This restaurant today( I will only speak on today’s issue not all of them from the past) gave me a cheese pizza that I ordered for about $27.59. The cheese alone pizza was $24.50 but I paid extra to add Fresh basis to the whole pizza. I will let you all see what I received and you can see if this is OK. I personally world have never let this pizza get to my guest. I was told by the manager that 2 people inspect/approve the pizza / food to be released to the customer. That’s a while other issues this company needs to address. The manager did say she was refunding me but when I offered to send the pics she didn’t care. It was up to me if I wanted to send them to their email!! Shocking bc I would think you 100% would want to see the lack of quality food leaving your restaurant. Standards are apparently different at BJ’s than other restaurants.

Having been a server most of my life, I can say that #Covid_19 has changed things permantly/for the foreseeable future in the restaurant business. However, having been unable to get any food and dine in service, only carryout for the last three months in New Mexico, it was honestly a treat to get served by Christina H! Christina H was the first person to be my server/bartender since the quarentine hit. Thank you for your service. I know it's not fun, very unpleasant to have to wear a mask all shift (hard to breathe, especially during the the summer months), but keep up the good work. When you come to this BJ's, ask for Christina H!

We had a great time going to dinner with some old friends. The restaurant was easy to find and open later in the evening so we chose to eat here. We were served by a very friendly waitress. We took a while to order, but so did the food to get to the table as it was busy. Good flavors and dinner came out nice and hot🔥. This was a great place to go and would suggest coming back under the same circumstances next time.

Our visit here was surprisingly great - we unfairly expected less from a big-brand restaurant/brew house. Their menu covers a wide range of cuisine options: Italian (pizza & pasta), Asian, BBQ, Mexican, steak house, and American pub grub. Equally as vast is their beer menu of local, national, and global craft and mainstream options. We started with their tempura-style fried calamari, which was some of the best we've had. We ordered the weekend Prime Rib Special (a great deal) and a Chicken Sandwich (which was huge). Both were excellent. The beef was perfectly roasted to medium rare and very tender and we really enjoyed the Sriracha Roasted Brussel sprouts side dish. Their dessert menu, made up mostly of their large cookie bakes (Pizookie), is reason enough to pay the a visit. The environment was lively and they appeared well-staffed to support the Friday happy hour crowd. Our table service was refreshingly exceptional. The prices and environment are family friendly and the atmosphere makes for a good choice for gathering friends to watch a game.

Walked in, was sat fast, our waiter Sam was so nice, professional and took the time to answer questions about the menu. They have great local brew and they brew there own beers 🍻 I ordered a classic burger 🍔 with sweet potato 🍠 fries 🍟 They were amazing! We will be back to BJ’s for the great food and amazing staff!

We visited about a week ago, and were not impressed. The food was fine, tasty even. I had the wings, and my girlfriend had the salmon. It was good. However the service was abysmal. Out waitress Lisa, took our order, brought us our food, and drinks, and that was the last time she came over. I guess there was a large birthday party going on, and we saw her attending to them. She did not come back to check on us one time. I ran out of water halfway through and was never offered a refill. We had to ask a different waitress if she could track ours done to get us the check. We had to wait 20 minutes after finishing our food before we got the check. My girlfriend had also wanted to order a dessert for after her meal, but was never given the opportunity. We ended having to order it to go when we asked for the check. Long story short, food was decent, service was terrible.

Our first time to Phoenix, we hit BJs in the afternoon for a quick drink. We enjoyed the place so much, we came back with our son for dinner! If you’re in the area, stop in you won’t be disappointed.

The food is really good and we had an amazing first time experience all thanks to Stacey. Fast service, very kind and caring and when our wings were brought to us cold, she immediately went to her manager to fix the Chefs mistake. She was honestly the greatest Server we've ever had. The area is good, as soon as you come right here I bey the impressive service and also food here will certainly impress you. The wait time during peak hours is additionally not greater than 30 mins. The staff here is responsive and the food here is superb the top quality is kept like always whatever time of the day you come. I would recommend others also to come here and enjoy the food and service provided by "BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse".

With a wide variety on their menu,our family finds this a go-to restaurant for all-American dining. Salads are crisp,fries come out hot,and in general the food is tasty. Their signature desert the Pazookie, a large cookie served hot with ice cream and syrup, is a great treat to share ,(or not!) ervers are pleasant,food is good and menu varied. A good combination for a restaurant!

First time we've been here. Wonderful experience from the greater to the hostess to the wait person. Our waiter Christopher was absolutely terrific. The food very hard to make choices with so much of a selection but we were steered in the right direction. Very good food hot and tasty. We will be back.

