I think this is my first time here or at least in a very long time. It was pretty busy for lunch but we were seated and served right away. Enjoyed the salad with a pita and they enjoyed pitas with a side salad. All good, healthy and reasonably priced.

A great experience. We were treated like we were family. Great salads, gyros and sandwiches. Great appetizers. Thank you for your kind service. We appreciate you.

Very disappointing, quality & quantity of food was very poor. Not worth 15 bucks. Pita was cold, hummus was bitter taste, not enough chicken. Poor presentation as well.

This place was amazing. Walking in to one of the friendliest environments. Got seated with a smile and it took no time at all to get my Buffalo chicken pizza (with extra chicken). 10/10 recommend this spot for a quick grab or your lunch break

Work downtown and typically avoid this place. They do not serve the same quality food in the dining room as at the to go counter. Their words not mine. After asking why I had to throw 2 different chicken gyros away. That were like eating rubber. You cold not cut it with a knife let alone chew it. I called to complain. Told yes it is different and was HUNG UP ON. You have many better choices folks. No need for attitude and horrible food

Unfortunately this restaurant wasn't for me. That sucks because I was super excited! I received at least day old pizza that was reheated in the oven and Was really dry. I had tried two different kinds and it was the same for both. I recommend Ziggy's! Around the same price and much better quality. It's right around the corner.

During a meeting this past week in the beautiful Federal courthouse, our team of 13 ordered take-out lunches at Crazy Jim's three days in a row. We were greeted with increasing enthusiasm each day, and I truly enjoyed the food. The chicken schwarma pita had great flavor as did the Gyro Salad, and the portions with sides were generous. Thanks for making us feel so welcome in Phoenix!!

Really nice servers that have worked at this location for years. Fast, friendly and super tasty. I had the Chicken Feta Salad. Great portion of tasty, healthy food. If you work downtown you probably already know and love this place.

I ate breakfast at Crazy Jim's quite early in the morning and it was very tasty. It was not completely out of the way, but I did have to drive in the region of the courthouse. I had a decent time to spend, as I was awaiting possible jury duty. The food overall was quite good! I had a Hiro Omelet. It does offer Mediterranean/American cuisine. The omelet was exceptional, and I would return by myself, although I would " think twice" about bringing my wife, and my sons here. There is a great deal of construction around this area, and I was present at quite an early hour. Again, the food was exceptional, although the three other words that would describe it well, and which I recall well were: high rises, construction, and a shady crowd surrounding the restaurant. Sadly, that simply is not something that one can always control. I'd eat here again, yet keep your eyes open and your wits about you. Quite possibly, the crowd changes as the hours progress.

Friendly staff. But NO INTERNET!!! And no real half and half for coffee, only fake coffee creamer full of chemicals, yuk. Food was decent, figure on $15-20 getting out of there with drink And tip. NOT value prices. I do NOT plan to go back.

The slice of pepperoni pizza was pretty bland. The carrot cake though was delicious. Perfect amount of sweetness! Pizza I would give 3 Stars. The carrot cake and the service and atmosphere were 4 stars.

I had ordered chicken picato salad with pita bread without Jalapeño to go. Was ready to eat and there were Jalapeño in my salad and NO pita bread.

Jalapeno burger was ok fries were meh. I would not do it again for nearly 20 bucks. I will say the staff is awesome which is why I give 4 stars. Great service trumps all else. Thanks and maybe next time it will have a better outcome on taste.

What happened? Was one of the best, now bordering on adverage. Staff still awesome, food still fresh. Just seem to have lost that yummy effect. If it stays this way, it will lose another star.

I’ve had the opportunity to see this place packed and slow and the customer service is amazing. Whether it’s wrestling a storm of people and turning food out on time, or making sure each customer feels welcome! 10/10 I’m a fan ☀️

We visited Crazy Jim's while in Phoenix for a business conference & it was amazing! The owner made us feel welcome & checked back frequently to make our breakfast delightful. We returned the next day! Portions were so generous that we skipped lunch!

  • 5/5 Sabrina M. 2 years ago on Google
Crazy Jim's is great! I go there for breakfast or lunch several times a week. Admittedly, some of the food is a bit expensive, but it's well worth it. Very tasty! If you go for breakfast, go for the "awesome breakfast." Lunch choices will be hard to make cuz so many good selections. I tend to go for the burgers, and occasionally a gyro. The baklava is to die for! Very friendly staff!

I have enjoyed this restaurant for many years as a 30 year county employee. Today I tried the Calamari salad. It's Lent and we are going out for fish fry tonight so not being a salad girl I had to be convinced and was told it was highly recommended. They were not wrong. There was so much going on with this salad, every bite tastier than the last. My compliments to the chef. Also fun is the owner who makes his rounds to make sure you enjoyed your feast. He and I having a standing battle about hash browns versus home fries....lol. And the breakfast croissants are light and fresh. You will not be disappointed.

A really nice place. Busy at lunchtime. A bit overpriced IMO. Food quality was good, but the gyro meat seemed to be preprocessed and not fresh off the skewer, as all pieces were the same shape and thickness.
