Not a great experience. Staff was rarely present at Front Desk. I waited 14 minutes for someone to show up (I timed it) and then I finally called the Hotel and it rang at least 6 times before she came from the back office. No apologies just said something flirty to the man also waiting before me and irritated. The Front Desk agents were less than friendly when I did talk with someone. I felt as though I was disturbing whatever else they were trying to do away from desk. I can understand the no housekeeping during stay, as staffing is an issue everywhere but the Front Desk is the most necessary contact. So found that pretty unacceptable. Nothing staff can do about road noise but the 4th floor odd # rooms get full highway noise....to a point we had to have TV pretty loud to hear. Nothing that occurred disturbed my sleep, so that part was good. Not sure if I would return.

5 stars with caveat: the floral scent in this hotel is overwhelming, so if you're sensitive to scents, avoid. But it didn't bother me too much, and everything was so clean, new, and nice that I thought it still deserved 5 stars. The breakfast was OK. The soaps and shampoos are JR Watkins, which was really nice. We got a room with a little kitchenette, super nice. The bed was comfy too. Overall I'm very satisfied!

Overall our stay was very good, but we did have an incident happen after we had been there for two days. When we returned to our room one evening, our room keys didn't unlock the door. I went down to the front desk and the gentleman asked me for my name and room number. He then made up two new keys and said that he would go along with me to the room. When we got to the door, he knocked on the door and said Guest Services and then used the keys to open the door. Upon opening the door there was someone else who was taking a shower in our room. We immediately left the room and waited in the hall until the guy was finished with the shower. Needless to say the guy was embarrassed and said he had just gotten there. We told the hotel guy that we wouldn't be staying in that room and he said he would get back to us. Another hotel employee came up there also to see what the problem was and he helped get us a box to put our food items in. Needless to say, we had to repack up all of our things and move to another room. We were given an upgraded suite which was very nice and they adjusted our billing. No one was sure why our reservation wasn't in the computer system, must have been a computer glitz. After this, our stay was very good. Breakfasts were good and their Happy Hour on Monday-Wednesday nights were good. It was easy to get extra towels and supplies from the front desk. The hotel was always clean and hotel staff was friendly. The location of this hotel was very close to the highway and we felt that it was located in a safe area. We were happy with how they resolved the problem and wouldn't hesitate staying there again. Sometimes things just happen. We now can laugh about this and it makes an interesting story.

My husband andI I travel quite a lot.. However at this hotel, the staff was very rude. While the room was very large, the furniture looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The corners and the bottom of the shower doors was dirty. Our room had not been vacuumed- housekeeper told us, and because we were there 3 nights - No maid service. For the price we paid- expected a nice clean room. Will never stay at a Staybridge Suites again.

I stayed with my family the week of July 4th. I have been to many different IHG properties. This was my first stay at a Staybridge. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. It had a very useable kitchen. It was clean. The front desk person was very helpful. Breakfast was better than average though repetitive after a couple of days. I would rate breakfast as better than most Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. There were numerous washer and dryers and it was complementary to guest (e.g. no need to find quarters). The reception was better than I expected. They even had hotdogs and hamburgers on July 4th.

My husband and I along with our 4 year old spent (2) weeks at Staybridge. The facility itself is decent, the walls are thin and we could hear the people upstairs the entire time. They offer a decent spread for breakfast, appetizers a few days a week and a free laundromat. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, and people live in a travel trailer along side the hotel. The reason my rating is so low is because the hospitality was basically non existent. I was never offered clean towels etc, nor asked about my stay the entire time. Also, my last day there a lady from the front desk called to tell me someone was outside my door and I needed to turn down my music. I was not playing music and I let her know that, as I opened my door I heard the music across the hall, and called to let her know that it was a different room. No apology, she said ok I call them. The did not investigate this all before calling me. Overall, Staybridge is a great concept, but I would never stay there again. I was very disappointed by the lack of hospitality.

The rooms are comfortable and the bedding is soft. However, the front desk people are so rude and when we asked for sending clean towels she told “we don’t touch your dirty towels, you have to bring it so we can give you new”. I was surprised, plus my friend who came with me had a baby and the room needed room service because of all the diaper changes and so forth. However, when we asked for room service they said that they only do room service once every seven days. Another con, is the location. The hotel vicinity looked like a ghetto and gave a dark vibe. I’d suggest people go for some other location like Scottsdale instead of this. I don’t think I will come back again to this one.

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are nice and competent. The rooms are large and extremely comfortable. Shower pressure good. Beds are legitimately comfortable. Nothing bad to say about this place. And the location is very convenient. Close to downtown but not too far from Scottsdale/Glendale/Etc.

