to make an appointment was long, but it could have just been the time of day (2pm) on a Thursday. I called again after 630p to make sure they could help with my non emergency need and got thru to an operator within 1 minute with a same day appt. The staff was friendly, easy form process & the service was quick.

    2pm on a Saturday afternoon and no wait. Wonderful welcome by front office staff, friendly and helpful. Very clean and mask mandate for providers and patients is appreciated! Attentive, competent and friendly Medical Assistant. Kind and knowledgeable PA, Yen Luu was my provider who asked all the right questions and answered mine. In and out in less than 30 minutes. Rx called into pharmacy and I am already feeling better!

    I gave them 3 stars. But let me explain why! The receptionist was great very nice and welcoming. The dr/nurse assistant was not friendly what so ever. She has that I AM BETTER THEN YOU ATTITUDE. Dr. Paige is was good. She's just in & out. Literally 1 minute or less she was done in the room. But she was friendly.

    I went once for my two year old son, and ones for myself and both times it was a great experience. One of the times we had an appointment and the other time I was a walk in, but we got in very quickly both times and got seen very quickly. All of the medical professionals were fantastic. Very professional and caring. For us the best part is it’s literally down the street, so it’s really nice to have such a high quality, urgent care so close.

    This urgent care is always so fast to get you seen, and have a very good medical staff. I went with a asthma flare up my oxygen level down to 85% could hardly breathe and the Doc on site recommend a steroid shot and nebulizer treatment my oxygen level climbed to 96% and immediately felt better scrips were sent to the pharmacy asap and I was in and out in less then a hour feeling 10x better then when I walked in! This place n staff are awesome! 5stars from me!!

    I was in the office two days in a row. Both times Amanda saw me. She listened very carefully, examined me and promptly diagnosed my symptoms. We are waiting for the Covid results, but everything else she diagnosed correctly. I am thankful for her knowledge, care and letting me know of her concerns and immediately treating them

    I recently visited this location the same day the person below me with the name of Erin Benefiel MacDonald did. Her review is all a lie. She was very rude as well as her son to the young ladies in the front office. She even once proceeded to say “I don’t care about these other patients”. She wasn’t patient enough to wait like we all did. She was yelling at the young ladies with a very snotty attitude. She didn’t know the difference between a RESERVATION and a APPOINTMENT clearly. She was a total Karen not caring about who was there and who was listening she was very very rude and she can’t deny it cus I was a witness I seen and heard everything. I love this urgent care and the amazing staff. They were all nice and polite to me and my child

    We were walk-in patients the front staff told us it would be about 45-1 hour wait. We actually drove home because we live right up the street. The nurse called to check us in and told us we could head back to the clinic when it was our turn to be seen. The whole process was very smooth.
