    Unfortunately, my recent visit to this particular McDonald's establishment left me not only disappointed but appalled by the management and staff's behavior and the quality of the breakfast offerings. From the moment I stepped inside, I was met with an atmosphere of indifference. The staff, who should be the face of the establishment, seemed utterly disinterested in their jobs. Orders were taken with a careless attitude, and customers were treated as mere inconveniences rather than valued patrons. Now, let's talk about the breakfast menu. It's no secret that fast-food breakfast isn't meant to be gourmet, but it should at least be edible. The food served here, however, was an affront to the very concept of breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were lukewarm, the eggs rubbery, and the bacon appeared to have been left out for hours. The coffee was more akin to a bitter, watery disappointment than a morning pick-me-up. I wouldn't feed the offerings here to my worst enemy, let alone dogs or cats. It's a disservice to the loyal customers who expect a decent start to their day. But the real issue lies with the management. Their lackadaisical approach to quality control and customer service is nothing short of a travesty. It's clear that a change is needed, whether it's through retraining the existing management and staff or a complete overhaul of the team. In my professional opinion, corporate headquarters needs to step in immediately to address these glaring issues. The McDonald's brand has a reputation to uphold, and this establishment is tarnishing it with every uninspired breakfast plate served. In conclusion, my experience at this McDonald's was nothing short of a morning misadventure. The management and staff's indifference, combined with the unpalatable breakfast offerings, make it imperative for corporate intervention. It's high time for this establishment to reevaluate its priorities and deliver the quality and service that the McDonald's name should stand for.

    I recently had a disappointing experience at this particular McDonald's location, and I feel compelled to share my observations. It was, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's experience I've ever encountered. The issues I encountered primarily revolved around the attitude of the manager, Lina. Firstly, I want to mention that I was leaning on the counter due to medical issues with my back, which I have documented proof of. Despite this, Lina continued to chastise me for leaning on the counter. What puzzled me even more was the fact that the counter was already quite dirty, which is unacceptable in any restaurant, let alone a McDonald's. It's essential for staff to maintain cleanliness. Furthermore, Lina interrupted my order process twice to address my leaning, even though I suggested that her focus should be on the customers at the register. It's common for people to lean on counters occasionally, and it's disappointing that this was given more attention than providing efficient service. To make matters worse, the food I received was subpar, arriving cold and unappetizing. After spending $30 at this McDonald's, I couldn't help but think that I could have chosen a better dining experience elsewhere. Chick-fil-A, for example, is known for its exceptional customer service and quality food. They do not disrespect their customers in the same way. In conclusion, I regret to say that I will never visit this McDonald's location again. I hope they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary improvements to provide a more pleasant dining experience for their customers in the future. In addition to the issues I mentioned earlier, it's evident that this McDonald's location would greatly benefit from implementing automation. Not only was the food quality disappointing, as I mentioned earlier, but the overall customer service experience left much to be desired. Automating certain processes could potentially lead to more consistency and efficiency in both food preparation and order handling, which could greatly improve the overall dining experience for customers.

    I’m honestly a very generous person and this is my first review of ever posting on anything . But I really dislike the night crew here , the manager is cool the people you pay at front window are cool but besides it taking 20 minutes for them to make 4 cheeseburgers . The girl that hands over the food was extremely rude and not empathetic. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had

    I came into this McDonald's at 1020 to order breakfast. The person in front of me, I was 2nd in line, had a million complaints and was at the counter for 10 minutes. When I get to the counter to order my food the manager tells me that breakfast is over. I said I had been in line for 10 minutes behind the other lady. I was at the counter at exactly 1030. Awful service. Awful manager. Just awful all around.

    Is it really that hard to make a burger? What is this ? It’s not the first time either, and also i gave them my coupon code for a free 10 piece nuggets they asked me for the code and I gave it to them, and I just noticed when I got home that they still charged me for it, I know it’s my fault for not checking but cmon, why ask me for the code if your not going to put it in.

    First of all, there's no reason why I should spend 30 minutes in a drive-thru with only three cars in line. Then I gave my car to the first guy. He didn't say anything to me. Just took my card. Next window just tossed me my bag. No one said. Thank you. Have a good day. Hope you enjoy your meal. Nothing like that. I just took my meal and left but then the worst part was it was so messed up. I couldn't even eat it. There was so much sauce on it. This sandwich wouldn't stay together. It was sliding around. I am so disgusted with this place. I am done spending so much money on food and the act like I should be so grateful that they're serving me. Can I at least get a smile or a thank you and some good food. Is that too much to ask McDonald's you blow

    The McDouble was good as well as the chicken nuggets. I’ve had an unpleasant experience before but I wanted to finally write a review. The happy meals I ordered looked like they were just thrown in the bag, fries spilled and upside down. From what I collected the fries only amounted to like 5 each happy meal. I think next time I’ll go to the 99th location.

    Waited in the drive through for almost 15 mins when we were the only ones there for the majority of the time. The RUDE girl at the second window said "here" to my grandma and closed the window. Whatever happened to customer service? Seems like employees already have an issue with customers just for wanting to purchase something. If you don't want to deal with people maybe don't apply to work fast food? :/ three big Mac's shouldn't be so hard to pack up y'all.

    We ordered on the kiosk because nobody was visible on front line to take orders. The screen was gross and no sanitize wipes. We definitely needed them for all the dirty tables. We cleaned one with our hand sanitizer and napkins which we had to ask for. As we went to walk around to clean the table my shoes were literally sticking to the floor. I continued to stick to the floor. My husband ordered one of the specialty coffees and when they brought the order there was no coffee. We told the lady she wanted to see the ticket and she said or we don't have that. We were charged for it so my husband just ask for a different one. My husband ordered his QP Supreme and asked for no tomatoes and yet there they were. We didn't get the coffee so I went up and it was sitting there on the counter getting cold🤷‍♀️. When I went to fill my soda the whole beverage area was disgusting. So sad. See a couple photos.

    I came in with my service animal and some children asked to pet him so I let them and then the manager came in from outside asking if he was a service animal and I said yes(I carry my paperwork with me) then she stated “he doesn’t act like one” which upset me because he is cool calm and collected and she said because he was next to the kids and I asked her if she was aware of them asking to pet him and she said no then got an attitude and said she was doing her job but she made me feel so uncomfortable and her attitude was unacceptable. I lost my appetite and I hope her customer service skills improve. I had no plans to dine in anyways but eve

    I got to the drive thru, was was told to wait a minute, I wait for 10 minutes and nothing, pull forward and this guys is just on its phone update: got a call from I guess the manager?, just to complain about me taking this picture lol, she didn’t identify her self or said what they would do to improve service, but at least she said sorry for the bad service
