First I want to start this review by saying the staff was amazing! The rooms were very clean! I paid $236 with a $50 deposit added which is refunded after you leave if no damages are reported. For some a room at $236 seems Steep however there are many added perks. First you’re given a free breakfast and for the nights you stay you can go to downstairs for “snack food” and drinks. I say “snack food” because by no means was it snack food. We had options to choose from such as baked Potatoes, hot dogs, salad, nachos, soup, pull pork sliders and cooked veggies. To me it was a lot of food to choose from and by no means snack foods which is a awesome! Hotel is quiet. Will stay here again many many more times!!!!

This was the most hospitable place I've ever stayed, and I travel a lot. Every single employee went out of their way to make us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds. The lobby had new furnishings with a ton of seating to gather and linger. The free breakfast, free dinner, and free drinks were all delicious. I love this place and may not have any reqson to travel to Phoenix again, except just so I can stay here again. Thank you all for your wonderful hospitality!

It is a beautiful hotel! staff was amazing! One of the managers there Amanda she knows her stuff. Very smooth and Professional! Very kind and respectful! Always has a smile witch made me feel very welcomed! witch I've never felt at any other place i stayed at! I recommend her getting a raise. she deserves it for the grate service and hard work she provides! Outstanding!. Very efficient!. great job!👌👏👏.. Alex was respectful a kind. This hotel is amazing. 5 star. They give you breakfast and dinner complimentary, 3 alcoholic drinks, popcorn and soda that you access all day for free. The rooms are super clean and the hot tub and pool was clean. This is where I will for sure stay if I return. They even provide a shuttle to the hotel free from the airport. And the elevator close button on the inside of the elevator actually works. I've never seen an elevator that actually has a working door close button. Most of them just auto close after a certain amount of time. I appreciate that . Staff was very kind too .

Edit to add- the manager actually reached out and apologized and reimbursed my trip! Because of this, I went ahead and changed my rating :) their efforts are so kind and appreciated The room was so nice and clean. Huge room, had a balcony. Happy hour had nice variety of free dinner, free drinks and popcorn too! I loved the hotel amenities. The only thing I didn’t like was all the noise! My balcony was overlooking the pool. I could hear all the people outside, including the loud traffic noises and the people across from me fighting and the kids outside just screaming…I could also hear my neighbors during the night. It’s very very noisy! I asked if I could switch rooms and they said they were all sold out. I wanted to give this place five stars so bad. But I’m leaving so tired and exhausted, and angry!

This hotel was perfect for our needs. We got so many perks and all at a very reasonable price. The room was clean and nice. The lobby looked nice. I loved the glass elevator. At night they had food. Options included salad, meatballs and gravy, mashed potatoes, steamed veggies, hot dogs, nachos, soup, and there was a drink counter. Each person staying there got a drink ticket. All the food was included with the room price. In the morning there were breakfast options like scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, danishes, make your own waffles, yogurt, fruit, and probably more. You definitely get your money's worth and the hotel is nice. We had a small balcony which was fun. The bathroom was up to date and felt clean. They did have shampoo dispenser and conditioner on the wall. I thought beds and pillows were comfortable. I would for sure stay here again.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay! They offer breakfast (buffet style) & starting at 5:30pm-7pm is the kickback that includes 3 free drinks (alcoholic or soda) & dinner that is appetizers but it really fills you up & is so delicious! The pool & jacuzzi were amazing & we ended our night there. I love the Drury Inn. Anytime we come to Phoenix we always book our stays there. Thank you for the weekend. We will be back :)

We should have taken advantage of the complimentary pulled pork sandwiches and salads! The pizza was good, but.... The Kitchen+Bar staff was great ("Of course"!).... The room was great.... beds were really comfy. Slept well but short due to early flight. The hotel's location from the PHX Rental Center is perfect! Easy turns.... quick drive.

A little surprised by this one. We have stayed in several Drury's and always loved them. This one is being updated, so I understand the mess. However, the front desk staff here didn't seem to care about the quests. The drivers and managers seemed fine. But, wow the front clerks need some work.

I had booked a room for one night, and it initially seemed overly pricey, but there is so much that is offered to every guest! It is worth it! With free breakfast, free dinner, and so many other amenities, your stay at this clean and lavish hotel will impress you and any guests you bring along for the stay! The beds are neat and comfortable, and there are extra pillows and blankets for those who like to snuggle up! The bathroom and furniture is spotless, and the water pressure was gentle but full! This hotel exceeded my expectations with its amazing views inside the rooms as well as its open-floor above the lobby giving you a full view of the inside of the hotel!

By far the best Drury Inn I’ve stayed in! It’s like a resort. Wonderful rooms at a great price in nice area with lots of food etc just minutes away. Also only 5 minutes from the airport. Great all around

Wow, this place was perfect for us. The front desk staff made us feel very welcome and check-in was simple. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a nice happy hour reception in the evening and a great breakfast in the morning with very friendly staff at both. We could leave our car there and take the shuttle to the airport. When we returned from our trip the battery was dead in our car. They had a jump box and saved the day. What more could you ask for. This is our new go-to place to stay when we're in Phoenix. Thank you Drury Inn and Suites!!

