I have been coming here since it has open. Its one of my most relaxed restaurants I go to. Great nice and clean place. Lots of parking and well lit. Great easy menu. We sit on the bar side and always have Robin help us. Great portion and always tasting awesome. Kid friendly. Highly recommended. Great lunch specials. Everybody is awesome.

My husband and I came for a late lunch on a Sat afternoon on our 25th wedding anniversary weekend. Our waiter Manny(Manuel V) was excellent. He is the only one to offer us any kind of dip with our bread. The other times we have been here no one offered that to us. Thank you Manny. Since he suggested the alfredo sauce as a dip for our bread. I tried the alfredo sauce on their salad and omg it was so good it really brought the flavors of the salad out. I told my husband to try it and he did, and he also enjoyed it on his salad. He said it gave it a nice creamy sauce to it as well as bringing out the flavors. I passed this on to our waiter since he suggested the dipping sauce and it was really good with their salad. The food and the service was great. I highly recommend to anyone who likes chicken and dumplings to try their version of it called chicken ganache with spinach soup it is so good and does taste like chicken and dumplings, so yummy. We will be going back.

Food was good. Had left overs and took those home so... good enough to eat twice. Our waiter Orlando was awesome. His wife is adorable! Didn't catch her name but she's sweet. If we go back it'd be for the service...

First Johanna asked for our drink order and we asked do they serve Shirley Temples , Johanna said yes and we asked for it and she then brought us plain sprite. When we informed Robin of the error Johanna proceeded to say we didn’t ask for those drinks. It went down hill from there . When I alerted Robin she over charged us for an extra soup that she brought out that was not ordered separately , we thought it came with the Shrimp Fritto Misto. She did not explain that soup doesn’t come with every meal. So her solution was to remove what I actually ordered which was the unlimited soup and salad lunch deal and charge us for a soup and salad separately adding an extra $10 to our bull instead of removing the extra soup. This service was unexceptionally worse than any other time. I felt unvalued, uncared for and like what I wanted didn’t matter, my experience didn’t matter and my concerns didn’t matter. Just horrible service. Almost like I wasn’t important enough to be listened to and Like I should’ve just been grateful to get any service at all. All I can say is do better Olive Garden This is my third time here and my worst experience because of these two individuals

Have been going here regularly for years. Great food good size portions for the money. Their normally fast service has recently gotten faster. 99% of the servers are above good. The restaurant overall is VERY clean. Hostesses are friendly & welcoming. Today I was served by Sara N. She was very cheerful and personable. Even joked with me a little which made things feel homey. She got my food to me quickly. She made sure I had enough sugar for my coffee when asked. She came and asked if I wanted my soup refilled or more bread sticks wow! I believe she's one of the top five waitresses in my book. Great service all around! If you go here don't be put off if there's a wait, it's well worth the wait! You'll like this place.

The service was quick,,, hostess, waiters, and cashier were all perfectly respectful and went out of their way to make us have a perfectly well almost nutritious lunch. Thank you employees for the best service ever.

So i ordered a to go order lunch special $12. Including tips came out to 30.14. One main course they running a special for $6 more u can take an entrée and i added 6xtra bread for $4.50 Ordered the chicken parmigiana it was good the lunch order is for 1 person.

I can promise uou, this is the only location in the nation you will get such excellent customer service. If you have any issues or are unhappy with anything, they will try their hardest to fix it before you walk out that door. The GM here is really what makes this place what it is. Truly an amazing person is Lynn Anderson (no relation, weird coincidence) I will divulge I worked here for a few years, some time ago now, and never ever have I ever had nor seen a manager care so much about her employees. I enjoyed going to work every single day. The only job I ever had and will prolly ever have where I never hated work, I looked forward to it even. I loved my job, loved my coworkers, and absolutely just love Lynn! Managers like Lynn will make any type of business a total success. Her employees are happy because of how she treats them, and in turn the employees treat the guests just the same. Her business ethics are truly remarkable. Lynn I hope you read this and know I think of you guys all of the time and miss that place so much! I'm so happy to know you're still there, I wouldn't consider coming back if you weren't. Hopefully I'll be seeing you soon man! I know you miss my morning huddle dances before we open the door :) ❤️

Just left this location........I had to go outside so I wouldn't snap... Was there with my sister, daughter, four granddaughters, and my wife. We were seated, placed our drink orders, and our meal orders. So after about 15-20 minutes the kids meals arrived and we asked if the drinks were going to be there soon. So another 5 minutes and drinks salad, and soups arrived. Now, me and the wife had ordered pasta dishes and as everyone else was finishing their meals our server came by and asked how things were...well, our meals would be nice to which we were informed they were working on them. Beings everyone else was done eating they might as well box them up to go. And what happened to the complimentary mint chocolate? Our server made it seem like he was doing something special for us to bring some. I left my card with the wife and went outside.......took another 15 minutes to pay the bill... She was nicer than I would have been. Sat for a meal with the family but got ours to go....? And to think, she tipped as well! I would not have. Heck, they should have compt our meals. 2 out of 5 stars and that's based on all my previous visits. For me, this visit was a zero stars.

