Pasta has a fantastic home made flavor. The marinara sauce has a great flavor not sweet like others and i love that. I wasn't a huge fan of the heavy celery flavor the minestrone soup had but it was still decent. Loved the blackberry Italian cream soda, the tiramisu, and the garlic bread as well. I would have rated the restaurant higher had it not been for the service. Our ticket got lost and the food was plated pretty messily as they were likely in a hurry to send it out and seemed like they just threw it on the plate. The server was friendly enough but hardly came over. The manager did apologize to us but the experience did put a bit of a damper on my overall mood.

This place is incredible. The food is delicious, the drinks are tasty, the decor is unlike any other. We were blown away and will come back. Only comment is our server was extremely quick, pushingly rushing, and messed up several of our orders. I’m still giving five stars because I think it was just that server, not sure what the rush was though because there were plenty of empty tables and no wait.

The 1st impression of the building is quaint outside. Until, The vagabond sitting on the steps in front of the doors; Made for a unsettling moment. When asking for help or food. I expressed my concerns to the hostess but was disregard on the account. The atmosphere and decorations of the restaurant inside is eclectic. Keeps one eyes always entertained. The wait time for food is excellent. Food temperature could be more at a higher degree. It was a tad too warm to really engage the spice of ingredients. The waiters Xavier is a asset to spaghetti warehouse. Best customer service and has knowledge of the menu. The hostess well ....she there... that is all she brought. A great place to visit and bring the family and friends.

Amazing atmosphere, food, service! Our waiter’s name was Nolan and he was very pleasant, funny, helpful! Restaurant can be used for a 2 person date or a huge family reunion! Very cool history about the building too! 100% would recommend!

For starters made a reservation at 3pm however where not seated until 30 minutes of waiting. There was a party of 3 and a party of 2 that walked in and got seated right away. After seating our server only checked with us once before never returning. At this point we were never asked for refills or helped on cleaning out table for the next dish. First and last time I eat here.

I wasn’t really impressed. I thought the pasta sauce was bland and the meatballs tasted like frozen meatballs you can buy from the store. They have some fun specialty drinks though. Their fruit flavored cream sodas were really good. I think they’re worth giving a second chance, but you could probably find a better Italian restaurant to visit.

I haven't been here for over 20+ years. Yesterday we were in the area and went in for my birthday. Great choice, it was so delicious and so filling. A great way to spend time with friends and have a fabulous meal.

This was amazing! We got in really late but the staff was very nice. The food was delicious! I had gluten free pasta. The meat sauce was perfect! Everything was really nice and I really loved the venue. It feels very old and full of history. Every little room so full of details a art. Very cool! This must be an awesome place to host all kinds of parties.

All i can. Say is One and Done. The best part of the restaurant was the service and cheese bread,oh and decoration. Quite honestly i dont know that huge deal of the food, ut i felt that it needed more flavor. I got the chicken parm for $20 wife got lobster ravioli and both lacked flavor. Our server Z was amazing. Took time with my daughters to go over the menu. And explain the choices. Unfortunately i dont think its worth the drive from apache junction... but thanks for the experience...

I had the meat lover's special of spaghetti 🍝 meatballs & sausage. Two huge meatballs were flavorful, and the sausage was quite easy to slice away. The sauce is just right, not bland or too sweet, and didn't need salt. The decor is intriguing with historical photos. I love it. The servers are attentive and helpful worthy of recognition. I want to come back! 😋

Never been to an Old Spaghetti Factory before, very nice decor! Ended up ordering my Chicken Alfredo, Friend ordered the Pot Pourri... It was great, but ended up having to take more than half of it to go. Meal came with a small scoop of ice cream. It was definitely worth the price paid! Great service too...Thanks, Tim! ☺️

The place was beautiful and.full of memorabilia.. it had been several years since we had been there. The quality of the food unfortunately has declined. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and I had the sangria with it. The drink was excellent, but the spaghetti unfortunately was nowhere near the delicious plate I remembered. The sause was bland and tasted like it was poured out of a can. Service was excellent. I hope they go back to the way it used to be.