I stayed here from 9/28/23-10/1/23 and it truly was such wonderfully great experience. I honestly didn't know what to expect when I got there, but my unknown expectations were exceeded. The room was clean and so big. The pool was comfortable and did not reek of chlorine, the gym was clean and all equipment worked properly. The food was consistent and warm. The staff were all so friendly and kind, one of which LaDonna made an effort to use my name every time she saw me which just reinforced my feeling welcomed. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay, I was so relaxed I could feel my cortisol levels lowering, I will definitely stay here again.

Very cool centrally located inexpensive but nice hotels. Free happy hour with a couple free drinks n food and free breakfast. Nothing fancy but for free good. Clean rooms .

Leider konnten wir nicht alle Annehmlichkeiten genießen, da wir aufgrund von Flugverspätungen erst spät in der Nacht ankamen. Das Personal war , trotz der späten Uhrzeit, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und sauber. Auch fand ich, es gab genügend Stauraum. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und lecker. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt werden wir definitiv länger bleiben.

Good spot to stay the night on our trip to Sedona before flying back home out of PHX. Having complimentary meals, drinks, and popcorn available at the hotel while traveling was so convenient. The food was good and the soda fountain machine was available during the breakfast and dinner hours. The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport -- they do only have one shuttle though.

I had the most amazing stay here because of the staff! They were so friendly and I felt very welcomed here. Jon and Joseph were wonderful....but especially Joseph, he helped me a lot with checking in, and also with getting a hotel shuttle for me. He explained every step in detail, and was very helpful. I really appreciate his patience and kindness because I have stayed in so many hotels and most staff are not as amazing as him. Even after I checked into the hotel, I notice he was very kind and professional with other guests as well, he is really awesome! The other staff around the hotel are super friendly too. Because of everyone I enjoyed my stay here and look forward to coming here again soon. Also, the rooms were big and very clean. Beds were comfy. I liked the popcorn and the bar they had downstairs, lol. I just slept for the most part, so I have nothing else to add besides my super positive checkin experience. Hope to visit again soon!

Super friendly staff, felt like we were back home in Canada ;) Room decor and furnishings felt older and a bit stale, even though I think I read that the hotel was renovated early in 2023. The beds were fairly comfortable and I appreciated the convenience of having both a mini fridge and a microwave (if you use one). We had a pool view; it was fine, but I don't think it was worth any extra money. There was an outdoor balcony that overlooks a kind of inaccessible mechanical level, and then overlooks the pool area. Breakfast was mediocre; I've had better at other area hotels for less money than I paid here. Unfortunately, we didn't get to take advantage of any manager specials because we couldn't check in until after 7:30 pm (due to an issue with our travel plans, not the hotel's fault). Pool was okay - not much of a shallow end for smaller kids, and the deep end was no more than 5'. Hot tub is small. A group of adults partying and disturbing the peace in the evening; lots more kids being boisterous. NO staff anywhere in the area. The real annoyance re: the pool is that there is so much loud and obnoxious construction happening nearby right now. It started early on Sunday morning and was ongoing & SO noisy. This hotel is close to the airport, you can hear the planes flying overhead if you're outside, but soundproofing seemed good inside the room. Parking is free and there is also a free shuttle (which was a wonderful bonus for my husband who arrived on a different flight). Thanks for such a great shuttle experience; he was pleased about that. I paid over $280 CAD on a Saturday night so I think that's very expensive for a basic hotel experience. Maybe the price is worth it if you can take advantage of the happy hour amenities? I don't know... I booked based on the exceptional reviews, but I was disappointed overall. I'd consider staying here again but ONLY if I could use the extra amenities AND I found a deal I couldn't pass up.

First of all I've always had amazing experiences at Drury Hotels. But this one by far exceeded my expectations. The whole staff was amazing in every way. Especially Ladonna at the front desk. I got lost at the airport waiting for the shuttle and she called me and made sure over and over that I got picked up and was okay. She is a sweetheart and a wonderful person and Drury Hotel should be happy they have somebody that amazing working for them. I will definitely be back and thank you again ladonna for being so awesome 😊😊😊

This place was wonderful. They had free breakfast & complimentary evening reception. The gentleman at the front desk was a great multi tasker but he needs some help. All of the staff was very helpful !!

Really great property. The staff members were so polite and very helpful. My family members have health and mobility issues through our entire stay Edsel was so helpful with all of our needs. We will always remember his kindness. Thank you Edsel you made our stay so delightful. We will definitely be visiting this property again in future visits!!!

Our go to hotel whenever we travel. This location was clean, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. We always enjoy breakfast and kick back hour for dinner. The beds were comfortable, and our balcony view was great.

This hotel is awesome! Free shuttle to PHX airport. Free breakfast and snacks, drinks and dinner, too! Pool, whirpool and gym are small but adequate (and a great plus). They also have a little shop corner to buy snacks, drinks and a few other things. Would definitely recommend!