Great hotel for your stay in Phoenix. The rooms were clean, the bed was soft And they provide firm and soft pillows which makes for a comfortable sleep. Breakfast offering is also good with options of eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruits, waffles. Hot tub and pool also available. Highly recommend

Beds are very comfy and the bathrooms are very nice-looking. Small kitchen area in the corner of the rooms and a desk for business or whatever else. Stay was nice, we stayed for 2 days (I think) to see a concert. I got sick but it was still a pleasant experience.

My husband is a kidney patient at Banner Kidney Institute and this hotel is where they provide our lodging accomodations... We absolutely LOVE it! The hospitality we receive from the staff is amazing! Not to mention the rooms... Which are always clean and sanitized, which is extremely important to my husband's health

The beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a lot of great options. They did a little salad bar the night we got there. Skip the pizza! It was basic and honestly just lettuce and like taco fixings. No meat, no chips, so I was a little disappointed. I did take some fruit and yogurt back to the room. The pool and hot tub are small. I wished they had a time for adults only. I just wanted to relax and kick back, but from 7 to about 9 pm, there were about 10 kids in the pool and 3 in the hot tub. Just not for me. Adults appreciate quiet time. We did have a suite, so we just hung out. There isn't a bar at this location, so if you like an evening cocktail, you'll need to BYOB. Just don't expect that you'll be relaxing by the pool.

The family and I stayed at this hotel from mid oct to near the end. A total of 11 days. Easy and quick check in, great breakfast in the morning & and a very clean hotel. I want to personally thank the staff at this hotel, they were amazing and hardworking! Front desk was very friendly and had tons of information about the area. The room was huge and comfy. I loved my stay there and would def recommend this hotel to all who are visiting Phoenix. Airport & car rental return were very close to the location! Loved the morning breakfast, they were amazing with lots of choices! Thank you staybridge! 😀

we are the people that they for some trivial reason kicked out through the police on 8/29. all we were doing was minding our own business. but they gave us a handful of accusations to kick us out. firstly i (the kid that would be in the lobby late) was accused of showering in one of the bathrooms. firstly, there aren't even any showers in those bathrooms. secondly, i have a shower in my room. so why on earth would i choose to shower in there??!!? 😭😂🥴 and lastly, it's none of their business on what i do behind the privacy of a locked bathroom door. they were stingy with the linen. accusing us of "sTeAlInG" it. i remember leaving linen outside our door daily. so that was an unjust accisation. the manger leah, she was a VERY NASTY INDIVIDUAL. she didn't acknowledge her guests, cold with my concerns and was banging on the bathroom door while I was in there. it would've been professional if they'd confirm the facts before making such outrageous accusations. the food options were repetitive. the area was a monstrosity to be in. very atrocious area. lights were blowing out everywhere, hardly ever any wipes in the gym, broken water machine in there also, filthy elevators and the toilets wouldn't flush. not an ideal place tbh. but Daniel tho. he was my guy. he stood out from the rest in a positive way (thank u Daniel) housekeeping sucked. they were supposed to clean our room every Monday but for some reason chose not to. they were rude too. but then they all complain about how we were "sTeAlInG" their stuff. sounds about right. the things we didn't like: - the food - the hot tub - the dirty floors - their exaggerative "policies" - the area - the disgusting chairs outside people who've mistreated us: - leah - eboni - Rafael - Stevie stay here at your own risk.

I come to Phoenix often for work and have stayed at several hotels in the area. This is one I would consider staying at again. The lobby has a very strong smell of cleaning solution to it but at least that means they clean? The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and good sized. It is a bit loud from the nearby highway all through the night, I was woken up a few times. Also, the location is super odd for how you have to turn into the parking lot and google maps does NOT do a good job directing you there!! It is located right by a running trail that I took advantage of, not the best trail but it worked for a morning run. I did not have the breakfast but it looked like they had a pretty impressive spread for a free hotel breakfast.

I’m giving this place a bad review because they really screwed us over. We had a couple thousand dollars worth of tools stolen. I know the tools will never be recovered but the hotel employees had time to call the police and prevent the thieves from walking away with our livelihood. Don’t stay here if you want to be safe, there are addicts and homeless people living right outside the hotel in makeshift homes they built and in cars and on the street, walking around robbing people at all hours of the night. Just don’t stay in Phoenix!

Rooms are really nice, kitchenette. Big couch, big bed. Free breakfast. Monday thru weds free snack/dinner type meal. Really nice gym. Free laundry service. The only problem is the location, is in a less then clean area, nothing that staybridge can control but don’t expect to be walking around with the family in this area.

