I came for the grand opening and it was so much fun! The staff is so friendly and the food is so yummy tasty. I even played and won a best-out-of-five game of rock-paper-scissors and won a year of free cup bop! A great day. Pictured is the combo of rock bop and B bop

I had a BBQ chicken bowl and my Daughter and husband had the BBQ beef. It was ok. For us it was more if "at least we tried it, but probably not going back". The noodles were good but the rice was a little to hard. BIG portions for sure, you will get full with your order! A little pricey, we ordered 3 bowls, 3 drinks and 5 postickers and it came out to $55 (I thought it was pricey). The staff were nice, the place is small for sure, maybe it can sear 4-5 parties of 3 at max. The #10 spice level is extremely HOT and thats coming from someone who eats spicy!

Chill spot. The B Bop is my favorite from the menu but you can create your own as you like it. The also have a location in Denver, that ewe my first time having it and it's nice that there's a location near my home now.

Great place to grab lunch or dinner when downtown. They offer a bunch of great options like beef and chicken. They also have vegetarian options as well. I ordered the beef, and it was amazing. You get to pick your spice level, so it should be good for anyone who likes Korean. The staff is really friendly and they make your order right in front of you. Overall I was quite impressed with the food and service. I would definitely eat here again in the future.

Extremely happy that a great, quick grab n’ go restaurant opened in downtown Phoenix, and even more thrilled that it’s Cupbop! Love the concept of street Korean eats meeting the fast food space. We got the Combo BOP where you can choose 2 proteins with the rice, noodles and cabbage it comes with. I got the Korean fried chicken and Korean BBQ style beef. I’m also not a huge rice fan so i stuck with just the noodles and cabbage as the base. My favorite part is the sauce, which you can pick your selected spice level. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The atmosphere was really cool here. I liked the environment. It was my first time here so I wasn’t sure what to get. The staff asked me questions about what I’d like and eventually we got to a place where I was comfortable with choosing food I never tried before.

This was our first time here and it exceeded my expectation! The flavor and customizable bowl was amazing with a reasonable price. I love extra spicy and my hubby prefers no spice we were both satisfied. We plan to come again soon with our kids they love Korean food. The staff made it a pleasant experience and helped with recommendations since it was our first time.

I ordered piggy one, actually taste wasn’t what i expected. Totally different with Korean pork(jeyuk) and also asked spicy 10level but wans’t spicy at all. Some bit sour sauce made me confused. Size was enough.

Ordered "ugly bop" and was pretty disappointed, the coating did not have much flavor ("sweet" selection), vegetables were mushy and although requested extra chicken option there was only what you would expect as a normal amount. Service was fine.

Quick and Easy, the line moves fast and they have a small seating area. The logos and ads kinda makes this place less classy. With sshhhh it written on the wall like its a library.. and an old looped reel to entertain. They serve the bowl! Its like 15$. It will fill a man up.. may have left overs and it's already in a to-go-bowl! It's a tasty mix with just sweet and level 1 spice.. choose your meat and eat. Flame level goes up to 10! And potstickers.. would love to try them but they seemed a little pricey.. and maybe you just gotta be in the mood for them? Will go back one of these days working down there.. hits the spot!

We stumbled upon CupBop while walking around Dowtown Phoenix. I remember seeing them on Shark Tank and was intrigued. Overall, the food was okay. The portions are huge, so keep that in mind. It was hard to mix everything together. They end up putting 3 sauces in the bowl, but I wasn't too fond of one of the sauces (white sauce). I wish I would've known that they were gonna put those in there. The meal upgrade is about $5.30 in addition to the bowl price. The restaurant is very clean though, and you can grab your own water cups. It's nice.

Placed a mobile order using the VIP Coupon. Mobile order was easy to use. Arrived to pick up my order and they were just finishing the preparation. Food was hot and fresh. Very tasty and just the right amount.

This is my 2nd Cupbop after enjoying the one in Mesa. I'm happy they now have this new downtown Phoenix location. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat with nice decor and clean. Service and recommendations by Manager Misaela were excellent and right on point. I had the 2 protein bowl(spicy pork and chicken)with rice, noodles and a delicious side of veges. The bowl was GREAT. The food was fresh, cooked right and you can't beat the price under $14.Service was fast even though it was busy. Highly recommended for quality fast Korean cuisine at reasonable prices.