We just had our anniversary dinner here and the service was wonderful. Our waiter and the staff were very prompt and made this a experience my wife an I will never forget. The food - specifically the spinach and cheese ravioli- was superb! The Alfredo sauce was rich, thick, creamy and delicious.

We had a wonderful dinner with amazing service from Lilly!! She was packed with tables but still seem to keep her cool, smile and worked her butt off to keep up. Food was delicious (they even have gluten-free pasta!!!!), atmosphere was very cool and the bill wasn't outrageous for a party if 5 so that was the perfect ending to a great experience.

I remember the Old Spaghetti factory from Los Angeles on Hollywood Blvd. The food at the one is Phoenix was good and the service was good. I didn't leave the restaurant with a desire to revisit any time soon. Maybe I was expecting great and got good.

Food was bland, but the service was good. We were trying to finish eating, get the check, and head out before they closed but the server said we still had ice cream and coffee coming so we stayed for that. Felt bad for staying past closing so I gave an extra tip.

Unfortunately I went to this is restaurant tonight to pick up some food and was told to have a seat at the entrance. I then had listened to another employee page on on the speaker to someone in the back my name for a pick-up delivery. I then waited 15 more minutes as I listened to a few more people walk in and say that they were there for a pickup. I then heard the employee tell them to go to the back of the restaurant to pick up their food. I then got up and asked this employee if I should be going back there also to pick up my food and she said yes. I went to the back I had to wait another 15 minutes for the food. The food was supposed to be ready around 7:35 and it was not ready until 7:55 so it would have been almost as fast to get to the restaurant and order the food to go. This would have been just as fast since I called it in

The environment is that of an older, more relaxed, setting and it felt nice and relaxing with the dim lighting and polite staff. The scenery is older, like I said, but modern enough to be welcoming. Oh yes! I suppose you'd like to know about the food... The food is delicious and presentable and it would bring me back. Come see for yourself and try something new!

It's been awhile since I've been here and boy I sure found out what I was missing I love the stuffed crab with the pesto sauce on the side in the white fettuccine sauce I had the best of both worlds guess that makes me a brat?? and double high-five for my host and waitresses they were really upbeat always good to have a good meal with some good energy surrounding you & it really makes up for the Bad Company I was treating to dinner ?? ?? ??

Great service! We came as a group of wheelchair users, and energetic kids. Our server was so sweet, polite and professional. She never batted an eye when we questioned the ingredients due to allergies, or when the little ones ordered their own meals. It’s easier to enjoy the food when the server has this type of attitude. We all enjoyed our meals, thank you!

Nice atmosphere, but the food wasn't anything worth bragging about, bread tasted funny, food was bland, my daughter didnt even like the mac-n-cheese, that's hard to screw up. Maybe we will try it again since it's a holiday weekend the head chef's probably not working.

Prices are a little bit on the higher end for what you get but the food is good. Service is good to ok, depends on who your waiter/waitress is.

I live within walking distance, but is appears I should walk a little further for my meals. My server initially forgot to bring the glass of water I requested. After a significant delay, I asked another waiter. I waited for a significant period to receive my check and I had to request my check from another waiter. Not a good experience.

We have been going to this building since we were in high school ? used to be called Spaghetti Company. We appreciate you being open during this challenging time. Food was great as usual, service was great too! Thanks Cedric (sp?) My favorite is Mizithra cheese on gluten free pasta. Husband's favorite is Manager's Special with half Meat Sauce and half Mizithra cheese. Picture is of the Spaghetti Tree ?

We had a fabulous dinner! Both the food and the ambiance were a 10 out of 10! The best Italian food we’ve had outside of Italy. They seated us in a private room with a TV with a remote which our four kids loved. The waitstaff was attentive and professional.

Second time coming here in nearly 10 years. Love it. The atmosphere is quiet & pleasing to the eye. Of course, I miss the crowds coming in here to eat all around us, but this is the world we live in now. The wait staff was excellent. The food, perfect. Everything about this place is fantastic.

