Gingersnap Bakery made a cake for an event I held at Eleven Waters at Hotel Syracuse. Ordering was easy with many choices, delivery was on time, and the cake was not only beautifully done, but it was incredibly delicious. All of my guests loved the cake. The frosting was smooth and perfectly sweet, not overly sweet, and the lemon cake was perfect and moist. I highly recommend this bakery for any special occasion.

Gingersnap does an amazing job for weddings, from commination to tasting to final product, they will not disappoint. We did s a small cake and minis, the brownies and cream puffs are out of this world! Our guests loved all the options!

We ordered a Peacock Cake for my wife's birthday. The cake was exactly as ordered, tasted amazing, and was visually very impressive! This bakery even made the fondant taste delicious! Gingersnap did my wedding last year and recently came to the rescue for my sisters wedding last month. I did not have a single dessert left over, everyone loved our dessert table. They set everything up so beautifully! I called Gingersnap a few weeks before my sister's wedding in dismay because her plan fell through. They were able to accommodate us despite the short notice. Everything was once again delicious and pretty! Highly recommend Gingersnap and they are the only bakery I will go to at this point!

We had an amazing Super Mario cake made for my son's 7th birthday party. The cake surpassed all of our thoughts and expectations and was absolutely delicious to boot! Was hard to cut into this masterpiece but every bite made it worth it.