I have traveled the world(Europe, Africa, Australia/New Zealand and South America) I have never been treated so well as The Drury inn here in Phoenix, AZ. From housekeeping to food services to comfort in my room. But their reception desk staff are 10 stars. They will make your stay the best you have ever had. Joseph at the front desk is outstanding, he makes you feel really special . I will come back just because of Joseph.

We loved, loved, loved this place!! The entire staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming. We checked in just as the 5:30 kickback was ending and woke up 20 mins late for breakfast and missed both. Had we been there for that, our stay would have been even greater. Beds are extremely comfortable. Checking in was cake. I do not have one single complaint about this place. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all so much!!

This place was super amazing almost flawless! I was here for a week and everything was super clean nice. The breakfast and dinner are worth the stay alone, food was good and the staff working the food area kept every full and hot. The only negative I have is that one girl at the front desk was very unhelpful but all of the rest of the staff I encountered was wonderful.

The staff a good natured. The outer grounds are beautiful the complementary breakfast is standard fare. My room was clean and in decent shape however overall it was in need of some maintenance particularly the drains in the bathroom which did not draining all over very slow. Overall a decent experience.

They were wonderful. The pool is open and the breakfast is good. The staff is helpful and the business center is useful. 2 computers and a printer. The fitness area is well maintained and stocked. The elevator has a clear back so you can see out as you ascend the hotel. The rooms were clean, working coffee maker and sizeable bathroom. The shampoo and soap are in soap dispensers in the shower which is nice if you have thick hair. Best hotel I've stayed at in Phoenix so far and it's close enough for the shuttle to take you to the airport in the morning. Also they are pet friendly to dogs and cats.

This hotel was overall amazing. I have not one complaint. The staff was SO welcoming. We arrived 4 hours for check in but they still got us in a room, which was really nice after being on a plane and traveling a majority of the day. The breakfast and dinner were good. The dinner was really nice to have and they had different options each night! Breakfast was the same every morning, but still very decent options. Check out time was 11 am and we had a flight that left at 5, so they extended our check out time to 1 pm to make things easier for us! When we needed to leave to go back to the airport, they got us a complimentary Uber since the shuttle driver was on break. Wow! If I could I would rate this hotel 10/10!!

If passing through Phoenix &/or need to be in downtown early am. A good value for a luxury hotel. Mind you we're in off season but they seem to support a high staff guest ratio. Impressive during these hard post pandemic times... Only spent the night but worked out well. Fast checking in/out, comfortable room & construction/remodeling didn't effect stay whatsoever. Nice, conveint and private!

Airport shuttle was quick and easy. Every staff member was kind and friendly. The pool was unfortunately closed but they were nice enough to let us use the pool at a different Drury location (we did have to pay for an Uber). Breakfast was great and the evening dinner and drinks was an extra treat. This location is not walkable and you will need transportation to get around but the proximity to the airport with a free shuttle was nice.

Clean/Nice looking hotel inside & out. The only minor thing was that the restroom doesn't have an exhaust fan to get rid of the moisture/steam after a shower which makes it very stuffy. But on a scale from 1-10,,,, I give it a 9 and will definitely stay there again‼️

The room was clean, but dated. The lobby was under construction, but the rest of the public areas were a little rough. Staff was not friendly. There is no reasturant on site and there is only 1 (waffle house) in the general vicinity, but it wasn't that close and there wasn't a clear (well lit) path to get there to get there after dark. There is an airport shuttle which runs on a regular basis. The driver was friendly and the drop off was quick.

I have stayed here various times. This time it felt really stinky and outdated. A huge light fixture fell from the restroom ceiling when I closed the door. The suite had nothing in it, literally only toilet paper. Would be nice to include a small dish soap if you have a sink and microwave. Maybe a plastic spoon. Felt expensive for what you get.

We have been staying in this hotel for 10 years each time we are flying away on a trip. It is consistently excellent in every way. Very clean, superb staff...props to Liz, Zoe and Terry. Quiet, wonderful evening meal and drinks and 24-7 airport shuttle. We would not stay anywhere else. Recommend with the highest regard!

This hotel was simply more than I expected. First, checking in was a breeze, and staff were very helpful. The room was a decent size and very clean. Every staff member I encountered was smiling and gave a greeting. The real surprise was the three free drink ticket. Each night you stay there you get three free drinks for happy hour. The breakfasts and snacks were definitely on point as well. There were only two issues I had with it. One was the view, probably not really the hotel's fault though. Can't change much about that. And the other was the pool. It was a nice size and it was clean, but it is in a bad place and there were no lounge chairs. It just didn't really seem inviting, which is probably why I didn't see anyone near it but Scott, the pool guy.

Wonderful hotel with friendly staff! It's also located not too far from the Phoenix International Airport for travelers! As far as shopping though, not too much is close by for walking distance because it's in an industrial area. However, there is a dining area here with free breakfast(no bacon) in the morning, and some type of dinner from 5pm to 7pm. The bar serves until midnight, as well.
