We moved here 3 years ago and it was a great place clean and nice. The reason we are still here because of the school. Now it's just ugly and dirty can't even go swimming because homeless people swim in there and the pool is not always clean. Maintenance here they don't come fix what you need fixing they just drive around or go back to there apartment. Oh one more thing we were supposed to move out this month but they add another month because we didn't signed our 60 day notice which she sent us a month later. Bad management. Gate doesn't work because someone keeps damaging them. All I can say is they charge a lot and want more money. Oh they charge for trash twice that I didn't know until later on. Your suppose to leave your trash outside your doors around 7-8 for people to pick it up for you which they charge you. But you need to look out for stray cats they get into it. I have a lot to say about this apartment. It's really bad

I went over to visit my boyfriend for the night. Next morning we wake up and he has a message from his neighbor that they had stolen my car’s rim & tire. It is a gated community, when most of the times the gate is not even working. Clearly anyone can go in and be stealing car parts . Also, they charge for the trash to be taken out when no one goes to even pick it up. We rather throw our own trash at this point. They had also stolen his ac unit. Even then they still haven’t stepped up and done anything to make the place more secure. Yes, he had went to the office and spoke with the ladies there and all they can do is listen. They don’t even bother noting down anything to see what is there to do to make this place a better & safer community. I really hope after his contract is over, we can find a better place

Submitted paperwork, was background checked, paid the fee and was told I was put on the lease. They pocketed the money, and only when my partner and I moved out did we find out they never completed the paperwork- I was never actually put on the lease. Now they are charging us $600 for a carpet removal that had been needing replacement before we moved in. Genuine fraudulence is occurring. They have yet to respond.

The two lease agency will not answer the phone. I parked in front of the building called no answer. I walked in and ole girl was sitting in the office talking with the other girl. They both was not helping no one else. Sitting there like her job makes her rich. She is lazy and has too many tattoos showing. The place looks nice minus the homeless sleeping around. It is very dangerous getting out on the 83rd road. There is two schools on both sides of the apartment complex. If you are denied you will not get a refund. Even though it does not say this while you applying.

I am greatly disappointed with the whole moving in process that has not gone smoothly for me. From not being given the tour when I had scheduled the appointment because there was no one to take me there according to Ms. Shey H, to the apartment being dirty while I moved in as witnessed by a neighbour, and yet claimed to be professionally cleaned and a lecture on Arizona dust - a general lack of apathy seems to persist here. On day 2 of my stay I noted there are 2 doors that do not close due to bad hinges, the restroom sink is clogged and is now leaking. It is now my second week here and all I get told is no staff, your work order is noted, will be taken care of in a weeks time. This place doesn't think a clogged sink is an emergency! That's disgusting! I was at the office last week again to complain about the dishwasher and a couple of cabinets that are filled with cockroach litter, I was asked to send an email. Despite several request and emails norhing has been done to be cleaned at the soonest possible. I have colleagues who want to lease here...but no way now!

When I moved it there was trash in the apartment, dead roaches/ infested with live ones and smelled nasty dishwasher was never fixed after 10 months management doesn’t care plus she’s really rude issues after issues gave the apartment to my brother after 6 months since there was a roach infestation and they did nothing even with 2 children but apparently he never kept up with rent instead of the manager reaching out to me they were evicted under my name when I never knew anything needless to say don’t waste your time at these apartments (This would get 0stars if I could)

Moved out in December of 2022 payed my last months rent and signed my vacate date for December 19th. Fast forward 4 months later in April just got a letter in the mail saying I will be evicted for not paying my rent and late charges will rack up??!? Tried calling the office several times no answer. Mind you they even sent me a 40 dollar check about a month ago!

I've been a resident here for a couple of years now and can honestly say that yes I'm very comfortable where I stay. The staff have always been amazing and do care for their residents. Nothing like having a home sweet home.

if i can give this place 0 stars i would. it is really unsafe!! someone broke in 6 cars in the span of 2 days. The manager said there was basically nothing they can do. Don’t want to put cameras around the complex, gate has been broken for a month now and looks like they're always broken. We pay for trash service and they don’t even pick up the trash. Will definitely look for a better place once the lease is up.

This is a beautiful place to live We been here 4 years and it's been amazing Every problem we had in the past problems have been fix all just normal maintenance Carlos and the other maintenance guys are just awesome profesional and nice Leslie is always helpful in anything we need very professional. We are ready to sign a new lease Ain't no better place then here.

Apparently very comfortable but it has no security today they tried to steal my car, they broke the glass and the managers say that they are not responsible for that. They charge very expensive and we don't even have security, there are no cameras, the doors are open 24 hours a day. You request maintenance and they are delayed or do not come. Really very bad experience. I do not recommend anyone to rent here.
