We live in Flagstaff and got this hotel for a night so we could sleep a little before dropping my boyfriend off at his 6am flight the next day. We got in at 11pm. So, we were only going to be there for five hours. The hotel room itself was very dirty, and someone had stolen both the iron and one of the lamps that stick to the wall on the side of the bed. There was blue stuff on the walls that didn’t belong and we barely had blankets and pillows. The blanket was a sheet and a fleece blanket and then we had two tiny pillows, one which hardly kept the stuffing in one place to be able to use. On top of a dirty room, someone from the airport got our room number instead of the front desk for the shuttle from the airport and called us 5 separate times from 11pm to 4AM regarding the shuttle, even though we explained multiple times we were not the right contact. When we called the front desk to tell them this was happening and we were trying to sleep, we were met with a very rude response and zero help, therefore we had to unplug our phone for the remainder of the time we were in the room. I told the person at the front desk about this horrible experience and they looked at me with an expression pretty much saying “okay…anything else?”. They did nothing about any of my feedback and I am really disappointed that 5 hours in this dirty place cost us over $100. DO NOT STAY HERE! Not worth your money, I would have rather woke up at 2am in Flagstaff and just did the drive to Phoenix and back without having to stay here.

Naturally the price was low, but when you're charging for a place it may be modest, but it should be clean. Cigarette ash on the baseboard in the bathroom is just one example... in a supposedly nonsmoking room. Carelessly hung, scant towels, hair in the sink, hanging off the faucet, on the torn sheets and dust, dust, dust. Shuttle service is good but a bit confusing, as an airport parking shuttle service has been contracted, but with no identifying markings, or information on your booking itinerary. I was at the airport for hours expecting a Days Inn shuttle, watching what I later discovered to be the contracted service drive by repeatedly... who knew? On speaking with one of the drivers, he mentioned that it was suggested that the parking shuttle service name should be included on the website and booking confirmation, but this appearently has not been done. The free breakfast was described by the manager as, "grab and go", so we'll see what tomorrow brings in that regard... yes, that's right, I'm writing this on the night of my stay, and tomorrow I'll be away, with thanks! The irony is that you are made to pay up front for a damage deposit... to prevent much of what I found in the room upon my arrival. I informed the manager of the rooms state, but he seemed at best indifferent, and seemed to deflect my concerns. These are just a few first impressions of the place. I wouldn't go back, even if I was paid.

Booked last minute for one night. We left early did not last the whole day prob about 5-6 hours. First off the the person that checked me in was super nice. But once I open the hotel door it was bad. We are thinking about reporting them to the health department the room seemed like it had mold in the bathroom the paint was chipping. The sheets smelled like smoke and I asked for a non smoking. The room was not in best condition not sure how they let people sleep there everything is falling apart. Light was broken didn’t work. I took so many pictures of what was wrong and what is a hazard towards a person. I also want to mention how the bathroom window was see through anyone can see you. Also there was no room to park my car. I just made my own Parking as others were parking in dirt.

This hotel was the worst I've seen. Staff is rude and immediately got an attitude when we asked for a refund. The bathroom wasn't finished and tub was damaged. We found multiple stains on the sheets of the bed. And to top it off we found roaches crawling around the room. We immediately left that room and reported it. They will argue with you all day saying there is nothing wrong and won't get a refund but I made it clear that it is unacceptable. Highly don't recommend this hotel.

This was far and away the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was dirty, the attendant was lazy and unhelpful and the breakfast was comprised of a Ding Dong, yogurt and granola bar...Ding Dong for breakfast? The location did not appear to be safe either as there were random people smoking in the hotel parking lot (outside my door) all hours of the night. The bathroom was moldy, broken down and disgusting. It took a little trick to get hot water in the shower, otherwise it would have been a cold shower as well. When I asked for a receipt I was told one would be emailed to me and that never happened. When I checked my credit card transactions, I noticed I was double charged for the room...just keeps getting better. I cannot recommend not staying here highly enough.

When we arrived at the hotel, we noted that it was an unsafe area. A girl at the desk attempted to book a room, but the attendant informed her that there was a deposit of a hundred dollars, and the room she was booking would not have a TV. Apparently, they had some “repairs”, and there were not any rooms available with TVs. There was a sign indicating that you would automatically lose your deposit if there was law enforcement called to your room. As we booked the room, someone was repeatedly calling the desk, and the attendant threatened to check them out. Additionally, we had to sign a document stating that if there was smoking in the room a fine of 250 dollars would be charged to our room. This is hilarious because upon walking into our room it reeked of cigarettes, and there were even cigarette burns in the comforter. We attempted to get a refund but the room was not refundable. The attendant allowed us to switch rooms. The second room smelled clean. However, the same dirty walls and molding were present. The comforter had several cigarette burns, and stains were present on the sheets. We cut our loses and left. I would give 0/5 stars if possible.

