Great food and friendly staff! Had a wonderful time here. Their lemonades are straight up bomb 💣 Be sure to order one. The queso is lovely too - very flavorful and not just cheese. I was full and satisfied when I got home, and I fell right to sleep!

I hate to say it, as I normally try to be positive, but had the worst experience here. While there was plenty of staff available, no one wanted to seat us, so waited for quite a while at the hostess' station. Didn't get much better when we got finally seated -- super inattentive, so it was not a surprise that orders were taken wrong. I didn't even bother to correct it, because I was the only one who cared. Bad experience, brings down the entire chain's reputation.

Employees are very friendly here! Especially Jules, she is the best! Ask for her and you are sure to have a good dining experience! The restaurant is clean and the bathrooms are as well. On the menu, we love their 3 for $10. You can pick a drink, appetizer of your choice and entree of your choice. They have a limited selection on that menu but there are pretty good options! Our kids love their kids menu. Something for even the pickiest of kids :)

With a stale gift card burning a hole in my pocket I head off to my local Chili's for some dinner. Knowing the staffing challenges that many of the chains are facing, I was hesitant. It was dinner hour and not too terribly busy. The staff was busy, some still in training, but working hard and seemed to be keeping pace. We opted for the Triple Dipper and a combo meal - because we couldn't make up our minds. Our Triple Dipper options were boneless wings (basically over breaded chicken nuggets), chicken crispers (not bad), and big mouth bites (overcooked mini burgers on dry buns). That was a miss. Our combo choices were ribs and jalapeño-cheddar smoked sausage, which also came with fries and roasted street corn on the cob. This came out very hot and fresh and pretty good - especially the corn. I think their fajitas are almost always the best choice at Chili's, along with their house margaritas. Thier prices are family friendly. Good to see they're making improvements.

Was pretty dead inside but the food tasted good and our server was friendly. The $10 lunch deal where you can pick a small appetizer and entree was great. Salad and burgers were fresh. Chili was a bit salty through. Would come back here again!

Ordered the carnitas fajitas and really enjoyed them. The presentation was pleasent to look at and the flavors were very satisfying. Would order again.

The dining room was closed because they only had 2 servers. We sat in the bar area, no big deal. Despite that, the service was excellent! The food itself is why I'm giving 3 stars. I had the bacon burger, it was good but all I could taste on the bun was the oil they use to toast it. I also had the loaded mashed potatoes which were unbelievably dry, bland and lukewarm. I asked for extra butter, added salt and pepper, then they were pretty good. I had the side salad which was good but they serve it in a tiny bowl so if you try to mix anything it all falls out. I do give props for this being a 3 for 10 dollar meal, cheaper than fast food. It comes with a non alcoholic drink, appetizer, entree and 2 sides. You can't beat that!

Awesome service, cheap drinks, always have good deals for customers on the rewards options. The staff is always super courteous and willing to tend your every need.

This was by far, my worst Chili's experience ever. I was served a not so fresh Salad, with not so fresh Avocado on it. Felt like I was eating a left over Salad. I had to ask for fresh Avocado. Terrible.

My family and I went to Chilis today for lunch. We sat in the cocktail area. There was no one in there or at the bar. My husband and I ordered a drink and food for our daughter. Plus chips and salsa. The salsa came out warm. Asked for cold salsa and still got warm. We were not given silverware and I had to get our own napkins. My husband’s drink took 15 minutes to come out because the manager was “getting the ingredients” and came out wrong even then. When I asked to speak to the manager, who was actually the GM Tia, and explained everything that happened, she made the excuse that chilis “specs” change on drinks. I’m not sure how the spec on an “old fashion” drink that’s been around at least 100 years can change. There was no intent on making anything right what so ever. So my family and I were forced to leave and go somewhere else for lunch. That chilis has gone downhill since new management and staff has been there.

