I have been living at Cherry Manor since June 2010 and when Barrington Residential took over in 2020 I wasn't thrilled at first about having new management/owners. I then saw they fixed stuff in my apartment that didn't work for years. They've fixed the parking lot, hallways, lights, security cameras, new laundry machines, friendly staff. The hall and laundry room isn't dark, gloomy and depressing. Now after 10yrs of a non-working kitchen light thanks to Barrington I can see what I'm cooking. I'm glad our new Landlord and staff treats us (tenants) better than the previous landlord/owners. Thank you

Right after I moved in, Cherry Manor Apartments changed ownership. The new owners have done so much to improve the property since then. They had the driveway repaved and lines painted. They have also painted the outside of the building. They replaced all of the outdated washer's and dryers with brand new ones. They have made it a pet friendly place. They are always striving to improve this place. The manager Emily is super friendly 🙂.

I would give 5 stars but updates to the facilities are not completed yet. Under new management, we have seen many updates. Newly black-topped parking ,new laundry equipment, door closers, security cameras and friendly staff. Will upgrade to 5 stars when they finish painting (looks like they are prepping) and replace hallway carpeting. Overall, looks like new management is taking pride in this little gem.

Well I've lived here at Cherry St apartments since 2018. And This year when Barrington Residential took over they did a complete 360 on this building. They made this place look more like a home then a nothing :) Very friendly staff members. They are doin such a great job and are always into of thing. Keep up the good work :) Very satisfied tenant :) I give them 5+ stars!!!!!!!!!

New management and construction workers are are improving the environment that makes our apartment feel like home. Apartments are spacious and affordable . Doing a great job to improve cherry manor apartments.
