Desert
Breeze
Yoga
is
based
in
Phoenix
but
they
have
expanded
to
San
Diego
and
we
were
so
fortunate
to
hire
their
services
for
this
holiday
season.
While
we
had
family
together
for
a
week
we
had
Desert
Breeze
Yoga
come
out
to
our
backyard
and
host
3
different
morning
sessions.
Prior
to
all
of
the
sessions
the
studio
got
information
about
the
family,
ages
and
experience
with
each
type
of
session.
First
we
had
Margy
come
and
provide
a
yoga
session.
She
knew
most
of
us
were
beginners
at
yoga
and
she
tailored
the
session
to
our
level.
Very
fun
class.
Another
day
Rebecca
came
with
her
sound
bath
bowls.
This
was
a
special
hour
treat.
She
brought
a
lot
of
bowls,
instruments
and
even
a
gong!
At
the
end
of
class
she
played
a
sound
for
my
6
month
old
granddaughter
which
she
said
mimics
the
sound
of
being
in
the
womb.
She
loved
it!!
On
the
last
day
Rebecca
returned
to
work
with
us
on
a
breathing
and
meditation
class.
We
had
10
of
us
participating
(9
adults
and
our
6
month
old
granddaughter)
and
we
all
highly
recommend
taking
an
hour
out
of
your
next
gathering
(with
friends
or
family)
and
try
one
of
these
excellent
classes!
Donna
and
her
staff
also
really
worked
hard
to
make
sure
we
had
the
best
experience
with
each
class.

highly
recommend
Desert
Breeze!