The place was disgusting. The mattress had blood stains on it, every surface was sticky, the baseboards and corners of the room had a thick layer of dust/debris on it, plus there was substantial evidence of bugs. I got a refund and left immediately. Plus: huge red flag: they made me sign a waiver saying they would charge my card $100 if they had to call the cops on me, or if I committed any violent acts while staying on the property. This is NOT A SAFE AREA!

We booked this hotel for two nights in May. Our booking took place in January. When we arrived, the property was surrounded with a locked chain link fence, and no brand name information was on the signage. We had been receiving "updates" for our stay on an almost daily basis, the last one being the day of arrival. Our credit card had been charged in January, and when we contacted Wyndham corporate we were essentially told "too bad". I will never book another Wyndham hotel, and will tell everyone of our experience.

Came for a last minute stay after a flight cancellation and was greeted with a room that only half the fixtures worked and cockroaches crawling around the floor. Several that we could see, I'm sure there were more. Absolutely horrible conditions every corner you look. Food wrappers on the floor. Water damage. Stay literally anywhere else. Also NO REFUNDS! Spent a half hour on the phone with a corporate number to be told they'll look into it and a front desk that says nothing can be done until a manager shows up. Who happens to only work until 2pm.

The staff were friendly but not well trained. Our room had the TV on when we entered the room which was strange. The hotel is not a good area of town and police were on the premises when we arrived. The condition of the shelves in the bathroom were terrible if you put anything on them they would have fallen on the floor. The toilet was not working properly. The walls were old and faded. and the baseboard was old and coming out of the walls. The tile was cracked and broken in several spots. I expected a Wyndahm property to be better cared for and have better upkeep. We will never stay at this property again. We hope the main company will evaluate whether this property is up to their standards. The beds were comfortable but the comforter had cigarette burns on them and seemed to be dirty or very old and needs to be replaced.

I needed a quick place to stay for 2wks. Had I known about the dirty conditions I would have stayed elsewhere, the last straw was when I noticed in the middle of the night Bugs crawling on the night table and bites on my forearm I then notified the front desk, whose only response was to change rooms and not a credit for the remaining week so I could find another place!

A minus rating if I could. This has been my WORST booking ever. I booked using booking.com this for a night for its proximity to the airport, to catch our 4:55 am flight the next day, as it offered airport shuttle. I reached at 9:30pm and the hotel was all chained, locked with a board that said "Private property" and there was no Days Inn board anywhere. It was as if it had been shutdown. I walked to the next motel asking if this was the right address for Days Inn and they confirmed. Feeling a little confused, we called the help desk number and it went to voicemail. We called Wyndham (since they own this chain), and the customer representative said she would leave a message for the help desk . Interestingly I received a message from DaysInn via Booking.com a couple of days ago about how eager they are for my visit. I have taken pictures of this place. I called Booking.com and they were a little better but said no one else has complained. The area itself looked super shady and would never have booked here if I had researched the area before. I ultimately booked a different motel. Disappointed with DaysInn and I have lost faith in Wyndham and Booking.com. Never ever book this place (if it exists).

I didn't get to stay. When I arrived they required a 100$ deposit in addition to my $101.30 I'd already paid for the room. There was no mention of a deposit in my confirmation email so I was unable to pay the fee. On the counter they have the rules and reasons why they can keep your deposit. Which were ridiculous reasons and so many. I'm currently homeless and living in my vehicle with children. The "manager" stated its not his problem I'm homeless. To which I replied that if it weren't for people whom are out of a home, he'd not have any business! He represented the days inn franchise so poorly and I let him know. I decided to look at the reviews and saw that they're all horrible with mentions of roaches and mold and I'm not surprised at all! They even had copies of past guests I.D.'s taped to the wall whom they'd kicked out and put them on the DNR list. Which tells me they've kept all those guests deposits and got paid for the room. So in conclusion, this is a horrible area of town and I'm a believer in everything happening for some reason, I think it was meant to be that I didn't take my kids in there. It would have been a horrible experience if we'd encountered roaches. My son is terrified of bugs. I called hotels. Com and asked about a refund and they were able to get me the funds back THANK GOD! Do not book with this hotel.

They tried to upgrade with wood floors and tile around the bathtub. There was a poorly plastered hole made by someone's fist in the bathroom door, not sanded down or repainted. Only 1 towel and 2 hand towels, def not enough for 2 people. Blanket and sheets were clean, but had stains on them. It's close to the airport, but NOT in a good neighborhood. The outside is dirty too. No smoking within 20 feet of your room, so we couldn't figure out why the room smelled of cigarettes. When checking out in the morning, we saw the cleaning lady smoking and figured it out. No bugs. We ordered delivery and didn't see any bugs trying to get to our food. The guys at the check in desk were nice. Oh and there was an outlet with the cover off and wires sticking out of the wall 🙄 the TV was hooked up to the cable wire that was also coming out of that outlet area. Oh and FYI if booking through a 3rd party, there IS a $100 deposit that you have to pay when checking in.

Very basic motel when I needed a cheap place to sleep. Lots of dirt and damage in my room and all the vending machines were broken. Airport shuttle only runs once an hour so plan ahead if you are using that mode of transportation.