Great welcoming atmosphere. Our server Lori was wonderful and attentive to us. She had other guests but paid attention to us. Checking on us and our drinks. Making sure that the food was good. So I tried the Smokehouse Combo. Overall decent but some of it was dry and not as flavorful as I was expecting. The Brisket was dry. Plus it was served on a piece of bread? Very small sample portion wise. The ribs were good plus the corn on the cob. My wife had the Fajitas. Which was the best purchase. She had a trio of, shrimp, steak and chicken. Which was very delicious. Overall. We would go back but definitely try something different. Not the brisket..yuk.

Great server, he kept the drinks filled. However our order took forever to come out. (Over 1 hr wait for food). We were seated immediately and the server was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. Not super busy at ~2pm. Food was delicious. Overall a good experience 3.5 stars. (It will be a while before I am willing to come back.). Next time we may try take out/pick up as I do not like long waits inside. (Party of 7. 5 kids)

Eta: total attempts to contact the restaurant to say we were waiting for our to go order: F O U R. two texts, two phone calls, the second if which we were snapped at, and waited 30 minutes to receive our cold food. Thanks for a terrible birthday dinner!

Ordered food online for dinner at home, called to see why my father Hadn't gotten any confirmation that our order was completed. Called the restaurant to see what was going on as our order was supposed to be ready at 8 it is almost 8:30. The person who answered the phone was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and condescending and we will not be ordering food here again.

Drinks, drinks, drinks! Love the $5 rotating specials that they have in the bar. The cosmo Rita, the classic and the muellerita are super good! Service staff tried very hard when they were obviously understaffed at night

The place is HORRIBLE. They messed up our food three times. The first two times they were ice cold. And the third time it took 45 minutes and it was still cold. The waiter cussed us out when we asked for a refill. The manager still made us pay full price for everything as well. Don't come here EVER.

We've always loved Chili's so naturally it was my son's choice for his birthday dinner! Party of 13 and Bethany, Jimmy and Savannah did a great job keeping up with us. It was a super busy night but they checked on us often, Jimmy was extremely funny and kept us entertained, Bethany took our orders and they were all attentive to our needs! Food was brought out correctly and drinks were filled. We will definitely be back, especially to this location, as the staff is awesome! Thank you for making Gavin's birthday fun!

Got DoorDash to my place. Everything was exactly right! Which never happens with door dash. Everything was good. The only advice would be to add better cheese to the mushroom and Swiss burger. It was a little bland and good cheese definitely would make it way more flavorful! Fired picked are bomb! And got my daughter some Mac and cheese and mandarin oranges which were honestly great size portions for the cost! Definitely would order DoorDash from here again! Was impressed.

It started out slowly due to understaffing. We did have a party of 13, so I get it. But, then they brought I'm the big guns! And, by that I mean....waiter, comedian, and entertainer...Jimmy! He had us rolling on the floor in laughs! He is now part of our family and we will go back to this location.....just for him! Give Jimmy a raise! Thanks for making your "little" brother Gavin's 17th birthday so memorable!

We had a big group, nine people, and they were pretty busy, possibly understaffed as well. The host said it would probably be a ten to fifteen minute wait and that was pretty close. Our server was really good, just over worked. I had zero real complaints, but none of us were in a rush to get in and get out. Might not be the best spot for dinner if you're in a hurry, but the staff were all very friendly and the food was tasty

Rude employees. One employee had a scowl on her face every time she had to bring the food out to the customers. She almost knocked us down while she trampled us to get the food out. I asked for the manager and she would not come out of the kitchen to speak with me. We will never go back. Stay clear of the employee with blue hair with a scowl on her face.

Shawna, I believe, served us, and Jim, the manager, was very kind. Both were very sweet and helpful to my 91 yo father-in-law and me. I had shrimp fajitas, and dad had the old time burger. Both were excellent.

The crowd of regulars here are total losers and loud drunks. The Chipotle chicken bowl was a good dish.

We stop here from time to time whenever we're in town and always enjoy it. It's laid back, and service is always good and burgers are enjoyable too. Never really had a bad experience here. Don't understand the bad reviews.