We have patronized this restaurant several times in the past. Tonight was a very disappointing experience. Fish and chips were greasy with few fries and no cole slaw. Wife’s kale salad was bitter and not fresh. The server brought one round of drinks and disappeared. She came back and spent ten minutes talking to another customer at another table. So frustrated we left without dessert. Probably will not return to this restaurant, definitely not worth the price of the dinner.

Very disappointing for my order to have taken over and hour since ordering on doordash (mind you I live 9 mins away) for the food to have taken that long to be delivered cold with my pasta under cooked, dry cause barely any Alfredo sauce and cold is very annoying I wasted my money. Especially when I ordered within a time for them to take they’re time and cook it properly for a good review

We really love going here because of the huge menu and wide range of options. They also have great specials throughout the week and really good service every time we've gone so far. I also have to note that when you ask for extra sides of ranch, they give you EXTRA ranch and don't bring out 1 small cup for the entire table to share, like there is some sort of ranch drought.

This was such a stressful dinner. The Server was incredibly rude. Server won't give a full menu, wouldn't tell us what sides they offer or tell you what cocktails they have. She keeps disappearing. Been here 25 min at a table and still no drink. The food was absolutely terrible!

Disappointed. Ordered 2 pizzas, salad and Pizookies. Pizza was old, not fresh, not even very warm. It’s like it had been sitting around for a while...very dry. I requested balsamic vinaigrette for the dressing and they put in ranch. I’m lactose intolerant so this was not even funny. Ordered 4 Pizzokies all with chocolate ice cream. Only 3 bowls of ice cream in the bag and all vanilla expect 1. I could see if I was late to pick up but I was exactly on time. Will never order takeout there again.

Incredibly impressed with the staff at this location. Brought a big group of family during Happy Hour and sat in the bar area to take advantage of deals. We had two kids under age 6 with us, and the waiter brought out a cup of fruit and garlic knots for each kid, along with waters for everyone as we got seated. The waiter also did a great job of communicating with kitchen staff about allergy concerns for a member of our party. This location gets super busy, so plan ahead if you're bringing a big group.

Loved this place, it was so busy and they were working so fast, the appetizers came out so fast and they were wonderful, the drinks were amazing and dinner was really tasty!! Then for desert WOW I haven’t had a desert in years but that wonderful cookie desert is amazing, Chocolate Chip (gluten free) with vanilla ice-cream ??❤️ Great place and food and wonderful servers!!!

I was a crazy fan of this place, when I had the 1st Nashville hot sandwich. Every other time I visited the place ailing for the same taste, but I didn't. Either the breading is less or chicken is over cooked or less Nashville hot sauce. I would be happy, if BJ's can standardize their menu preparation method to retain the same quality at all times.

We came and waited for about 35 minutes, which was just a little longer than what we were told. We ordered a meat lovers and a pepperoni pizza. They were both good, but my husband and I thought that they were just similar to Pizza Hut pizzas. For $25 I want a pizza ravingly better than Pizza Hut. We had a free pazookie and we ordered the fudge brownie one. It was delicious. We really thought it was great. It wasn’t as “deep dish” as I expected, but it was still good. We have a couple other things we’d like to try, so we’ll probably be back. Not on the weekend though as it was packed. The atmosphere is a little classier than a typical sports bar, but we liked it.

We went to BJ's for our sons birthday. We were seated at 6:30 and by the time we received our bill and walked out it was 8:20. The food was good! The service was slow at best. It seemed as if it is planed out that way. Keep them here as long as you can. I will not return.

Don’t bother with making a reservation. It’s no different than being a walk-in. Had a 6:30 reservation, waited 30 minutes and watched parties that arrived after us being seated. We left, found a different restaurant, were seated and ordered food before we got notified our table here was ready. Waiting an hour for a table after having made a reservation is a bit ridiculous. Don’t think I’ll bother returning.

Disappointed in the food, soup only warm, tomatoes in salad were very hard. Spaghetti and meatballs were dry, very little sauce and no bread served. Salt and pepper in small paper packets. Not impressed.

My favorite place to get bossam!!!! Their bossam is moist and very fulfilling!!!! I love their sauce!!! I also tried the chicken noodle soup and chicken porridge here but I think my favorite is still the bossam! Highly recommend this place to everyone. Parking is tough and messy but since Covid hit, it has gotten better! Make sure to call ahead or order online!

