This place used to be much better, but last nights experience was horrible. First of all there is no pool tables anymore, so we thought it’s ok and ordered food. Ordered 2 orders of chicken wing with onion rings and a burger with onion rings. Chicken wings were good, but cold. Burger was ok, but the onion rings were the worst ones I have ever seen or tried. Order of onion rings had some chicken pieces in it( like bones) which gave us an idea of what’s going on in their kitchen. When mentioned it to waitress all she said was sorry. Didn’t even offer to exchange it for something else or maybe remove the charge. Drinks were never refilled as well. Guess that was our last time going there! Maybe you guys should replace picture of your onion rings with the pictures I took last night

The latest upgrade remodel of this location has really improved the atmosphere. It's 2-3 times larger then previous and a very open layout with large TVs everywhere. Plenty of large tables for large parties. The service was great and on a Friday at dinner time they had an army hustling around. The food was fresh and hot. Chicken wings were nice large pieces and not overcooked. Try the pretzel bites - nothing special about them but cheese sauce was awesome.

I love this remodeled location! Watched two big Chiefs games here, including the whole Super Bowl. There are two huge televisions with great resolution. There are also high resolution tv’s everywhere. The staff here is also wonderful both times there I had the best service. I love the burgers they are some of the best in the city and the chicken skewers. They need to do something about the onion rings they are awful and I really want them to revamp them and make some good ones.

Great place amazing service and will definitely return. Reason for my bad review is that today I was there when I lifted my beer glass to take a sip and the bottom of the glass literally split off resulting me and my friend getting soaked. The server was apologetic helped clean up and brought me another one. But was shocked to see I was charged for it when I got the bill! It wasn’t anyone’s fault but I got soaked! I was simply going to add the cost of it to the servers tip but couldn’t believe no compensation was provided. If a manger reaches out to apologize I’ll give the review deserved. But very stunned nothing was done about that.

Excellent service, ask for Brianna she's wonderful. Awesome chili 😋 coming back for sure, it's our new spot. Very casual and fun atmosphere. beer needed 🍺to be colder, but honestly, loved it. Thank you 😊

They did a great job of remodeling. But that's it. Food is still terrible. Morgan still has a attitude. I asked her if she liked the new place and she gave me a dirty look. And said what's not to like about the new zipps. Won't go back.

This location has gone down hill. The service was slow. We ordered 3 of the big Zipparitas and they came out not even full. We asked the overstressed waitress about it, because usually they are full, and her response was “I don’t know I don’t really work behind the bar.” I guess there wasn’t possibly anything that could have been to remedy the situation from her perspective 🙄. Won’t be going back to this location.

It's louder, busier and less attentive service since the remodel. At least they have 1 pool table again. Food was fine. Wings, chicken skewers, and hot dogs are the only worthwhile things on the menu. The focaccias are.. strange. Just go with a pizza.

Lots of sports on TV, plus specials on pretzels and ziparitas. Great foccacia as always too.

Terrible and racist service!!!! We had an open tab with them for 2 hours for about 40 people. Once our server left and we closed the tab, they refused to get us anymore drinks. We went up to the bar to order one last round and have them close us out right away. After 20 minutes of waiting they come back and said they don't feel comfortable serving us. They had no problem giving my coworker beside me drinks but refused to serve me because I was the only Asian man in the building. When I asked for an explanation they said we had a lot of drink for our table of 40 people and had no way to keep track of us but we had only 8 people left at our table. After they refused our service at the bar they sent a server to our table to take our order and finally brought our drinks after an hour of waiting. With no problem taking my money when they could have done that in the first place at the bar. I do not recommend this place unless you are a white person so you can have the privilege to order.

Came back early 2024. Bugs...it happens, but I don't want them crawling out of my sandwich. There is a history here. This place is so busy it feels like they skimp on cleanliness. I live close it's very convenient. Tired of being grossed out. Bathroom just added to already bad food cleanliness. Fix your stuff. This place was rebuilt in 2022. Usually reliable bar food, but had one evening of food poisoning, pizza had cheese that wasn't melted. gonna be a while before we go back.