My wife and I went here for Valentine's Day and we had a wonderful time and REALLY enjoyed our meal, the service, and the experience of this Old Spaghetti Factory! To start, we made reservations for 4:00pm, since it was Valentine's Day, we knew it'd be busy. We were seated and already had drinks by 4:10. They also offer pickup here by the way. Now to the meal, the food was very good, decent portions, and in my opinion, reasonable prices! My wife and I both ate a 3 course meal (salad or soup, entree, and spumoni) and had a Italian Cream Soda for $35! Granted we did drink water to save a few bucks. Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us often! To finish, the restaurant seemed very clean including the restrooms. I will definitely be back and would recommend this place for a great place to get Italian food!

This restaurant is a very lovely family and friend restaurant. They provide very delicious Italian food for every one to enjoy. This restaurant is a Victorian style restaurant with a bunch of vintage antiques as décor all through out the restaurant. The service they provide is exceptional they always try to do their best to please each customer. I would recommend this vintage restaurant to anyone who wants great Italian food.

Really had higher hopes for here but I was left disappointed and still hungry. Firstly, service was horribly slow for a Wednesday evening. We were sat quickly but our waitress disappeared for 20 minutes at a time. What's worse is that it took ages for our entree to finally appear. We'd finished everything on the table, slowly, and still it was the worse part of meal. Hard to believe that would be the case. Noodles were flavorless and the meatballs were like canned dog food. Redeeming part here was the spagoni icecream, but still. Can't recommend them to you or think I can go for a second chance

Just a good casual dinner in an old, vintage, downtown setting. Food is very good and filling and there are some unique offerings available. Staff is great and they all seem to enjoy their jobs. The nice thing is that all meals include drink, salad/soup, main dish and dessert. Fun place to take the kids. Sit in the trolley car. Restaurant, tables and restrooms are clean. Parking can be difficult during heavy (non Covid-19) times. Currently, Covid-19 measures are in place and reduce number of patrons.

Arrived at 4:45 pm and told there was a 10 minute wait. By 5:15 4 parties that came in, and signed in after me were seated before me. I checked the dining room which had over 12 empty tables when I arrived. At 5:15 all of the doubles were still empty. Why did the hostess tell me 10 minutes. Why are there 7 parties ahead of me when they ALL came in after I did. S very serious decline in quality of help and service recently. I saw a party of 7 with proof of their reservation get turned away because there was nothing on their end. There were 2 tables for 8 empty in "the closed section. Not good.

My first experience dining here was in the chandler location which I give a five star everytime. Unfortunately this site located in Phoenix, gets 2 stars. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The cook was pleasant listen very well, he just didn't follow threw. Our meals had to go back twice, meat wasn't cooked correctly, didn't get bread until we asked. Forgot to bring our plastic wear, brought me the wrong dressing. When asked about the dressing he was certain it was correct. He Was Wrong! We had intention to give a nice tip due to the welcoming greet, but died as the service died. I will not be going back to that location.

It was my first time stepping into The Old Spaghetti Factory and it was AWESOME! I love stepping back in time with all the nostalgic pieces of history all over the restaurant! Not to mention the food was great! Hey what are the meat lovers treat. There was one negative issue what's this restaurant. Definitely flavorful and fillng! I noticed our silverware still had food on it. Not something you want to see dining out. Did I mention there's a full size trolley in the restaurant? Definitely look forward to eating at this establishment again.

Always have loved the atmosphere and antiques in the place. This location is in 2 old adjoined houses so there is a lot of character in addition to the decorations. Used to be a super good value but prices have gone up quite a bit in the past few years and the included coffee or tea are now separate too. Had the spaghetti in the past and was not really impressed. My kids love the Alfredo. I had the lasagna tonight and it was really good; the sauce was rich and well seasoned so I was happy. The side salad that comes with dinner is nice to have but very lackluster, iceberg lettuce mix with some croutons. The bleu cheese dressing was pretty good, my friend had the ranch and it had a strange herb taste to it. She had the manager's special which has 2 kinds of pasta. She had mizithra cheese and Alfredo, not as good as she remembered but did like it. Their bread is always fresh and has an awesome texture to it, crispy on the outside with a soft and chewy interior. Can't go wrong with good fresh baked bread and whipped butter! Spumoni for dessert, a treat that one does not normally have and is always tasty.

