I waited 30 MINUTES for a sausage pizza and breadsticks. And this is what my pizza looked like when I looked at it. The staff was rude and lazy. The store inside and out was dirty. Breadsticks was cold. I will never go here again and I don't recommend this store to anyone. The one on McDowell and 44th is way better. This store needs to be cleaned up or shut down. The persons name that took the order was Anna.. she also was lazy.

Never have any actual hot n readys. It's always at least a 30 min wait. Usually tons of homeless and other wild people in the parking lot. Almost watched a fight last time I was hear

Terrible service. Lazy, underpaid people serving disgusting cheap pizza. Anyone who has left higher than a 1 star rating for this establishment is giving them far too much credit. They can't even be bothered to answer the phone. Which is just as well as it saves people from eating here by not letting them order.

We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza online and arrived 20 minutes later to pickup and we then waited about 50 minutes in the store before getting frustrated with the wait so we just ended up walking out with nothing. Every time we asked for an update, they just kept giving us an extended amount of time and said they are running low on ingredients so the walk-in customers are being prioritized and got their orders before I did even though I arrived way before. I will never be coming back and do not recommend this location.

good pizza, lately it seems when u go order your pizza they tell u 25 mins or they only making pepperoni pizza the $5 one

Ordered cheese bread but got dough instead don't hire Day care kids so that was the 3 weeks ago now tonight my man surprised me with cheese bread and I hoped wouldn't be like last time and again dough 😞 I went there and some guy said I can't help you tonight it's busy what that store is joke for sho

Pizza and wings are fine if you order on the app or walk in. However, if you try to place an order over the phone, good luck. I have tried calling in 3 separate times this week and waited over 10 minutes each time before finally hanging up. If you don't want to deal with call-ins, just discontinue the phone option and let people know they can only use the app.

Ordered online and came to pick up on my lunch break from work. Pizza is not in the oven when I put code in. Cashier said oh should be done in maybe 5 mins. I ordered a lunch combo 4 slices of pizza at 1030am!!!! It’s now after 11:10am 🙄 DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!! THEY MAKE YOUR FOOD WHEN YOU GET HERE 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 DESERVES NO STARS!! And there’s no Pepsi 🤬

Ordered a stuffed crust pretzel pizza, and received just a regular crust cheese pizza. The workers are very incompetent to follow simple instructions for an order. Worst Little Caesars I’ve had.

Im still sitting out here waiting for my pizza. I was told 6:10 called in at 5:40pm and it’s currently 6:34pm. So much for hot and ready!!!! This is ridiculous! Bad!! Bad! Bad!

Ordered ahead thirty minutes and still had to wait thirty more minutes… grub hub and door dash drivers were stacked along with people trying to get their orders! Little Caesar’s you need to do far better

Seriously? This place ruined pizza night. We were supposed to have a pizza party tonight. I ordered on the phone and the guy said to pick up at 5:30. We come at 5:50 and he said it will be ANOTHER HOUR before the pizzas are done. He didn't even warn us when we walked in. He could have saved us the time we spent waiting in line. We won't be coming back!

I just placed a delivery order through the official app. My most bestest was old and reeked of yeast. My thin crust was an equally old hand tossed pizza NOT thin crust. And the best way to tell was that the pretzel crust was not pretzel but a fresh hand tossed crust with a ton of salt all over the entire pizza. You guys are terrible at cutting pizzas too. This was a disaster.

I spent all morning struggling with an overheating car in the Phoenix summer heat and eventually limped my car into the parking lot of this location. I had to wait for an extremely long time for a tow. I was hungry and dehydrated from a long, hot morning. I walked inside this Little Caesar's location covered in sweat and dirt to purchase food. Sarah was trying to handle the store after receiving an order for 20 pizzas. She let me stay in the A/C while I waited for my pizza and then allowed me to eat my pizza even though there is no place to sit inside. I eventually had a friend pick me up because I had to meet a deadline for work. Sarah allowed me to leave my car key with her so that I didn't have to stay there to wait for the tow truck or leave my car in the parking lot unlocked with the keys inside of it. Thank you, Sarah, for making a nightmare of a day just a little better with your kindness!

My pizza is always great at this location. The service here though is not the best. Usually I'm waiting in their very claustrophobic lobby for 5-10 minutes to be helped. They have pizza portal machines for contactless, and expedited pickup, but they don't even use them. When they used to use them, you could be in and out of this place in less than a minute once your pizza was ready. If they went back to using the pizza portals, I'd definitely rate them higher.

They take forever to give u a pizza like could be waiting an 30mins or more. Also sometimes they won't take ur 50 dollar bill or 20 dollar bill saying they don't have change but it's close so it is what it is.

We ordered 7 multiple style pizzas for an event, they were delivered in a reasonable time frame, and all but one was cooked just right. One pepperoni pizza had it's toppings way over cooked, not to the point of being charred, but not tasty or appealing in any way.

Worst experience ever. The worst two crazy breads I ever paid for. Don’t go to this location.

Not a reliable location, Orders get unfilled, estimated times to have order ready are always off, expect to wait an additional 15-20 min more than what they say will be your pick up time. Only location close and convenient around the area though, which makes it hard to substitute

I got a pepperoni pizza, my whole family ate, next thing you know , we get sick, our stomach burns and couldn't sleep , and the kids ended up throwing up everywhere, I had the feeling to, but didn't. I literly just recovered from being sick and now all over again. I will be calling and will get answers or I'm suing. I also have pictures and evidence.