Visiting from out of town, stopped here twice. No complaints about the food or atmosphere. Service-wise, the first experience was without complaint - the second experience was the polar opposite. The waitress was cute but could not have been any less effective. Maybe just a bad day for her. Notwithstanding, I am only able to give this place three stars.

Came here for the UW v 0regon game and it was perfect. Great service, drinks quickly brought to our table of 8, good pub fare, and overall great experience. Kayla was our server and went above and beyond. Thanks for the great viewing experience!

We ate inside, staff was friendly, and the service was great. Food came quickly and was well executed. I love the golden sauce and wings. The pretzels and cheese are a good eat too.

Awesome black and blue burger! The fries were pretty good. My buddy thought the burger was a 10 out of 10...I would say a solid 8 out of 10. We sat in the bar and there were plenty of tables for 3:30pm. The staff was nice and made sure we had what we needed. Also the pricing was reasonable in comparison to other restaurants in the area.

Go to the other locations!! I asked for Cajun dry rubbed wings. They gave me chicken straight out the fryer. No seasoning. Just fresh, dry, bland, right in the basket type chicken. I even told my waitress & she looked like it was out of her job description to care. Lol. I had my kid so I couldn't make them all spicy. YOU MEAN THE WINGS ONLY HAVE FLAVOR BECAUSE OF THE SAUCE?! 🤮 The right thing would've been to add seasoning for me or just take the food tf back. Lol. I've been to two other ones & they were so good. Seasoned & juicy. Can't believe they hired a cook that can't make wings. Bro. Add some Mrs. Dash, at least. Lol. The menu is limited as is! Do better.

I live accross the street. Had to go in today and see the remodel. Ordered some burger. Tasted fine, fries were eh, onion rings were horrid. But as I write this, I sit on the toilet exploding from my undercarriage. Not sure what they put in their food but I am really freaking food poisoned. And my stomach is tough from the Army, so it takes a lot to put my stomach out of commissionike this. Not sure if this was on purpose or accident but i hope no one goes there as I sit here dying.

Asked for crispy fry's and onion rings, they were not. Ordered what I thought were sweet wings... Turns out they were just less spicy. Didn't like them at all 😔. Service was ok, but waitress never came to check on us. Had to get her attention and wave her over if we needed anything.

the worst service my family and I have ever received. They made us take our dog home (after being seated outside and had already ordered) even though they apparently allow “emotional support pets.” My dog IS a registered service pet. Not only this, but the service was awful and so was the food. Highly recommend you go elsewhere

One of the best sports bars in town with legit food! Huge wing guy and the mozz sticks are out of this world! They use a think Won-ton wrap so it’s not heavily breaded and the cheese just oozes out, absolutely unreal. Service is great and just love the atmosphere!

Got a spicy Chipotle chicken sandwich and I had them scorch it, it was bomb but not hot enough. That being said, I make my own ghost pepper salsa. Nice place, the only thing I could fault it on would be no pool tables. Besides that next time I'm up there I will be back.

I recently visited the sports Zipps, and I must say I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt unwelcomed and unappreciated as a customer. The staff seemed disinterested and unfriendly, they sat my family in a secluded side of the restaurant behind a half wall, clearly being discriminatory towards my 2 young children and isolated us from society. Moreover, the management was clearly lacking, Kevin, failed to address any of the issues that arose during my visit. When I tried to voice my concerns, they brushed me off and seemed disinterested in resolving any of the problems. My family and I were completely humiliated and clearly in distress to the point of tears and Kevins lack of attentiveness and professionalism was highly disappointing. Overall, I would not recommend the sports grill to anyone looking for a pleasant and welcoming dining experience. The unwelcoming staff, lack of management attention, and overall poor ambiance make it a place to avoid. I have attached a photo of what the dining room looked like upon being seated, where you can clearly see plenty of tables were opened. There was no reason for us to be sat alone.

Fun place to watch your favorite sports. Lots of TV Screens inside and some outside. Busy most of the time, but a fun and friendly staff. Parking is okay. Other parking at the other stores. Safeway, etc

Best wings in the Valley. They are consistently good. My personal favorite are the Golden hot. My husband loves the Buffalo medium heat. Cold beer on tap!