What a terrible date night for myself and my oldest daughter. The restaurant was only a third full due to social distancing rules and by my count there were tons of Staff (10 front of house) compared to the small amount of people actually in the restaurant. All we ordered was appetizers in the form of mozzarella sticks and the fried shrimp, then my daughter ordered kids spaghetti with just butter and I ordered soup and salad. It took an eternity to get our food and they forgot to bring out my daughter her spaghetti. When I mentioned it to the server 45 minutes after ordering it she said oh no it's coming as if somehow spaghetti with butter in it took much longer than fried mozzarella. There was a big zero recognition that there was a problem when I complained about how long the taking just to get plain spaghetti. I ordered the soup and salad and they delivered me a salad but they didn't bring me a plate. I ordered a second bowl of soup since it's all you can eat and I never got the second bowl of soup. The whole situation was ridiculous. I am fully aware that we are in a strange time but there were plenty of staff on shift for the literal ten total tables in the restaurant. I still tipped 20% because I realize the server's haven't made money in sometime but I feel like I got screwed on the money I spent by the ridiculous service I received.

Food was good. Served hot, bread sticks were warm and salad never disappoints. Service was a bit slower then normal for it seeming not that busy otherwise was overall good.

We had the most pleasant experience today at lunch. Our server Josh was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our food was delicious and served in a timely. I have not been to Olive Garden in a very long time but this experience might just make me come back. So thank you Josh for making our experience so lovely and being so thoughtful in your service.

By far the best olive garden I've been to. The manager is so hands on youd mistake her for staff and she runs a very efficient place! Staff is warm, courteous and attentive and the food is the freshest at this location!

I placed a to-go order online to pick-up on the way to my cousin's house. The parking was marked nicely for guests to know where to park when you arrive. You can call the number on the parking sign and a restaurant employee will bring your order to your car. The employee even offered to put it in the backseat since I went to pick it up by myself. Our meal was nicely packed and included plasticware and even the little Andes mints. The area is a little rough because I believe the main Metro Center mall is closed, but the restaurants around still seem to be thriving.

Staff was very nice and we got fast service. Overall, Olive Garden's food is pretty bland and not too many spices, basic cooking. Great for a picky eater or anyone who likes simple dishes.

My best friend and I celebrated our birthday lunch together. We are 3 days apart so we always celebrate together. We have been doing this for 30 years. We had an amazing time, shared a bottle of wine and lots of delicious food. The service from Sara was excellent! She is very friendly and gave great service. We will 100% be back! Thank you Sara! This will be our b-day spot every year from now on!

However, I was pleasantly surprised when they had a table ready in less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is always clean; the staff is friendly and attentive; and, the food is delicious. The lasagna was so good and the fried mozzarella was super cheesy. Our waiter was super sweet, and the food came out relatively quick. The table was clean, and I didn’t feel like I was crammed into it. There was plenty of space for everyone at the table. The only complaint I have is that on one of the rounds of unsweetened iced tea we ordered, it came out a bit funky, but the staff were super sweet and apologetic about it. Overall, I think this is a great restaurant, and I’d love to eat here again.

It was good. When you go to the Olive Garden you should know what to expect. Oddly enough in a good way the Bowls of salad were really good, maybe a good crop of lettuce came in.

Had some great food at the Olive Garden here in Phoenix near Metro Center and it was really good. The service was great from Jesse our server and Lynn, the manager pitched in as well really really good service, friendly staff clean environment and I’ll definitely be back.

Today I have experienced such amazing customer service. Food was hot and fresh and not to mention my server was one of the best servers I have experienced even from any other restaurant I have been to. Anthony was very attentive to my needs, he even plated my salad for me (this right here was top notch service for me), had a great personality (made me laugh) making me feel at home there dining at Olive Garden, and fast service! Food was quick & tasty. Love their salads & bread. Friends had the chicken gnocchi soup & said it was tasty. I had fried calamari. It was crispy. The beer was cold. Crowded at the time of our visit, so very noisy. Our service was friendly and prompt.

Our waitress, Felicia, was extremely kind. She took time to pay close attention to our glasses, our plates, and the mood at the table. She constantly checked on us, helped us without being asked, and made sure we were having a good meal. Definitely the best waitress we have ever had, and the definition of amazing service.