First off when my family went into the place we waited for about 5 minutes to be seated. Then waited for 5 minuets for a server to come to our table to ask for our drink order when looking around and seeing people who came in behind us that got served right away. It took them about 15 to 20 minuets to get our food (I know this cause I times them). When my just bacon burger I notice that my burger was more then a little pink in the middle. My 11 year old daughter was more pink then mine. When I told the server that they were raw in the middle she acted like it was not a big deal, but still asked if we wanted it to be changed but then then we were already done and lost our appetite and just paid the ridicules amount for our food and left. My daughter was not happy for her birthday dinner that she wanted.

Elder woman was our server Monday, we waited about 5 minutes at the hostess stand with no employee in sight, then we had gotten our food on time and it was great - the issue I have is when our server came up to our table and whined about us needing to pay so she can go home, we were there about 30 minutes and it was 4:10 pm, we still had more than half of our margaritas left, then she came back not even 3 minutes later and asked again for me to pay and took the tablet went to the payment section and put it right in front of me. She had a nasty attitude and clearly hates working there.

I don’t usually take the time to write out reviews, but I absolutely had to. I had the most outstanding experience with the hostess Nikki, as always the food was amazing! Chili’s is one of my favorite places to order out. When I called, I talked with Nikki. She gave me exactly what I needed. She was very kind and explained everything perfectly to me. Honestly, I wasn’t having the best day and she change that around for me. I could not be more appreciative of her service, her kindness, and also knowledge of the menu. Chili’sYou have a superstar.

I had a great experience when I was out to dinner with my family last night. I had ordered the ribeye steak and when I say it was the worst steak I've ever had is an understatement. However, we informed the waiter and he didn't think twice to apologize and offer to bring me another steak ASAP. They brought me the sirloin and it was sooo much better. They even gave me a free dessert after the manager came out and apologized for the first steak. The waiter during the whole night was just so so attentive and friendly, there wasn't any point during the night where my water wasn't full. He was very nice and I would like to thank both and manager and the waiter very much for making my night great.

I like chilils but this branch, we ordered stake, fajitas, pizza and berger for the kids, nothing tested good, all the drinks are watere tests, and the broccoli OMG is different story

The food was great. Good lunch special selection of 3items for $10 or 1/2 sandwich selections. Of course the 2 for $25. Juelz was so friendly, talkative, very attentive. Felt like we were her favorite customers, it was our first time here. Will return!

During the pandemic we have started eating here 2 - 3 times a week. Contactless delivery is excellent. Food is hot and fresh. Best $10 meal in the PV area. Any issue addresses instantly.

We each ordered the 3 items for $10. Mom got the bacon burger with a salad and margarita, I had the Grilled Chicken Margarita with baked potato soup, and hubby got chicken crispers all were huge portions! We each took half of our meal home. The server was wonderful and friendly as well as helpful. The table was sanitized and all employees were wearing masks.

Social distance was in place, everything was cleaned properly. Been to this location many times and overall has been a great experience! Not too busy and service was great! Thanks again

Really disappointed - new to the neighborhood nearby and I use to love Chili’s but this location has a lot of issues when it comes to service and consistency. Took more than 10 minutes just to get our drinks :(

Customer service is non existent. I tried calling 5 times about my order and they said their phone didn’t work. All I heard were rowdy employees laughing in the background. I wish I had read all these other terrible reviews before giving this store my money.

Jeff is an absolutely amazing manager! We had a problem with our burgers being wrong on a carry out order and he made sure to make sure the food came out so delicious. Amazing experience with amazing food. Will be returning to eat very soon.

Our waiter really seemed to try his best (he was also the bartender), that being said, the food was just ok. The rest of the staff seemed like they were just bored being there. It was kind of dirty inside. The bathroom was incredible hot. I remember Chili's being better 🤨

I feel for the staff. Horrible experience friday at 7p. Over 25 wait for to go food ,it seemed everyone was waiting and orders were coming out wrong. We missed the corn on the cob but was not going to deal with the stressed out mgr. Staff walking around like they just gave up. Ribs were pretty dry too.
