I’ve
done
three
rooms
at
Eludesions.
To
use
the
word
“immersive”
is
a
proper
understatement.
The
overall
of
the
experience
was
great.
I
knew
the
place
would
be
special
when
I
noticed
the
plaque
hanging
on
the
door.
It
seems
Eludesions
was
dedicated
to
the
owner’s
mother
and
in
memory
of
her
support
of
the
owner.
The
environment
was
fabulous,
the
clues
were
creative,
and
the
overall
challenge
was
exceptional.
If
not
for
one
critique,
this
would
be
in
the
top
3
escape
room
companies
I’ve
been
to.
For
context,
I’ve
done
well
over
40
different
escape
rooms,
and
go
to
all
the
companies
in
any
city
I
travel
to.
Here’s
my
one
gripe…
The
staff.
Tyler
is
the
manager
and
he’s
exceptional.
The
other
individuals
we’ve
met
are
quite
unpleasant.
Their
customer
service
has
been
sub
par,
and
the
game
master
was
providing
clues
without
request.
Still
the
environment
was
so
inviting
that
we
wanted
to
complete
another
before
leaving.
We
had
5
people
and
there
wasn’t
another
customer
there.
In
the
past,
escape
rooms
have
given
us
substantial
discounts
for
filling
their
unused
bookings.
It’s
a
way
of
capturing
extra
dollars,
and
delighting
those
hardcore
players
that
you
want
to
come
back.
In
this
case,
they
told
us
no.
It
was
clear
that
the
person
who
we
asked
was
uncomfortable
engaging
in
the
type
of
banter
we
were.
Nonetheless,
her
abruptness
resulted
in
a
missed
deal.
Overall,
we’d
recommend
this
room.
It’s
fun
and
an
inviting
game.
I
imagine
they’ll
improve
the
service
over
time,
so
venture
in
and
keep
your
spirits
high.
Just
don’t
expect
to
get
a
good
deal
on
a
second
room
while
you’re
there.
