I have had laser hair removal before that was down right painful and hot, but my experience at Allure Medspa was nothing short of remarkable. Logan was skilled and made me feel at ease throughout the session. They use the innovative contact cooling system, the Motus AX eliminating any sensation of heat or discomfort. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and the level of care provided by the entire staff at Allure Medspa. They consistently checked in with me during the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. I also appreciated the post-treatment care and advice provided. The technician took the time to explain proper aftercare procedures and offered personalized recommendations to optimize the results of the treatment. This is a review 3 months post laser hair removal. It was my first experience doing laser hair removal and I have been welcome and treated kindly. I had 6 sessions started in April, and my last session took place in September. Everyone at the spa was so sweet and they take really good care of you! Logan, my specialist who took care of me, was a pleasure to work with, so I always left feeling happy and satisfied with my treatment! However, one month post my last session I started feeling my hair growing back, and now, three months after my last session I feel like all of my hair growing back, ok maybe not 100%, but at least 70-80%. I am very frustrated, and wondering what went wrong.

Went in for a Coolpeel Laser treatment with Elaina. It was such a wonderful experience! She was so sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. The way she treated the skin also felt more meticulous than other services I’ve received elsewhere. And I experienced zero pain. I can’t wait to see what my skin looks like after it’s fully healed!

I’ve been coming here for a long time when they only had their location in Scottsdale. The front staff is very sweet and pleasant. Went and saw April who was very knowledgeable about fillers and really took the time to educate instead of sell me on areas I wasn’t ready to treat yet.

My boyfriend and I went for his manzillian and it was a great experience. Our tech Elaina went through the process verbally before she got started and made sure we didn't have any questions or concerns. She was clear on instructions and made sure he was comfortable the entire time. She was the best. We will definitely reccomended her going forward. Obviously no photos will be posted currently, but maybe after the final treatment in 6 months, I'll give an overall review.

Oh my gosh! The staff at Avondale office is soo great!!! They always find a way to work with my odd schedule . the nurses are awesome at telling me what they need me to do with the sites with after care and what to notice. I also love 2 weeks out they call or text and ask if I am good or if anything is wrong. I have told all my co workers to go to them. Also they help get you the discounts and coupons.

This was my first time here. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My nurse injector was fabulous. Great with the needle, very nice, very minimal pain. Great experience. I will definitely be back and I would highly recommend Allure!

I booked the Diamond Glow facial and Dysport injections at the Phoenix/Avondale location. Everyone was very professional and provided excellent service. I usually go to the Scottsdale location, but this is much closer to me for convenience. Thank you for a great experience!

I really liked this place I put alot of money into my face Botox fillers skin care. There was a mishap during a filler treatment I followed the office manager recommendation for about 6 weeks. Then I was told that they thought the damage was pre cancerous. Scared the life out of me. I went and had biopsy and it wasn't. I tried to call the office manager a few times to see what now. Never called back. I wanted to go for botox treatment but if they only care when you spend money I can't understand that Sad because I liked my specialist alot

I moved back to AZ two years ago and I was looking for my go-to clinic… I figured I would test this place out with a Groupon. I’m glad I did! Leslie is great!! She is knowledgeable, friendly and most of all she listened and cared about my concerns. She made a few recommendations I will be retuning for. I’ve worked in retail for 20 years and I know when someone is trying to sell me something, which she wasn’t. She leaned more into the WellCare aspect vs sales which I highly appreciated! The front desk girls also greeted me with a smile! I will be returning for services 😊 Great 1st impression!

This was my first time going to Allure Medspa for Botox treatment. Everyone here including the front desk women are all very friendly, welcoming, helpful, and kind. My initial appointment was with April, she treated my forehead and 11’s, she suggested 50 units of Botox for these areas. (This is a pretty high dose for these areas, which I found out later) For my 2 week follow up I saw Lesli she treated my crows feet and had to add 1 unit of Botox above my left brow as there was still movement which left me looking like The Rock, with 1 eyebrow up and the other down. 😭 It’s now been about 3/4 weeks from my initial appointment with April and I am very disappointed with the result of my forehead and eyebrows. My eyebrows are dropping leaving my upper eyelids looking very heavy and hooded. I have now done a 2nd follow up and saw Leslie as April wasn’t in the office. I expressed my displeasure and concerns. Leslie advised there wasn’t anything we could do at this point as it would just leave me looking worse. I’ll just have to wait the full 3 months for the effects to wear off. In the meantime I’m left looking tired and with unusual facial movement because of the way April treated my forehead and overdosed these areas. I’m NOT happy. I feel embarrassed showing this face to the world right now. Leslie and the office supervisor told me they would let the spa manager know as all they could for me is apologize for the results I’m left with. They would have the manager give me a call to discuss what to do from this point. They said they weren’t sure if they could possibly give a discount on my next treatment however, I advised them that I would not feel comfortable coming back in the future for any other treatments and was hoping for a return on some of my money as I paid nearly $700 for these awful results. Hopefully, the manager will be able to compensate some of my money paid for this poor experience.

this is my second time coming to allure, and I absolutely love it! As soon as I walk in, I get greeted with a smile and it’s always very clean! Amanda and Logan are the best! I can’t wait to go back for three more treatments.🙌

I am new to this state and I have found my home Medspa. Amy was so phenomenal she is very personal and easy to relate with. She makes you feel very comfortable. Let's talk about the work I had. I got lip fillers and 20 units of botox. Amy worked with me on spreading out my botox for a look that was even and perfect. I have been getting my lips done for five years and she did just as good if not better than the previous people I have worked with. I want to say thank you to the front of the house team, they were just great and so welcoming. I will be back and if you go, please ask for Amy. Update!!!!! Went in for a diamond facial with Logan and if you do not get this facial done you are doing yourself a disservice. After the facial, my face was glowing and she showed me all the pours and dead skin that was retrieved and I was amazed at the results. The Diamon Facial is phenomenal and I believe they are running a special. Ask for Logan. After my facial, I ran over to get a botox touch up and she was just phenomenal and actually taught me a lot about dysport. I still went with the botox and I am going to look great for this weekends charity event for Diamonds and Derby. This is the place for all your needs.
