    This McDonald’s is horrible! Has the worst service! I asked to speak to supervisor or manager the guy responds to me “ I am the manager bro”. After waiting in a Long as line, they still managed to get my order COMPLETELY wrong. I had to turn back while on the phone with them and they wanted me to come back the NEXT day to get my correct order! HIRE A new more professional manager that knows what to do or what they are doing!

    First off I waited in line for 45 minutes only to be told cash only. So I go get cash com back waiting another hour in line only to be handed ice cold fries. And half the order not even taken. So the young kid at the window apologized and said staff made to much fries so all the orders have just been sitting. After driving the 2 minute to my Airbnb I get to the house and the order they forgot had the exact same ice cold fries & burnt Pattie’s on the Big Mac & my doubles quarter. Why make people wait in line for 1.5hr only to serve them ice cold burnt food. Definitely not even worth a star!!

    Did a mobile order for two happy meals. After 10 minutes I went in to get them just to be told they are still working on them. So I asked to make sure I have fresh fries. I get them and I asked for extra fries for both and got the kids fries which were cold. So I just told them that they were supposed to be extra fries so the guys manager puts them in the box any old way which they were side ways falling in the box. Service is slow and managers are not doing their job right. And check your food 2 of my nuggets were stuck together

    There's always an issue at this McDonald's I don't get it. Cash only almost every single time I've visited after 9pm, how does that make sense? I have to repeat myself mutiplie times to the person taking my order. I've had them hand me a bag full of someone else's food not even close to my order. Wait is going to be AT LEAST 25 minutes if not more, not worth it. This location seemed like a better alternative to the 51st and baseline location but it's worse, bruh.

    I wonder if the owners of this McDonald's are aware that the night crew tells customers that "its cash only" went to this location 4 nights in a row with tonight being day 4 and we were told the same thing through the intercom every single night. The one night we actually had cash- our very simple order was screwed up almost on a comical level....almost. The 13- 25 yr Olds in our country today are the most pathetic generation yet. I don't think I need to list what's wrong with them & why...it's already well known. I suggest this mcdonald's Should start hiring outside of that age range for the night shift

    Been out here for an hour waiting for just French fries went inside to ask about my order and lady said I was next, it’s been 10 mins and nothing. Worst service ever!

    If you’re gonna get your food delivered. Expect to be missing items or get a whole different order. Almost every-time I’ve had my food delivered it was missing items or just someone else’s order. Last time they didn’t know what my order was when my driver went to pick it up and it wasn’t even right when I received the order. Lets try to READ what comes in on the order receipt and actually keep track of the online orders.

    Told to be parked and still have your order wrong or missing an item. These associates they hire can’t multitask and when wanting to make a complaint none of the supervisors or management wants to speak to u cause they know they missed up your order? But they have 5 associates talking and standing around as if their drive through isn’t backed up no sense of urgency in this fast food business.

    Today I only ordered myself a couple of beverages before my long drive home in rush hour traffic. The service was great and she went out of her way for me. I ordered a coffee and a coke, last second I wanted a cup of ice. She made it in a large cup and offered to add the cream and sugar into my coffee. The only reason why it's missing 2 stars is, three different times when I have gone there ordered a milkshake, the ice cream machine was down.

    Went to drive thru they made me Park gave me the wrong order waited for 25 mims unitil manager came out and said they had to take my order again since they lost it. I got no sauce n cold fries too

    Place my mobile order since 1:25pm got to McDonald's at 1:35pm still not ready, no problem so I waited, it was 1:50pm and still nothing, and the cashier I talked to told me they haven't even made my order yet! So by then I asked for a refund because I was gonna be late to work, on top of that when I pulled up there was only 1 car in the drive thru and as I was waiting I noticed many more drive thru orders coming through after mine was already placed yet they were able to get those orders out with no problems. Just shows they prioritize drive thru order's over anything else. So thank you McDonald's for making me late to work and not even being able to enjoy my meal for the day!

    My husband and I pulled up with two moble orders as we were told to go to the second window where we waited while employees just stared out the window for 15 minutes the burgers and fries where cold and burnt very disgusting we will never to ordering from this location again
