Was horribly sick the day after my wedding and tried to check in but got turned away because I forgot my driver's license which had my ID. Doctor flat out refused to serve me and what's worse is I think they all got off on it. Their lack of compassion and empathy is evident when the woman at the front desk told my husband to get lost and to have a nice day with a smile. Avoid this hospital at all costs. Pure evil.

I have been in the ER for five hours. I was told that if I leave that my insurance will not cover the cost accumulated thus far, as it would be AMA. The transients are in control of the property. Inside and out. This is not a safe place. At 0241 a woman was found unresponsive in her seat. She’d been moaning for several hours and nobody asked her if her symptoms had worsened.

I came here to see my brother and got confronted by a hostile angry transient in the lobby immediately upon entering. My brother had been in here a while, and there was a several hour lapse until someone came in to check on him- it was for billing- he hadn't even gotten properly treated, or seen the doctor and he's already being billed in his condition. The hospital staff is nice, but I am absolutely disappointed and angry at his situation, if I had a better hospital recommendation I would share it with you all but unfortunately I do not. I am sure there are plenty of people who have had better experiences, just not us.

Thank you to the ER team for their prompt and compassionate response to my miscarriage. They were so thoughtful and ready to be off assistance, all the nurses were knowledgeable and helpful. They made a very scary experience so much easier. Thank you for all you did.
