    It's seems that I always have to wait 10min just for someone to come take my order. All employees including the manager saw myself and others in line to take our order, yet we still had to wait 10min. This location could use new management and cross train all tasks for every employee. Manager was very prissy. My chicken nuggets seemed over cooked and was rubbery

    Worst expierence at a Wendy’s to date. 4 cars in drive through and empty parking lot. Decided to hit drive thru. 31 minutes it took to get my food. Was not able to back up because cars arrived. When I got food; it was cold, thrown together and not very good. Food looks like it was slam dunked in the bag and fries upside down. When I got to window asked if short handed but just said the orders in front were big. So why wouldn’t you park them? Management needs to do better. Will not come here again or tell people to come here. Stay away!

    Every time I place an online order from the Wendy's app so I can pick it up on my lunch break from work I get there and they haven't even printed my ticket out or they can't find the order. I'm always having to wait so much longer to get my food when I order it in advance so I don't have to wait. the service is so slow no urgency whatsoever. Needs better management and employees what's the point of ordering in advance if it's not even going to be ready when I get there.

    I would love to know who manages this place! 15 minutes in line with only 3cars in front. To arrive to order just to find a piece of paper with a long LIST of items that they didn't even. (No bacon, no spicy chicken, no container for large french fries and list went on) needles to say we left without a meal. Never experienced something like this before, absolutely unprofessional.

    The employees look like they don't want to be here and there is absolutely no urgency to get anyone's order out. Slowest fast food joint in the area for sure. We keep trying every few months hoping it will change...nope.

    Two people working on a Friday night. No one answering the drive thru so we had to park and go inside. The wait was 20 mins at best and the workers would not come to the counter to take orders. When we finally go our food the bag was busted and the fried wasted in the car. The pomegranate lemon was yellow... the attitude was awful! Never EVER AGAIN.

    Every time I go through the drive through the night crew takes very long to hand out orders. It looks like they just stand there and look at each other and ask what order they are on. It should not take 20-30 minutes to order and get your food for simple items like 4 piece nugget and chicken sandwich. I wish I could record to back up what I’m saying.

    I wish I could say that this is the first time I've had bad customer service but it's not. Food : The burger was dry the bacon was stale the lettuce was bigger than the burger and cold the entire meal was cold & stale by the time I got home so that food was sitting and not fresh. Fries weren't salted stale and cold (lucky for me I like unsalted fries) & chicken nuggets were stale cold & bland (again better for me less salt) Service: I walk in and a worker locked eyes with me for about 2 minutes until I said hi then she said hello. A 2nd worker gave me the same customer service as the first no hello and no thank you at the end of the transaction just a nod. Atmosphere: I walked in it was silent and heater was on full blast no music no talking from anyone behind the counter tables weren't busted they were dirty. Trash on the floor here and there no ice in the soda machine soda splatter everywhere near the soda machine. I'm not trying to discourage anyone from going to this location with this review just writing my experience. Now I understand why the place was empty.

    Waited almost 30 minutes in the drive thru. Got to window and my fries were cold so I asked for fresh ones. The lady proceeded to put them in another bag and hand them back to me trying to say she gave me different fresh ones. Like are you serious? I wait a half hour in your drive thru (mind you it's 10pm and they aren't very busy) just to get to the window and get cold food. And THEN YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO HAND ME BACK MY FRIES AND LIE AS IF THEY WERE A DIFFERENT FRESH BATCH. Horrible customer service and totally unprofessional.

    Always slow service. Store always seems understaffed. Always seems like there's some confused newbie in the kitchen. Having said that, staff is always super friendly and have no complaints about the food. Use the drive thru.
