I cannot speak to the practice as a whole I can only share my experience with Dr Shabnam Gupta. I established care with her as the practice is within my network. I went for a annual and there were some concerns surrounding my breast exam. She was not very friendly and was rather dismissive when I wanted to discuss alternative birth control options. She referred me for an ultrasound and mammogram for a screening to further investigate. Upon check-in the imaging facility notified me that she did not send in the correct order. I had been waiting a week since the referral to be seen as the original facility I was sent to had a month wait. It took Dr Gupta a week to respond to my request for a referral to another facility. I worked with facility and the administrative assistants at the practice to get the correct order in for that same day but it did take several hours. The results have been sitting with her unopened for over a week. This experience was extremely uncertain and her lack of urgency made the process so more anxiety inducing. I have never had to work so hard to advocate for my health care before. If you do establish care with this practice I would recommend not seeing Dr Gupta as she could benefit from a certification in Trauma Informed Care.

It was my first day at their new office and it was also their first day opening in the new office and everyone was so nice you couldn’t even tell they were going through a move! The front desk girls were so nice my check in was easy! Mikayla Andrew’s medical assistant was so nice also! Meeting Mikayla for the first time was great! She was so nice and listened to my concerns and came up with a plan! I am so happy I’ve been with this office for a few years everyone I’ve encountered have always been nothing but helpful!!

I have been having issues with my ovarian cyst && bladder && irregular monthly flow do I came here to get help & in one visit I was diagnosed with all my issues && action has been started to a better result for me. I’m happy I came here. :)) The service from th ladies in the front is great so cheerful. And the doctor is very knowledgeable.

I have only just had my first appointment. But it could not have gone any smoother. They send you reminders for your appointment through any and every avenue you allow them to. The front office is very kind and obliging. The nurse Brittany whom I first saw, was incredibly sweet and comforting/encouraging - she also drew my blood effortlessly, and I have difficult veins. Dr. Gupta, who I learned is newer to the practice was absolutely lovely. She listened to every concern. She came up with a starting point for a plan. She explained everything necessary to get my body healthy and ready for pregnancy. The office was able to schedule me for an ultrasound within less than a week following my initial consult, as well as a follow-up for results. They were also very flexible and able to deal with my schedule. I feel very optimistic, and doubt I will be coming back here to update anything negative. Just a great impression!

Had an appointment scheduled for awhile and they canceled it last minute. Doctor had “scheduling conflicts” that apparently no one noticed the entire time I’ve had this appointment scheduled. Tried to reschedule, but they can’t get me in for at least a month. They told me I could keep calling back every day to see if they have cancellations but I shouldn’t have to rely on someone else cancelling their appointment to receive adequate care. Very disappointing. You can tell this location does not care about their patients at all.

Dr. Davitt and his staff are incredible! As a trans man, not once did he are anyone one of his staff make me feel uncomfortable at all. My body seems to be taking longer to heal, and my job requires a lot of paperwork to be filled out. Dr. Davitt has shown a willingness to help in any way he can and has gone above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for making this a easy step in my journey.

She was a very good doctor with my daughter. She explained things to her so my daughter could understand all I can say is great. I have the scheduled an appointment with Her for myself. And if needed to I would refer somebody to her. Great job Not just doctor but great nurses and facility

I really love this clinic. I tend to get really nervous when going to the doctor but everyone here is really nice and knowledge. They help make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. They also are always able to get me scheduled in really fast, my test results come back quickly and they work with my schedule with follow up calls and appointments :)

I was really nervous for this appointment and left feeling lighter and less stressed. I appreciated the open and honest conversation for the consult appt and feel confident in moving forward with the treatment options I was given. Thank you for explaining in basic terms along with a refreshing and non-rushed office visit.

Arizona OBGYN was referred to me every time I come the staff is welcoming and nice. Office is always clean. Great place for women to come and feel safe not judged.

Dr Olivera has been fantastic. She’s helped me figure out some issues I’ve been having for many years. I feel like she is very caring and works with me and not against me since I prefer not to be put on any pills. The office has been very kind. When I went for an ultrasound I had to have a very full bladder for the imaging and I let them know I was really uncomfortable and she got me back right away to get started.

This was my first time coming to a specialist and I was so impressed at how comforting and supportive the staff and providers were! This place is great for anyone wanting to have both an educational and healing experience. I definitely recommend Jacqueline Harrison especially, she was so kind and brings a youthful and supportive spirit to the medical world!

I had a great experience at AZGYN with Amy Binegar. The lady at the front desk was super sweet and gave me water. The check in process was super easy because I had already filled out my medical history online prior to my visit.

I had a great experience with Jackie, she has great customer service and greeted me as I walk up. Skylar Angela, Rita and the intern was amazing. Amy walked by and greeted me as well her energy was felt.

Yasmin was so friendly and sweet and helped relieve my anxieties. Jordan was so kind and caring and helped keep me calm. I would absolutely recommend her to others.

I saw Diana Olivera FNP-C at the Phoenix location. She provided incredible care, made me feel safe, which is hard to come by in women’s health care. She listened to my concerns and was so polite. I will highly recommend both her and the office to anyone. Office staff were polite and professional. Thank you!!

I've been treated well before and after surgery. Dr. Gupta is kind, caring and thorough. Looking forward to one more child, Lord willing!

Felt super comfortable with each health care provider I met with, during the two times I've been here. Super thankful for their kindness, these appointments can make people very nervous

Dr Nisha Garg was the best experience we could hope for in an critical situation. My mother was in need of immediate surgery and Dr Garg was nothing shy of exemplary. She addressed all of our concerns and executed my mother’s surgery with the utmost care and we are so grateful to her and her surgical team for taking care of her.

Went in to figure out how far along I am in my pregnancy and all I got was Google answers. Still don't know how far along I am. They based my due date off of the last time I had my period even though I told them I wasn't sure when my last period was. I know I'm further along than what I was told. Was also told that the spotting I've been experiencing "could be normal." Not comforting to hear during your first pregnancy. Wouldn't recommend this place at all.

I was overdue for a pap and was dreading a visit to the doctor based on past experiences at other gynecology offices. Wow am I happy I found this place!! Dr. DeYoung and the staff here were absolutely amazing. Everyone at the office was incredibly kind and thorough. I never felt rushed during my visit. Also, I love that they send you visit notes after your appointment. I never thought getting a pap would be such a great experience 🤣 Thanks to everyone working here!

I have been coming to this office for over 5 years and overall have had great experiences. Their front desk personnel are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The NP Kris is great. She is very kind and skilled. She usually seems rushed during my appointment times so I’ve learned I need to come prepared with a list of questions otherwise I’ll be rushed out of the room before I have time to finish a thought. Otherwise great service. I would recommend this office for anyone who needs gynecology care!

Came in for my appointment today for an ultrasound and was so lucky to have gotten taken back early. The service was really great. Thank you to Maddy for being very fast and helping me keep my cool while she did the ultrasound and thank you to Jacky for helping me check in and being really nice at all times. I have been coming here since I was 16 and I don’t think I could have found a better gynecologist’s office. Today I saw Amy and she was very wonderful and answered all my questions I was very satisfied with my visit. Jackie in the front was also very helpful and checking in was very easy. She was very helpful with the patient in front of me and very kind. If you are looking for a great gynecologist office, look no further! Five stars!
