Horrible customer service experience I have ever had. At first, the speakers didn't work. We could not hear each other it took a long time to order my food. At the window, the employee couldn't get my order right or find it, so I had to re-order at the window. Then they still could not get my order right, so they gave me my apple pies and sent me to the park. I waited 30 mins and nothing so I had to go inside to ask about my order.

The breakfast sandwiches from this McDonald's are very juicy and fresh, normally other restaurants served the meat dry and hard. The employees are attentive and work fast. Even though they were busy, I waited less than 5min for my order. The place is clean.

Make sure to always check your bag because you WILL be missing something. Staff is rude. They’ll have conversations with each other before even speaking with you. They’ll get attitudes if you tell them something is wrong or missing and 90% of the time they’ll have you park and wait for either your entire order or part of your order. If seen staff members throwing things at each other, chasing each other around etc while their SHIFT LEADS are around them watching these things happen and often laughing. I had to wait almost 15 for a HAPPY MEAL and the woman that told me to wait didn’t even look at me once while speaking to me.

I went in on Sun 5/21/23 at 7:43 pm. It was dirty as shown on these pix. I showed mgmt these pix & all she did was shake her head& blame the kids. She didn’t bother to send any cleaners the entire time I wathere. Corporate should look into this location, it’s bringing ur standards down. Imagine if it’s this disgusting up front how bad is it in back?

Hi everyone. Make sure to count your chicken nuggets. I bought 40 pieces nuggets and when I got home .I only get 1 box with 7 the other 2 boxes with 8 nuggets and the last one with 9, I tried to call but the phone never gets picked up. So I'm writing this review to make sure they do the correct job. And you get what you pay. On a scale of 1-10 I give a 1

The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Everyone was nice and helpful. The wait for the food was a little longer than expected, but I think they may have been short staffed. Everyone seemed to be working quickly to get to the customers. My order was correct. It was a welcoming environment compared to other McDonald's I've been to. To be honest, I didn't expect much (maybe even expected the worst), but I was impressed.

It had been quite sometime since I have had McDonald's, so today I thought I'd treat myself to a quarter pounder with cheese . What a mistake, I went through the drive thru for a one item order , & the restaurant wasn't busy, in fact I was the only person at the drive thru . The young lady that took my order thru the speaker seemed to be very put off by the fact that I had even pulled up to order , then after paying & receiving my burger I was excited to partake, only thing is ......couldn't even eat it for the amount of grease in the bottom of the box & covering the bun. GROSS!!!! WILL NEVER RETURN HERE!

Whats the point of a review if nothing happens I wanna put an application in just to out work everyone there and your manager she was rude the old one with short hair telling me my receipt wasn't mine which didn't even print outta the machine it was on the bag missing a ten peice all I wanted calling me a lair,,,,, horrible she looks confused with her Pikachu detective zasssss

It took them 30 minutes to bring out my cookie tote. Are they making the cookies from scratch or ?? The purpose of a drive thru is to get your food quickly.

Don’t go here after 11 it’s a skeleton crew and no one moves quickly. I spent 30 min in the drive thru. It was terrible, you would think since they have a 30 car line from 11-close they would have more staff to run the place efficiently. Guess they aren’t smart enough to do that.