The food was great, but service was slow and the prices were too high. It cost $19 for a salad with grilled chicken.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. Burger meat was tasteless, the kitchen must have forgotten to season it. The bacon on the burger was thin and they put hardly any on it. Instead of a nice slice of onion, they put a few thick onion rings, it was a terrible burger that someone made very carelessly. I've had much better at BJs before, but this time McDonald's would've tasted better. I am not certain, but I feel like their burgers are frozen now or the meat has changed...I don't want to pay $15 for a frozen and pan fried burger, which is what it tasted like. Lastly, the take out person wasn't very friendly, didn't include any napkins, and forgot the ketchup I asked for. Very disappointed and will never go to BJs again as I feel the quality has gone way down.

Definitely not what I expected. I visited the one in Peoria but this one was closer this time. The food came out cold, the salad tasted and looked old, and I asked for a medium rare steak and it came cold and rare. To top it off I was charged for 2 drinks I didn't even have due to the lack of inventory. And it was pretty hot like maybe the air wasn't working 😕 All around terrible experience.

My husband and I ate here yesterday (7/18/21). I had never been to a BJ’s and wanted to try the clam chowder. It wasn’t busy at all. After about 5 minutes we were greeted by our waitress. Clam chowder was good. Everything else was bad. After our order was taken we never saw her again. I ordered their take on a Philly and the bread was literally wet. It almost didn’t exist. It said it came with mushrooms and pepperoncinis and I had a sliver of one pepper. My husband ordered his hamburger medium and it was rare. Rare like blood in it rare. My water was never refilled. Not once. We live in the desert Jennifer. So anyways, if your expectations are super low give it a try!

Good food but we had "not so good" service. Waitress took about 30 minutes to even takes our orders, and another 20 to get our orders. We were denied a menu, told to use our cell phones with a bar code on the table. Poor poor poor idea. Ultra poor lighting also. I absolutely could not read anything and for that reason, ordered a plain old hamburger which was very good but not what I wanted. Sorry to sound so negative but for a $20 hamburger, not a good experience for me. Will not return or suggest to anyone else.

Came here with our volleyball team. They offer various family meals that serve 4-6. Food is fresh and delicious. Signed up for the BJs Rewards account and got a free pzookie. Good place for a big gathering.

Went to this location of BJ’s last night with my partner for his birthday. Our server, Rachel, was great! Our food on the other hand, was terrible. The shrimp was fishy, and on a whole was not appetizing at all. Our meal cost us over $100. I called and talked with a manager to address this. He said he would address the issue of food quality with the head chef and someone else and apologized for our experience. He also offered to send me a $50 gift certificate. Then took my email address down. However, I never received that email with the $50 gift certificate. I gave this place 2 stars because the service was excellent. Rachel was great. I have been to other BJ’s and can say 10 out of 10, this one was the absolute worst for food quality. Save your money and go pretty much anywhere else.

I normally love BJs. The food is great and I love the berry burst cider. On 1/21 my hubby and I went for our first anniversary because I was dying for some prime rib. Food was good but service was not up to standard. Our server seemed really confused. We asked for ranch for the potato skins and did not receive it. I asked for butter only on my baked potato and received butter and sour cream in a single tiny dish. Ordered a second berry cider, took forever. I did ask for more butter which took forever because the server didn't table touch after dropping food and kept turning away. She also tried to tell us our potato skins would be comped but that was for the table behind us who did not receive theirs (and the manager popped by their table) and we let her know. We had a 90 dollar bill and just felt like the service wasn't there. Kind of put a damper on the evening. Will be going to other locations from now on.

The food was pretty good. Service could have been better, but my party of 3 got a table without waiting at 6pm on a Saturday night which was a nice surprise.

Wednesday is $10 burger night. Good sized and tasty, terrific and varied sides too (I really enjoyed the grilled asparagus). Attentive service with regard to my wife's food allergies. Will definitely be going back.

I rate the food as a 4. Jambalaya was good, with just enough seasonings. Service was a 2. The waitress was friendly but slow. We got there at 4:45pm. It was pretty empty at the time. Had to ask 2x when the mojito flight was coming. 1 child got Dinner 1st. Then 4 adults. Asked 4 times where the other child's Dinner was. She asked us 1x if we needed anything. Besides the child Dinner which came when the rest of us were done, water refill was finally brought after asking 2x. People around us were all seated after us, ordered after us, yet got their food 1st.

