    The girls here act like they don't want to be here.. so disrespectful.. won't acknowledge you until 5 mins later of STANDING RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!!.. DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE..

    They have the best baristas ever. Out of all the Starbucks I have ever visited. I went through the drive through this morning and was pleasantly surprised how wonderful the person taking the drink orders was and then even more surprised at the awesomeness of the person that gave us the coffee. The staff is fantastic and they all deserve a raise! Thanks for the good experience.

    Got dirty cup without a sleeve on plus girls could be more polite. What's the problem people, you pay them too low or you hire people who don't want to work there?

    Went in for a few drinks and was having my order taken when Peter decided he wanted to but in our conversation and start saying inappropriate things to me when clearly I don’t know who he is or why he was so angry but the things that were said are unacceptable. I’ve never seen anyone more racist than this man. The hateful and racist comments he had made towards us is very inappropriate. And it needs to be addressed. Dont know if he was having a bad day but it is no reason for him to act the way he did when we didn’t say nor do anything to this guy. I don’t even know who he is. But the things that were said were very disrespectful.

    Wow ever since I haven’t seen the others girls here I’ve been running into the nastiest employees ever! especially the male on the speaker exactly at 11:40 am he’s rude .Also all the girls at the window have no people skills ! Bring back the old drive thru girls took 30 minutes to get a coffee like whattt

    Drea at this store made my drink so great! I get a shaken espresso, which isn't so difficult. I could tell she did full shakes and could definitely tell the difference. Thank you for following standards and thanks to the store manager for teaching standards as well.

    Went here about mid morning with my boys, not a particularly busy time, although the driveway line was long. I have to say the in-store customer experience is far from what it used to be. It's like they do not want people in the building at all unless they are picking up a mobile order and then leaving asap. Clearly drive-thru is the priority. I get it, that is wherein the profit lies for this mega-corp, but c'mon to deliberately not have enough places where one can sit down and enjoy a pastry and a beverage is a bit too far. I will take the time to look for a non-chain coffee shop with better atmosphere next time thanks.

    Went there the other night and night crew goofs off too much. The whole time I was there this one dark haired girl whose name I tried to catch but only got dian? Kept staring at one of the male employees Josh. Such slow service since the workers just want to converse and stare.

    So funny, I came to the drive thru, and they were super nice and everything. But once she asked us that it’s gonna ask us a question before we pay (tip) We pressed no tip, and her attitude really changed to very mean. Jesus for a damn tip.

    Peter has a really bad attitude. I see so many negative reviews here about him. Yet he still hasn't brushed up on his customer service. You could tell the owners and the higher up management obviously don't care. If they keep around an employee like him. After so many complaints.
