Please always check your receipt!!!! The cashier was a little to nice and weeks later I noticed she had scanned a pair a boots that were $80 each twice!! I couldn't get my money back because we were moving and I lost the receipt but I had pictures that showed I had only bought 4 items when my receipt had 5 items sold!!! Just please be careful with the cashiers!!!

I spend way too much money here lol. Very stylish options. They have handbags, wallets, shoes and sandles, women's, men's and kids clothes, jewelry and watches. And the staff are very helpful, talkative, and friendly 👍

Awesome customer service. Memory isn't what it used to be but I believe it was Martha that helped my 12 year old pick out clothes. I think she could tell I had no clue. Wish all the stores were like this.

Worst Experience EVER! The day after Black Friday my boyfriend and I went up to the outlets after we noticed the Black Friday sale was all weekend long. We were greeted by a very friendly Latina woman and had an amazing experience with our casher who had just moved from Miami. They had both encouraged us to come back the next day. Sadly our experience was NOT as it was the day before! With 8-10 items in my hand, intending to purchase them all, I asked a female sales associate who was wearing a black hat "Are your fitting rooms available by chance?" In which she responded "No. We are short of staff and the store is a mess" Which I completely understand after a weekend sale. What I didn't understand was, if they were short of staff with the store looking like a bomb hit it, why was she standing in the middle of the floor looking at the schedule for 15 minutes? I put all my items that I was so excited to purchase back. Then when I was helping my boyfriend chose a jacket, a Latina woman in a beige top, who previously was standing in the middle of the floor with the other girl looking at the schedule, rudely yelled at us from behind the register, "Are you guys done? Ready to check out?" We were still deciding and possibly going to purchase more. That's when I looked at my boyfriend and said "Just get the black one. We're being rushed out of here. (The store was open for another 2 hours. SMH). Then when he asked if this discount had been applied she was said in a harsh tone "40% off". We will no be going back to that store and will be taking our business to the Chandler outlet.

I asked a lady who I thought worked there to get a idem off the rack that I could not reach. She did with a big smile. She not only got the item off the high rack for me once but twice with a smile. This kind lady didn't even work there. I found out when the check out regester lady asked who helped me. I pointed to the lady that helped me twice and the checkout said she don't work here. OMG this lady was so nice to help me and don't work there. We all had a nice warming laugh over it.

Great sales. Good quality clothes. Stock changes often. Easy on off from Hwy 17. The outlet stores have a food court and a has station close by.

Wow I fit in pants here. They were pretty inexpensive.

Really clean and friendly staff. Only complaint, they are almost too helpful. No need to ask 12 times a minute if we need help.