This was my first time and totally impressed with the friendliness and decor. Had the Chicken Marsala and Iced tea. Very delicious. It was like a flavor explosion. Isaac our waiter was excellent and very friendly. I recommend this place to anyone who likes fine Italian cuisine. Excellent place to eat!

Very great service! Our waiter was very polite and helpful for my first visit. Food was excellent. The history on the restaurant and building is interesting as well.

Everything was amazing! We had the fried ravioli, chicken Alfredo pasta, spaghetti with meatballs, garlic mizithra, minestrone soup, garlic cheese bread, and spumoni. Everything was delicious, our server was great, and the prices are reasonable.

Been here a few times over the years and it is always a good meal. I will say I was a bit dissatisfied with the Chicken Alfredo this go around. Tasted as though it came out of a jar. The atmosphere was great as well as the drinks, service even better! I'll be back, maybe give the lasagna a shot this time!

What a wonderful place! The first thing I notice was the Old World atmosphere. Wonderful! Then the staff was excellent even though we had a party of 16. It was my granddaughters 19th Birthday and my first time there! The wait staff was fully prepared and handled it perfectly. The food: Outstanding! I tried a Raspberry Italian Cream Soda and it was absolutely delicious! For dinner I had Garlic Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo and it was delicious. The whole experience was excellent and I can't wait to go back. Highly recommend! Bravo.

It's an amazing place! The historic building is gorgeous and well taken care of. Food and service fit the building profile we were taken care of by Tara (a 2 day old hire), and she was great, loved the fact she shared that she is a customer since she was 6 year old.

I really enjoy this restaurant I've been eating there for the past 40 years. They have a unique, interesting, eclectic, historical inside with a lot of different areas to sit and dine. So it's only natural that after you've been there a couple times you want to sit in a certain area well you would think that would be easy but it's a little harder than you think unless you ask to be seated in a certain section immediately when you get to the restaurant you are probably going to have a hard time getting to sit in that area. Or you might get stuck in the bar area like we did on my birthday. And they can take a long time sometimes to get your food to you but it is worth it because of the atmosphere and food.

Really good place for kids and family. Huge building with plenty of seating. Food was great. Think olive garden on 50x steroids. Flavor, presentation, everything here is worth it

Last night was our first time dining here in many years. Love the interior decor - atmosphere is excellent. The location next to the light rail platform makes it convenient to visit since I now live downtown. We had reservations for four and were seated within 5 minutes of our reservation time slot. A group of 9 w/o a reservation arrived just before us and the staff did a good job scrambling to seat them. Our server was very personable and took our drink orders and food orders promptly. Our first course of salads arrived in a timely manner but things kind of fell apart after that. There was an overly long delay before our pasta dinners came out - we had all finished our salads, the staff cleared out the bowls and we waited for the main course for far too long. I overheard our server telling another table she too was frustrated by the delay so it wasn't just our table noticing there was a problem. Eventually our food arrived and it wasn't until after we finished dinner that our server finally told there was a timeliness problem but couldn't provide a reason so it's not clear what the issue was? Rating the Service lower because of the slow food delivery (likely an issue in the kitchen), server didn't check in enough and she didn't bring my requested glass of water - a mistake since I told her I was the one paying the bill! Everyone thought the food was tasty, although a bit salty for my taste which was why I requested more water. The included dessert was a nice touch, I really enjoyed the spumoni.

I had an amazing time at this place. I ordered chicken parmigiana and it was very fresh. They gave us salad and ice cream on the house which was amazing. Highly recommend this place. The staff were respectful and nice. Our server was Hannah. she was very warm and welcoming. We had a pleasant time at this place.

This place is consistent. Food is good at a reasonable rice. The kids will love the decor. Service was just ok tonight but is usually slightly above par. Overall for a chain it's good and reliable. It's a good place for a celebration. Recommend reservations or get on the call ahead list for this location