It really used to be great and consistent. Our last two visits in the past month have been mediocre. No issues with servers or restaurant cleanliness. It is only the food that was mediocre. Our last visit we had 2 ahi tuna salads and kids spaghetti. We have had both dishes dozens of times. The last 2 times it seems that everything was reheated or not fresh. The Ahi seemed like it was frozen too long and had a hairy texture. it was also almost white/pink instead of the typical dark red center. I get this every time I go and since I have had 2 bad servings, I lost my reason to go. I get that most business are having a tough time but so are patrons. I can't spend my money here when I can get better at so many other establishments. I am sad to say I am no longer a BJ's customer after many years. Keep in mind this is the only BJ's we go to, so it may just be this location.

Went here 4/23 to get a free pizookie for my 21st birthday. Waitress was literally my favorite up until she brought the check back and there was $14 left to pay which was fine but the entire time she was serving us her voice was low and quiet. She comes to the table and yells “THERE’S $14 LEFT ON THE CHECK” 70% of the restaurant went silent for about 10 seconds it was the most embarrassing thing ever.. Not that there was money left but because her goal was to inform not only us but the entire restaurant as well…. I automatically brought her tip (HANNAH) down to a 15% instead of 30% like I was planning on doing.. The cookie was burnt and tasteless, my mini burgers were raw in the middle.

Stopped here with my guy for a quick post shopping snack. They have some very good specials on both food and drinks. I got the horse marg which was good, he had a titos and soda and said it was made well. We ordered some sliders which were cooked to perfection, (which for me is a charred a little outside and a tad pink inside) a deep dish mini pizza that was the most pleasant surprise as I don't usually like deep dish but this was light and fluffy not heavy and doughy which is often the case. I didn't plan on dessert but I had to order the monkey bread to-go, I LOVE monkey bread and their take on it is classic, with a little extra decadence. It's out of this world!

We will be back. 1 tip - Google Maps shows you a spot in the Desert Ridge plaza and this location is just beyond the main entrance to that on the same side of the road, just a short bit further. Definitely program Mimi's Cafe in GPS and you'll find it. Food & beverages here are delicious. Tip 2 - The beers on tap you can ask for a sample size to make sure you'll like it. Tip 3 - They are known for their pizzas and for a good reason. Just peep my photos. Absolutely delicious! And if you don't like the option, you can create your own with their toppings. The crust is wonderful. Had a Great White pizza (shown), the avocado egg rolls, and the PB S'mores Pizookie! Yum!!!!! Everything was served hot, fresh, and tasted delicious. For drinks, I had a Lemon Berry Margarita which was flavorful, tasty, and storing if you like margaritas. Good and strong. You may need your DD to get you home if you are a lightweight like me. But added to that, I also tried their Strawberry mojito and that was solid and quite tasty. Good thing I have my DD, a Pepsi, and some time to kill in the plaza. Drink responsibly and act with a plan (DD).

We have eaten at BJ's several times with excellent service and food. On our last occasion, one meal was excellent, and one was not up to BJ's standards. Jannelle, a most efficient and professional manager, took one look at my meal, and immediately offered to have it redone, and to "buy my meal." There were no questions, no excuses, but only solutions. And so we continue to give BJ's our highest acclaim.

I’ve been wanting to try BJ’s and I’ve heard good things, but unfortunately I did not have a good experience We made a reservation for 5:30, but they did not seat us until 5:50. We were heading to a show, and were on a schedule, so that put us a bit behind. I ordered the Slow roasted tri tip dinner. When the meal finally came I could not cut through my piece of meat - there was too much fat and grizzle. We were with another couple so i kept quietly working on it, and finally found a few bites I could get cut. But every bite I could chew for awhile and then end up with a very fatty chewy piece I couldn’t chew anymore and had to spit out. Over and over. I would have politely shared with our server, if she ever asked. But she was so busy we did not get that level of attention. My husband had the jalapeño burger and quite enjoyed it - but mine was likely the worst piece of meat I’ve ever been served. 11/16/22 As a follow up edit, BJ’s has interacted with me through email and has shown a desire to learn of our experience and seek to remedy it. I will give them another try.

First night in AZ looking for something easy. The server was super nice. The food was average. The chips and salsa were average. Needed to ask for more chips, they didn’t start with many. The Santa Fe chicken salad was good and refreshing. The salmon was excellent. The boneless wings were average. Overall not a bad place to stop for an easy dinner. @Food_from_the_usa

The place was nice I had some fish and chips and a couple beers. The fish was $20 and I think the beers were $8. The beer selection was excellent and the food was good. I didn't get any appetizers because they were expensive and most were $14-18. Also of note the wings are roasted (baked) so I skipped those as well since baked wings suck.