Stayed ten days with my wife and granddaughter for our ninth year anniversary good atmosphere nice rooms give you that at home feeling at least for me very quiet if it was people in other rooms I couldn't tell just happy to spend quality time with them. My Wife travel Nursing all over and she chose to stay here instead of finding a place that right there speaks volume to me very clean place friendly staff if I ever come back to Phoenix AZ this is where I will be staying 5 🌟

Very nice place. Full kitchen with a two burner stove top, sink, microwave, dish washer, and a full sized refrigerator and freezer with ice maker. The rooms are spacious with a nice couch and desk area to work in. The pool was small, but large enough to do some short laps in and get a decent workout and has a hot tub. Good free breakfast that is worth getting up for. Free internet and good sizes TV. Free use of the washer and dryer, but you have to bring your own soap. There is a weight room, but only with one cable machine, dumb bells, and 3 treadmills and one bike. Very convenient location right off the freeway too. Highly recommend this hotel.

Can't say enough positive. Husband had a heart attack, flown into phx. I called front desk and was given a hospital rate. The breakfast mgr gave me orange juice after the breakfast hours were over. The last day, breakfast was fantastic. Even though it was a studio it had a mini kitchen. Only issue, bed was not comfortable, but with the stress. I slept.

I needed a hotel close to the Phoenix Children's Hospital. I picked this hotel for its proximity to the hospital and was VERY pleased that we did! The hotel is very asthetically nice, quiet and the rooms are AMAZING! More open concept, clean and well thought out for everyone. I had to travel with my daughter and my elderly mother and the room was safe and open for both of them. Ieasha was the manager who we all was in communication with and she was very helpful and listened to my needs due to the travel. The breakfast was very good and the daily homemade muffins.....mmmmmm! I will DEFINITELY be staying here again!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean, spacious, had a very comfortable bed and nice kitchen. Unfortunately we were so busy we missed out on using the pool. The breakfast on the first day was great (cheese omelettes, bacon and a wide variety of other choices)... the second day was just biscuits and gravy, many things were empty and no staff around, so a different experience. Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The 1 thing I really wish they would change is the overpowering smell in the lobby, which I think must be a cleaner or spray used in this hotel group because we also smelled this same exact unpleasant odor in the hotel prior to this stay. It's very strong and has you holding your breath each time you come and go. Please change this 🙏

Nice, clean, newer property. Friendly staff, and the rooms were spacious. Breakfast food choices were good. My only reason for giving them a 4 vs a 5 star rating is because of how they handled the breakfast service. We were there because of a huge soccer tournament, the hotel was filled to capacity with multiple soccer teams. The first morning they were not prepared to handle all the guests for breakfast at 7:30 or so and ran out of food, they tried to play catch-up but failed. The next morning their solution was to start breakfast later than their normal listed time, which meant many of the soccer kids did not get breakfast from the hotel, because they had to leave for their game before breakfast was open. In my opinion, when hosting multiple teams, they should have been prepared for the breakfast “rush”. If they would have asked when the teams had their first games they would have knew that the breakfast would have been swamped the first morning, secondly had they been thinking through this, they could have been prepared for day two and not needed to delay breakfast. Everything else was as expected from a newer hotel chain.

Like the spacious room with a kitchen rather than being in the basic hotel room with a bed and chairs. We have already booked another stay. The hotel is right next to the freeway so you do hear some traffic, but it's not terrible. The only complaint of the room was how hard it was to turn the bathroom faucet on, but we didn't complain though. Just used the faucet in the kitchen.

We had a two room suite and the rooms, kitchen area, and bathrooms are beautifully updated and have great features. The living room furniture is a little outdated and shabby looking, however. The breakfast was better than most hotel's free breakfasts. Great service and great location for many things. We will be back for sure

We loved our stay here. The suite was very nice - spacious, with a great kitchen nook. The daily breakfast options were pretty good - some hot options like scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast. Honestly, a good spread. All the hotel reps were friendly and accommodating. Only one complaint - we knew we'd be arriving late (close to midnight) due to our flight. The hotel locks the doors at 10pm and you either call the front desk or use your key card to enter. The first night, we waited close to ten minutes outside calling the front desk waiting to be let in by the overnight receptionist.

Impeccably clean rooms, friendly housekeeping/ front desk staff (especially Marilyn), and a nice, hearty breakfast selection. The only thing I did not appreciate was paying upfront for my stay. Normally, hotels will place a authorization hold on the card used when booking the reservation. While checking out I wanted to use a corporate card to charge my stay. It was too late because they had already charged the card I rendered during check-in. I’m disappointed that this was not expressed to me during check-in.

The air smelled fresh and clean. They are friendly and supportive. It's more fun, and I'm certain that tourists can like it. Because of its proximity to the city, the hotel's position is advantageous. That is a fantastic statement. This really was a once-in-a-lifetime moment. I was looking forward to spending time with my family. This is extremely important!!
