Terrible experience for a birthday party. It was Our sons 1st birthday so we decided to have his party here with some kids he could play with the party package was $150 I thought it was high priced in the beginning in that package it pays for 5 kids ($6 per kid) in the toddler area 6 balloons plates and drinks any food is extra expense in your part which they only cater through California kitchen which they charged us $100 for three pizzas that we're tiny only 4 slices per pizza the customer service was non existent the workers would sit and talk and be on their phones we had to ask them several times for plates forks drink refills they acted clueless and didn't know of what supplies they had all my guests had to wait on them and there wasn't enough food when it came time to check out they charged an additional $212 so we spent a total of $265 wayyyyy over priced

The play factory was just OK with a 4 years old. Even though this is a big place there are only 2 main modules as well as a climbing wall that did not seem to be operated. For 5 usd, can't really complain and will probably go back in the future. The staff was really friendly - could do a bit better on hygiene. 2 of the 3 hand sanitizers were empty and even though all the kids had socks, most parents didn't.

Great time. Great price. Kids were happy. Only downsides were the toddler room did not have many climbing type things, and one of the staff members had a child running around. Overall was an awesome time and would go back. Bring socks!

Great place for kids 4 to 7 years old! There's a brand-new inflatable bouncy house with slide and a completely updated climbing / sliding area. For older kids, 3 super fun rock-climbing walls. Younger kids can climb the rock walls too, but the 7 and ups particularly love it while they strive to climb up to the very top! The Play Factory at Desert Ridge is a great way to spend a half-day out of the heat! The two young men working there are super nice too!

This place is great for young children to run off that extra energy. Indoor play places are hard to come by as technology has taken over. Toddlers get a discount on Tuesdays and have a separate area from the big kids. There is also a snack bar and beverage station. Definitely recommend. Don't forget to bring socks as they are required! If need be, they do offer socks for purchase at the front desk. Have fun!

The location of the Play Factory was convenient, the staff was great and helpful. The children loved the rock climbing wall and the candy store. This place was a great party experience for our friends and family. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the establishment. I would recommend this place for a child's birthday.

Great, super fun and clean facility! Wonderful staff!! Great place to take your kids for indoor play!! Huge jungle gym and huge blow up slide and a toddler area with a bounce house!! Cafeteria too! I brought my godkids here for open play and they absolutely loved it! They are very active kids, so this place was perfect for them. They really loved the rock wall and bounce house, and there was even toddler area that was perfect for the 2 year old. We will definitely be back. Wish Tucson had one of these!
