    The only good thing about this apartment is that the maintenance guys are really nice and work hard. Other than that, horrible. It's a gated community and they supposedly have security at night but cars get broken into every single night. Mine just got broken into last night, my neighbors the night before and everyone keeps saying there are people trying to go into their apartments. It is way to expensive for a place that has crackheads roaming around.

    The floor plans look amazing but they want you to rent the units unseen. I scheduled an appointment online, drove 40 miles only to be turned away. While i understand social distancing is important at least offer virtual tours for prospective renters! And update the website to reflect that there are no virtual tours and no appointments.

    I lived at this place for 2 years. Worst place I've been. Jennifer was the only nice lady who seemed like she actually cared. On a weekly basis I would have to call and ask for someone to take care of all the spiders/webs in the hallways/walkways and it was never taken care of. Everyone completely lied about the whole situation saying the grounds keeper took care of it, which he clearly did not. I finally gave up on asking them to do their job. There was a complete lack of response from employees and even the managers. Parking is terrible in this complex. The interior of the apartments is just outdated and not well kept. I would not recommend for anyone to live at these apartments!

    I've lived here for 3 years and while I am being ask to move out due to remodeling, within the past 5-6 months it has been time to go. I used to like it here a lot too. It was quiet and the grounds we're well kept, but these apartments have become dirty and ghetto. The neighbors leave used baby diapers and other garbage in front of their apts and let their dog use the bathroom in the grass and rocks near the apartment building. The smell has become so bad and it's sad because kids play there. The best part of living here: the management and maintenance. Worst part: The ridiculous rent increases and dirty neighbors. If you are considering moving here, avoid building 15; It's disgusting now.

    I have lived here for two years. The office staff is easy to work with and the maintenance crew does a good job and is generally quick to respond. The area around the complex does not feel safe and seems to be getting worse. There have been thefts, vandalism and other shady unwanted stuff around here. Not that it's the fault of the apartment management, just beware. What does displease me is that I am being forced to move so they can upgrade apartments and charge more. When I asked if I could move into an upgraded apartment they told me I would have to reapply and pay new deposits, etc. I have rented for two years, never have I been a minute late with rent or had any complaints. There is no loyalty or recognition for good renters.

    We lived here almost 3 years and to be honest it was good no major complaints in our complex. Yeah, our car did get broken into at the begging but we didn’t leave anything valuable behind so all good and always made sure to lock it. Maintenance and management were always good to us.

    Let me start off with, AMAZING STAFF. They are always so accommodating to my busy work schedule. The maintenance team is always ready to fix any issues. Jen- one of the property managers is so professional and is always so helpful. She’s always a delight to talk too. Therefore, red hawk thank you for everything, I am so grateful for this experience. Not many apartments like this I’ll tell you that...

    This place not only looks beautiful on the outside but is also beautiful in each and every apartment. The customer service I received from LaFronce and Jason was beyond exceptional! They didn't just meet my expectations, but exceeded them far from any other customer service I've ever received. They were very considerate and helpful through the entire process, making sure I was taken care so my move-in date would be painless. Highly recommend them and I will spread the word about you folks to anyone who is looking to relocate -- Adam N.

    I have been living here for 2 years and when Ann & Jenn was in office everything was ran smooth, if any changes were being made we would receive a text in advance. As of know the new management came in and did not send out notification in a timely manner regarding changes to rent. I have never been late on rent since I moved in. On 1/2/24 management sent an email saying rent would change of being late on 1/3/24. Things like this should have been sent out at a week’s notice. I like my neighbors, but new management sucks for the lack of communication to residents. Please Do better

    Do not rent here to start they have a horrible roach problem in top of that the lady in the front the chubby lady is a completely rude person I bread exotic reptiles so I have quite a few they gave me 4 days to get everything out of my apartment all the animals which I had to individually pack all of them up and drive them away for “4 hour” which obviously that’s a lot to do on a Tuesday morning so I go in and ask if there’s anything they can do they she says no and then give me extreme attitude we go away have to take all the animals to my moms house at 8am when I call at 11 they say I’m not even scheduled til 8 so I have all these animals that need to wait luckily the nice lady up at that front not sure of her name but has a strong accent was proactive and tried to see if they could move my time up so I can again at 3 to see if there’s any update there’s nothing I call at 4 they said I should be done at 6 I’m fed up and I just go home when I get home nothing is touched now I’m mad because I wasted my whole day did all the preparation I needed and nothing was done no fog was completed or anything fast forward to a month later I go to pay rent and I see there’s a 50 dollar charge to some people that’s not alot but for a 19 year old struggling to make ends meet that’s a week of food so I go to ask about that because I cannot pay that which that new manager then gives me all the atitude telling me I wasn’t prepared and she could have charged me 100 but instead she charged me 50 as if she was having some sort of power trip and then I say I’m not paying that she then tells me to take it to court and take it up with the pest control company and I said the pest control company is not the one charging me you are which I do admit I’m sorry I did call her a couple names but as you can see that whole situation is too much she is a horrible person and I’ve had a horrible experience as a first time renter I think if she doesn’t get fired she should not be manager because she can not handle that kind of power and the complex has done nothing to help anyone I do not recommend at all renting here.
