Out waitress MARIANA DESERVES A RAISE!! Our party of 5 is always a handful and she handled the Spicy Seniors with ease! Any thing they needed she got right away, and some things she had ready before we even asked. Our food was amazing and she made our night that much better! Thank you MARIANA! You are an angel!

Note to employees, don't roll your eyes because I gave an 10% tip on a takeout order. If it wasn't for COVID I would have been giving the 5% I used to. I ordered takeout (same order) twice in 8 days and both times picked up after 8 PM and 10 PM but they seemed pretty busy both time. As I mentioned whoever was in charge of takeout was young and seemed disappointed I tipped $4 on my $39 order. Everything was AMAZING hence going back the following Saturday. However the second time around I ordered online instead of calling in so I didn't have to deal with paying there. First of all their parking is always full because they are busy. It would be ideal to block off a few spots for pickup orders but I guess they don't get many. This is the only place I know that doesn't have parking for pickup. (They do offer delivery to your car.) The food was great but when I ordered my Caesar salad it gives you the option for extra dressing and I chose it. I confirmed it was on the receipt yet as well as my request for extra croutons, yet what I received was the opposite, 3 croutons, yes 3 damn croutons, and only one cup of dressing. I just had to take a picture for proof. Aside from that, the Ft Worth was amazing. The kids side of macaroni is literally Kraft with about half the amount of cheese but thankfully a 4 yr old can't tell the difference. Long story short I've never had an issue dining in, so please support the industry, but avoid takeout if possible (I have a 2 yr old that won't sit still so I'm a few months away from dining in).

Been coming to this location for years and only once had an issue with a waitress but we were overly compensated by management, so kudos to them for that. Today though, I decided I'll leave my review. Came right in and was seated immediately. Service was great, forgot the young lady's name but she was awesome. All of our (myself, my wife and 2 boys) food was cooked to perfection. First time I've ever had their boneless buffalo wings and boy oh boy that taste was amaaaaaaaaaaaazing! I'll add pics of our food but I'd recommend this place for sure.

The food was really good. It was busy but they still played their A game. Mariana was our server and she was most excellent! The vibe was good, the staff was nice. The were on top of sanitizing everything. I totally recommend this place

Young server spoke very low, could hardly hear her. Very skimpy on the extra mushrooms and onions, corn and mashed potatoes had no flavor, brown gravy was SO PEPPERed I couldn't even eat it. Server treated me like I was too old to figure out how to use the self pay at the table, prolly cause she made us wait 10 min for the check. Highly doubt if I would eat there again.

Good experience! It was a good place to have a steak. I changed it a bit and had pork shops they were good, but I will go back to my steak. The blooming onion will never disappoint you. Atmosphere they have a cute dance, but the energy and their face seem like they are not enjoying it.

My wife and I were there because we were very tired and we didn't want to drive anymore. The place was very dirty, the waitress had to clean the floor because we complained, my steak was undercooked, we asked to speak to the manager to complain about the place. She gave us a free appetizer and peanuts after she apologize and accepting that we were right. A day later I had a stomach ache. Thank you Texas roadhouse for the first and last time that we will eat there. Also, we don't need your free peanuts and appetizer.

First time being here and it wasn’t bad. I got the killer ribs with loaded potatoes. The ribs were dry so I had to ask for more sauce. The potatoes were good. My husband ordered the smokehouse burger and he said it was delicious with good flavor but it fell apart midway. The rolls and butter sauce absolutely amazing!!!! The blooming onion also delicious!!! Not sure if we’ll visit again. If we do definitely trying something else.

Ari was our bartender, she was amazingly efficient and very welcoming. I had a great dining experience too, so I would definitely recommend this place. I had the beef tips with sauteed mushrooms and onions with a side of "loaded sweet potato" ... Best stuff EVER!

They got busy quickly. Long wait for others but I was able to be seated right away at the bar . Awesome food! I ordered ribeye and it was cooked to perfection! Both bartenders were pleasant. Good service.

I can only complain about one thing. I love potato skins. If I can still find them, I order them. Not everyone makes them good, including Texas Roadhouse. The bacon was hard and the cheese tasted funky. Other than that, the food was still hot, reasonably priced and our waitress was checking on us often. The best part, they still line dance every 45 minutes and that makes them fun to visit.

This place is Awesome!. Best dinner plan of anyone. Best employees, too! First the hot rolls, homemade scratch rolls golden brown and sweet. Pure ecstasy. Then the salad comes, I think it’s the best salad anywhere, because of the Iceberg lettuce. It’s crunchy and really juicy. Great dressings. Then their steaks come. Their meat tastes like it is aged just right. The grill they use flame kisses the steaks, and the grill marks are real, not created with burnt seasoning. I love it! I come very often to this one on metro. The staff knows me by name. Good people.

Terrible experience. Ordered the family deal online and received a call 25 minutes prior to pick up that they couldn’t fulfill the order. When the order had already been place for almost two hours. The manager tried explaining why they couldn’t make the order. He made absolutely no sense and went in circles. That even though they still promote it online they no longer do it. Which makes no sense as to why their corporate hasn’t taken it down yet. Instead of trying to make our order they completely just cancelled and refunded the money. We now have to wait 7 days to receive our money back.