Update: today we had the worst service ever please look at the pics. All we asked from the manager is to get us different server since the one that was serving us did not want to work. We usually have great servers who make our visit so great. She stopped me from finishing my sentence and then they started bringing horrible food to the table pls look at pics this place has gone down on service they didn't even take plates off our table all because we asked for the italian dressing to be added to our salad.

I love their salad!! My favorite dish is the Tour of Italy, you get a taste of 3 different Italian dishes in one plate, very delicious and definitely recommend! Waiters are very friendly 😀 the only thing is that there can be wait times if you go with a bigger than 2 people party. Other than that this location never fails to meet my expectations 😁

I has a server by the name of Evelyn , her service was just amazing 👏 really, she was on top of everything before I even noticed it. I am a nurse and I just got off of a 12 hr shift after pulling a 24 hr shift the day before, I NEEDED a drink something serious!! She brought me my drink before the others hit the table and after that she's just been so attentive! Excellent service and food. The manager, Tara came out to say happy birthday to my Mom. Evelyn our server was awesome. She made sure to check on us through out our meal. I will definitely return to this Olive garden.

First of all the waiter was friendly but very slow get drinks and bread sticks while we were waiting. The dinner was good. The only thing I noticed was the change in black olives in the salad and the dressing changed to. It was gross. The restaurant wasn’t busy yet, seeing how we come in early and beat the crowds. Waiter never asked us for refills on drinks or water. We have eaten at this location for the last 5 years. I think this we’ll be the last time we eat here. The day was Dec 24/23 @4:30 pm

I came here on a stir day night and it was actually really fun! They have ski ball, pac-man, pinball, and all the classic arcade games. Definitely will consider going back.

Pretty good consistant and reliable however not convienant or extravagent and pricing has nearly have become so sky high out of control. They wanna charge the current prices that they are charging but only provide a mediocre product. $18 bucks for a slice of lasagna that comes with nothing else (except the complimentary salad and bredsticks), whats so special that it commands that high of a price? The top of which is usually burned and the pasta a gummy paste, and Olive garden values that at almost 20 bucks? Im going elsewhere next time for sure.

We went to pickup our food we ordered shrimp Alfredo when we got home we we realized that the shrimp Alfredo wasn't there so instead of sitting down at home and eat we had to come back you should check the bag has everything that the person ordered.

Nice local ramen walking distance from Honolulu Ave in La Crescenta. My recommendation is to sign in onto their waiting list to avoid any wait time. We were seated in minutes after arrival. I ordered the Veggie ramen with grilled chicken on the side. Curry fries and tempura green beans were great too.

Today marks the 1 year anniversary I met my girlfriend and that night we came to this location for dinner.. Today we ordered food to go and it wasnt quite 100%.. We called and spoke with Christine? Kristine? Manager on duty - She addressed our concern and fixed our order (thank you very much) and the girlfriend was super happy with her re ordered food.. Despite the craziness in the world we will continue to come to this location for our bread stick fix ?

Dinner was so good! I had ceasar salad, breadsticks and fettuccine alfredo, my old Olive Garden favorites, paired with their new Confetti! Sweet Pink Rose'. It is the sweetest wine I have ever tasted. Food and drink were great. Service was exceptional as is usually the case here. I have been coming to the new metro location since it opened and I like it better than most of the others. The staff is friendly and it feels very comfortable and inviting.

Restroom reeked of rotting eggs. Waiter was stoned. It took five minutes to get any attention, 15 minutes to get water (after our soup had arrived) and another five minutes to get the alcoholic drinks we ordered. His excuse was “the bartender is still working on it”. Draft beer and a berry sangria that I know is premade. 2 mins to make tops. Then stale breadsticks and microwaved soup. You could obviously tell it was microwaved. I ate three bites. Lunch was decent but it took another 10 minutes after I asked for a box to get the box. We stayed 20 mins longer than we needed to, they were NOT busy, even with covid restrictions, because of lack of customer service. It literally felt like no one worked there. I even tried to flag the lady that I assume was the manager three times to tell her about the restroom smelling of sewer and not even a nod. Will not be returning.

The customer service is really good here. I just hate how everythinh is going with the covid. We weren't allowed to wait inside but it was no one waiting so they should at least allow 2 families to wait in the lobby. Also they dont have the full menu which sucked. Its just all pastas really.

I have just picked up a to go order, Since I was busy and could not cook . I ordered 4 chicken scampi’s. Our meals literally have about 3 bites of pasta in each one. Normally I would never complain or leave a review , But since this is the 3 rd time I have had this problem , I cannot assume the chef had a bad day anymore . With This food being so expensive I expect better. This has never happened with dine in , I normally check my food , but with this virus nonsense, I cannot do that .You are taking advantage of people and once again our meals look like appetizers .So I am now having to add to our “dinner /appetizer “. Thank you for my 100$ worth of peppers and onions ! .
