Overall
our
stay
was
very
good,
but
we
did
have
an
incident
happen
after
we
had
been
there
for
two
days.
When
we
returned
to
our
room
one
evening,
our
room
keys
didn't
unlock
the
door.
I
went
down
to
the
front
desk
and
the
gentleman
asked
me
for
my
name
and
room
number.
He
then
made
up
two
new
keys
and
said
that
he
would
go
along
with
me
to
the
room.
When
we
got
to
the
door,
he
knocked
on
the
door
and
said
Guest
Services
and
then
used
the
keys
to
open
the
door.
Upon
opening
the
door
there
was
someone
else
who
was
taking
a
shower
in
our
room.
We
immediately
left
the
room
and
waited
in
the
hall
until
the
guy
was
finished
with
the
shower.
Needless
to
say
the
guy
was
embarrassed
and
said
he
had
just
gotten
there.
We
told
the
hotel
guy
that
we
wouldn't
be
staying
in
that
room
and
he
said
he
would
get
back
to
us.
Another
hotel
employee
came
up
there
also
to
see
what
the
problem
was
and
he
helped
get
us
a
box
to
put
our
food
items
in.
Needless
to
say,
we
had
to
repack
up
all
of
our
things
and
move
to
another
room.
We
were
given
an
upgraded
suite
which
was
very
nice
and
they
adjusted
our
billing.
No
one
was
sure
why
our
reservation
wasn't
in
the
computer
system,
must
have
been
a
computer
glitz.
After
this,
our
stay
was
very
good.
Breakfasts
were
good
and
their
Happy
Hour
on
Monday-Wednesday
nights
were
good.
It
was
easy
to
get
extra
towels
and
supplies
from
the
front
desk.
The
hotel
was
always
clean
and
hotel
staff
was
friendly.
The
location
of
this
hotel
was
very
close
to
the
highway
and
we
felt
that
it
was
located
in
a
safe
area.
We
were
happy
with
how
they
resolved
the
problem
and
wouldn't
hesitate
staying
there
again.
Sometimes
things
just
happen.
We
now
can
laugh
about
this
and
it
makes
an
interesting
story.