Good is always good. Their "pizza portal" thing must be broken because it's never used. The outside is the restaurant is ALWAYS disgustingly dirty. But that's what happens when you have a restaurant in the hood. Parking here also really sucks.

After 20 minutes I got lasaniya instead of pizza. It was juicy pizza and lots of sauce. Also didn't cut well. I had to go inside and recut it. Awful, and I never go there again. Today I got old x-ray and cold cheese pizza.

The first little Caesar's I've been to that I ordered online the crazy bread with sauce combo as part of my order and the cashier actually grabbed the sauce without my having to remind them that I also paid for the sauce. Also, the pizza was cooked perfectly, the breadsticks weren't raw and they weren't overcooked either. Thumbs up for the staff that was working on Monday, November 28, 2021 after 4 p.m.

This place...well first of all I went to pick up a delivery and they didn't have my order so I had to wait from them to make it starting then. They said it would be a ten minute wait but it was more like 25. The worst part is when i'd walk in to check on it the employees were all standing around. It was frustrating.

This store closes at 8 pm. I got there at 7:48 p.m. and they said they were closed. I pointed out the time and they grudgingly made my pizza, but it looked terrible like they threw it together. I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! 😠😠😠😠

Tried to order last night at 645/7pm a full hour before they close. The online ordering feature was gone from the website and I called twice. Each time I called it kept ringing for over 5 minutes. I understand it's a tough industry right now but what a loss of $$$.

came in for a pick up. Got here and they didn't have the order. I waited around 20 minutes and kept being told they didn't have the order. the manager was Spanish speaking only and couldn't even communicate with the employees. finally I left without food or a resolution

Wow. Every once in a great while, the pizza actually looks like it's supposed to and it's hot. Tonight, I just picked up a Hot N Ready, Classic, and it was absolutely perfect! The dough was properly baked, the pepperoni was arranged symmetrically, and had a tender crisp when biting into a slice. The pizza had the perfect ratio of dough/sauce/toppings...It's been more than two years since I had a pizza from this location that was made so well. Nice work! Hopefully I don't have to wait two years to experience it again.

No offense, but when it comes to a Friday night and it's going to be 30 minutes for a Hot n Ready?Which you should already have the oven stacked and ready for the rush/there's about 5 employees working from what I can see! No excuse..... You guys get the infamous One Star!!! All I ask is be better prepared! Unfortunately, I supervised @ a location before, not that hard!!! Good Luck!

If you can manage to get out of the parking lot WITHOUT being hit by the rude inconsiderate drivers in the parking lot you will be extremely fortunate. I mean literally the patrons are in such a hurry to get out of the parking lot I was almost hit multiple times by ignorant disrespectful people who have no clue what respect or patience means. I would recommend driving to the next Lil Caesars pizza place. It's not worth your time to even risk fighting for a few parking spaces.

Always run up the street to get pizza there needs to be seating though I don't like to stand I'm waiting for my pizza so I would suggest getting at least a bench to put in there I realize most of your business is online but there are a few of us that are old school install a bench right along that window and you'll get five stars next time

The area was a little rough but the service was excellent. The other customers that came in were very friendly. Kids had fun and were treated with kindness.

I like this place even though it's in the hood you get good services most of the time. I did have one kid at the register a while back that was really rude. The parking lot is pretty small but if the other businesses are closed you find parking. Food is good for the price but sad the 5 pep is higher now especially in these times. You can pay more for other pizzas which is worth it as well.

I stood in line for 5 minutes... It looks like only 2 people were working... They told another customer in front of me an order could take up to an hour... I said, "you don't have anything ready?" They didn't and this was rush hour on a Friday evening... You'd think they would have sense to think it's dinner time, so let's make 50 pizzas... So much for Hot-N-Ready!!!

They added too much tomato sauce on the pizza. Asked for Hawaiian pizza which normally has ham and pineapple but instead got pepperoni with pineapple tossed on the top. Also took 30 minutes to make the pizza. My wings are also cold. Horrible, don’t come here for pizza

Went to this location at 2:20 PM on Sunday and the guy was very rude and said I had to order online he only accepts orders online and he pointed to the little piece of paper on the door he was very rude I’m not gonna eat little Caesars anymore. He was Hispanic with really long hair pulled back. VERY VERY RUDE

So not so funny story. My kids wanted pizza and this location is right by my house. I don’t usually go to this particular one because the people working there are usually so rude but I had just worked a long shift, kids wanted pizza, and it was convenient. As I’m walking in I notice two guys lingering by the door smoking a joint. Because of the area I didn’t take much notice I went inside waited and line and as I’m waiting the guy who was just sharing a joint with another kid strolls in and goes straight to the back where he proceeds to start TOUCHING AND FLIPPING AND MKING PIZZAS!! So gross ! There’s a whole pandemic going on and this guy just goes and man handles peoples food !?!? I immediately said to the guy taking the lady’s order “did you know your employee just came from outside smoking and didn’t wash his hands and is now touching the food your going to sell !?” Everyone who was ordering or about to order left as did I. I know this isn’t fine dining but please can we do better !? This is peoples health and safety.