Everything about the experience was great except my husband and kids were disappointed with the buns. When they grabbed the burger the bun just fell apart. Maybe a sign that it has been left open for a while or it was old. Other than that we enjoyed it.

To be so busy it was very quick. The staff treated us very nice and it was very fast service with great quality. Definitely would go back again!

This place is amazing! Our server was perfect and the food was outstanding! I had the BBQ chicken and steak, my food was juicy and cooked exactly how I ordered it. And how fast it came to our table was perfect timing because that place was packed but everything was hot and tasty....I just feel like they shouldn't have to dance so much...it to me gets in the way. I was ready to pay but they had to dance which made me wait until they were done. Besides that I'm definitely going back more often

Food was really good, compliments to the chefs! How we ordered our steaks is actually how it came out but the service left a lot to be desired. Our server seemed really nice at first but never willingly came back to our table even though we were right behind a server station. The one drink refill we got was cause we made her stop, I spent most of the meal with an empty glass. We saw our server 5 times in almost 2 hrs. Took our order for drinks, took our order for food, stopped her for refill, brought our meal and when we stopped her again to get the bill and to go containers.

Sunday at 1pm, service was slow, burned onion appetizer. I ordered the most expensive cut on menu, it was mediocre. Beer? 25 minutes to get served. They did offer a free app on next visit. Why would I come back?

Great and efficient steakhouse. First time in but now I know. My service was par, but only in comparison to service at a fancy steakhouse. So in terms of value? Flavor and quality of food, meets expectations. Impressed and will return. I hope the other Texas Roadhouse steakhouses function similarly.

The food was out of this world. The steak was amazing, finally made as I ordered. The baked sweet potato melted in my mouth. Social Distancing and cleanliness is a top priority as well. Way to go Texas Roadhouse.

Came here for a birthday dinner. Was thrilled for the experience. I'm somewhat of a cowboy myself. The steak were well prepared and cooked to desired temperature. The margaritas were great. No complaints. Parties of 10 will get seated at separate booths unfortunately. I will be back for those sweet rolls and the butter. Delightful experience I will be back.

We came in with a party of 21 . For dad’s birthday. We did have to wait for a bit . But they kept checking up on us. Letting know how long the wait was . Once we sat down for dinner the customer service was amazing. They went above and beyond. Servers were on top of everything. Food was perfect. Our drinks were never empty. The best service we have had in a very long time . It was the perfect birthday dinner ever . I highly recommend it.

12oz Ftworth Ribeye was delicious. I ordered it medium and it was cooked perfectly. Very tender and juicy. We were seated immediately on Saturday afternoon around 4pm. The staff was friendly and fast. They always treat us nice and we will continue to come back.

This location hangs up on you, or answers and says be right back then leaves you on hold for 30 mins just to tell you they are busy until 2.5 hours later... I've gone to the one on happy valley for years and never dealt with such bs just trying to put in an order..if I would have been told the 2 hour bit initially I could have avoided waiting 30 mins!!! Its okay to be busy but not wasting people's time...

I had never to Texas Roadhouse. It was a hoot. Great energy from the staff. It is just a great big party. The food was not so great. We were a party of 8 and everyone that ordered a steak, about 6, all were over cooked. I had a baked potato which was the tiniest baked potato I had ever seen. It was the size of a jumbo egg. I odered the corn which was inedible. My thick cut 8oz NY strip was tiny as well. About 1-1/4 inch thick and about 3.5 inches round, yes it was round. The potato and it looked like a miniature dinner served on plate they barely cover a 3rd of it. It was great fun, just the food so so, at least it wasn't expensive at all.

Despite being ery crowded, we got seated pretty quickly. Our server was great. Her service was great as well. We got to watch the birthday line dance celebration. Food was excellent. Rolls and cinnamon butter are delicious. We will return.

Wait, staff was great, the place was clean. The food was good. I ordered the chicken fried steak and both gravies, I decided the brown gravy was better than the white, that was my preference. I WOULD RECOMMEND.

This was our first time at this location. It was pretty busy even for a week night. Our server was very pleasant. The food is the same at every location but I appreciate them listening when we ordered a Bleu steak. Many places mess this up. The area is pretty sketch when it dark out, but if you are in a group you are better off. I also didn't appreciate the dirty silverware or table but our server saw it and fixed it right away.

The serves was excellent. The young ladies were so helpful and the guys as well. I got ribs and a baked potato and a salad and it was great. I would definitely go there again.

We went for someone's birthday. You can see the excitement right! We were a party of 5 and they gave us 1 basket with 4 rolls. It took ages to get our drink order taken. The server bought out drinks but forgot my adult beverage. After about 15 min I had to remind her. My cousin was here on a trip from the Air Force and she picked this place. I WISH we would habe went to a better steak house cause this place isn't it. When the food was served we had to ask for more rolls. I will not return.

This Texas Roadhouse is banging and delicious. The staff the environment the food everything just screams with greatness. Never once have a I went to this establishment had a bad experience. I go to this Texas roadhouse more often then I like to cause I just can't get enough of there meals and the dancing on the hour every hour which is just exciting... makes the whole experience worth while.

With fried pickles as an appetizer and the free bread and butter they provide, this meal was more than enough food for us both. I love Texas Roadhouse, and will continue to visit whenever I feel like having a great steak and exceptional service.
