The workers were polite when speaking to me and my entire order was hot and fresh. The only thing I would say is, you should work on greeting your customers right when they pull up. It was a couple of minutes before anyone opened the window. I'd still rate my visit a 4.5 I was happy with my food.

If I could give them a BIG FAT 0, I would!!!!!!!!!! The weren't listening to me while I was ordering, I had to repeat myself 3 times. Once I got to the window, they had my drink wrong so I proceeded to check my order. I ordered curly fries with my meal and they gave me regular fries. When I told the girl in the window, she proceeded to argue with me and told me if I wanted curly fries I needed to pay for them. When I told her that I indeed said I wanted curly fries and that she needed to fix my order, she slammed the window in my face and went in the back. Came back a minute later and gave me my fries but when I asked for a receipt she almost threw it at me. It's sad that this happened but I hope it don't happen again to someone else cuz I won't go back. P.S. food was good though.

I have been trying different locations and this is by far the best! The staff was great, the girl at the drive-through window in the later evening was very nice and the FOOD WAS SPECTACULAR!! Nice job night crew you guys rock thank you for my great dinner!

The worst experience I've ever had with Dania that was working in the drive through 11/5/2023 at 9:25 PM could not even get the order right, I ordered a number 7 1 number 3, a medium curly fries, a medium sprite to angry monster tacos in one cheesecake could not even get the order right ask me 3 times what the order was. Then argued about what I ordered, then when I asked about the curly fries, she had an attitude, and I told her I ordered curly fries with that order, very argumentative. Did not even give. me a straw, very argumentative and almost threw the receipt out the window and slammed the door in our face. The worst Jack in the box I could ever go to. Does not even have customer service skills, trust me, I know because I have worked at Jack in a box before I should know I have the best ratings of my Jack in a box when I work at my location and another thing, if I was not able to give a star trust me, I would not even bother giving a quarter of a star.

If I could give 0 stars I would we went on 9/23 and they made us wait 30 plus minutes outside for our drive thru order & never came out with our food. We paid $25 plus dollars & have yet to get our refund management should do better here. Don’t visit here they always have poor service

They didn't have tacos apparently They made me wait 25 minutes when it was in the middle of the night and no one else there. Just alot of reasons for me to leave but I'm not having that. If there getting paid ,I should be getting service

So this kid with gloves is preparing the tacos the lettuce bag is now empty he takes the lettuce bag and he puts it in the trash pushes the trash all the way down with that gloved hand and then returns with the same gloved hand to start finishing making tacos. I let a lady know they laugh and I check in for the order I'm here to pick up 36 minutes later I'm leaving without the order what a joke simply what a joke

Food was good service was excellent I was particularly impressed by the young female employee who had just clocked in and without question jumped right in and started taking orders this is the kind of employee managers dream about I believe she needed to be recognized for a job well done.

Come here for food and meetings. Staff doesn't hassle you if you're there to work on something. Great for public meeting. Stay safe my friends.

Very early this morning around 5 am, I went to go get an iced coffee. I was told they're only accepting Uber eats n door dash at that time. What the heck, if you're open 24/7, you should be accepting ANY order!!! There are people who have to be to work by 6 ya know.
