The staff here is absolutely AMAZING! They take NO garbage from anyone and they made sure I was taken care of 100%. I had to change rooms on 3 occasions, NOT their fault and they accommodated me in EVERY way humanly possible. Absolutely GREAT place to stay! I will be back soon... but only long enough to get moved into my own place. Thank you all for making me feel safe and at home. It is rare you find places that treat you like a person, but this place takes the cake! They're respectful, friendly and professional. We need to take this team and let them start teaching others how to run a business!

This is just a basic hotel. Very minimal rooms in need of an upgrade. The one thing I will say is that the front desk clerk I had such a good attitude and was so patient when dealing with impossible customers. I was really impressed with the way he handled and irrational angry that called on the phone. He was in the middle of checking in a roomful of customers and this woman called just scream at him about a problem with an internet website that made her booking on the incorrect date. I wish I could recall his name because he really should get a raise for his patience and professionalism.

Great stay at this motel 6 all thanks to the employee Laurie ! She was so sweet and so kind and beyond helpful. Saying she's great at her job is a complete understatement. This lady deserves a raise and a lot of acknowledgment. She's amazing with customer service and is definitely the main reason why I'd continue to stay at this location . Thank you again Laurie for everything. It's beyond appreciated. πŸ™

Didn't stay in a room so I can't comment on that but I can say it's active AF over there. Lots of low level lot lizards lurking, loitering , & lingering. 🦎🀣

We checked into our room and the TV screen was busted. So they moved us into another room. The air conditioner didn't work and there was no hot water. These are basic features that should work in any hotel. We asked for a refund and they would not give us one. I will not be coming back.

Always a great stay thanks to the staff working here, mostly in part thanks to the effort and exceptional customer service that Laurie provides. Whenever I've had an issue she takes care of it right away, with a smile. Trust me,that girl deserves to be recognized and given a raise to show appreciation for the service she doesn't really have to do,like remember your name, and asking after your wellbeing, and making sure you've got everything you need. I could imagine if she was in the a proper setting, she would shine. Definitely management material! Thank you again,Laurie, for your smiles, and for the kindness you've shown to me and my family,it will not be forgotten. It's a motel 6,so of course you should expect it to be somewhat run down, and no frills in the rooms. Some rooms are in better condition than others. The ac units in all the rooms I've stayed in have worked just right...cleanliness is hit or miss, usually i just wipe everything down in there anyways. The pool is well kept and inviting,or at least it will be once the water warms up! The deck is a nice place to sunbathe and read a book or visit with other guests. There is a armed security guard most nights, and he is active and diligent on keeping the property nice and quiet. This is in a rough neighborhood of phoenix, he makes me feel safer knowing he's on duty and will keep the transients and druggies off site. I've noticed alot of reviews complaining about the security guard, but seriously? Follow the rules, pay on time, register your extra visitors, and he won't even look your way. There's a undeveloped field next to the motel that has a fair amount of tents and homeless people actually living in it,I've witnessed more than a few drug deals and drug use going on. As well as the crazy behavior that goes along with said drug use.Entertaining to say the least. Rates have been higher than usual, probably due to all the events taking place in the Phoenix area,so as availability goes down the costs come up. All in all,I would recommend this location to anyone traveling or in need of a quick get away. No deposit is charged, although you'll need a bank or credit card with your name on it to check in. Pet friendly, with several stations for pet waste disposal located around the property.

How does this place charge over $100/night when the rooms are worth $40 at best? Cleanliness is not a priority, general maintenance is not a priority. Was told they have coffee in the office in the morning, that was a lie. The only positive I could see is that the water pressure was good. Oh, and if you are going to use a white sheet as a bed cover, maybe use Bleach or Vinegar to get the stains off them. And mop the floors more than once a month. Probably not a good idea to go outside at night. Not a nice area.

The room gave the appearance of being clean. The floors are hardwood and had not been swept. I kept stepping on small debris. I was unhappy that with the size of the room they shoved two queen beds into it making it so one of the beds was pushed up against the air-conditioning and we were unable to turn it on causing the room to be unbearably stuffy. The room also smelled of bug spray when you walked into it as well as the bed linen. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed. The room door also did not close properly until you pushed on the door and then lached the locked and dead bolt it. You could also tell the door had been kicked in or something at one time based on where the deadbolt used to be and how the door sat on the hinges and closed.

I chose this location because it was cheap and convenient to my job. I am now homeless again because Phoenix has bought out this hotel for the homeless. The website lists sold out. How can I get housing help also?

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a hotel in my entire life. First off they didn’t have my reservation in their system, and while I was trying to work it out with them I watched several homeless people carry TVs out of the rooms and load them into nearby vehicles. This place is straight up in the ghetto. While I was at the front desk trying to find a resolution, the lady that was clearly the manager was trying to train the associate that was helping me who was unprofessional and clearly didn’t care to be there. The only solution they offered us was to give us a room if we could pay CASH ONLY. Given that I never carry that much cash (further emphasizing the sketchiness of this place), I walked away. I would never recommend that anyone stay here. The whole experience was a nightmare and quite frankly a little unbelievable. I’m not sure how this place is in business.

Room was horrible. I paid 250 for 2 nights which is overcharging. The room was nasty and not cleaned. The toilet seat wasn't even attached. I complained and asked for my money back but they refused so I had no choice. Homeless everywhere u look. One guy just kept walking around the whole building. People next door were so loud I couldn't sleep and they apparently live there. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

They really trying and do alot to keep up with the demands of the area and their guests. Ive had more clean and comfortable rooms than bad. I didn't trash or leave a mess just because there's a cleaning team to come in once I leave. It's not perfect but if you respect the rooms like you expect to come back and stay again, you'll have a good experience. Wifi has been hit or miss, Hotspot recommended. Staff has always been helpful and respectful. I don't ask for much beyond towels, TP, and extra room key when necessary. Don't let anyone scare you off but if you're not comfortable, mention/call to the front desk. There are many options nearby as well if you want to try somewhere else after one night.

Rooms are dirty and need remodeling real bad. Grounds have garbage everywhere The front desk does not answer the phone very often so if your trying to reach a guest it's difficult. The only good thing I can say is you have many stores and fast food places around there. But their service sucks too. To high of a price for dirty, very small rooms. Ooh yeah cockroaches.

Avoid this place. Many cockroaches within the elevator doorway metal floor panel grooves and within the doorway to my motel room. Food particles visible in doorway to room. Stains on furniture and flooring throughout motel, but most annoyingly within the motel room. Electronic lock on door would not release/unlock most times and I had to keep pushing down on the handle and trying the key card 3 to 5 times to unlock the door most times. On my first attempt to unlock the door, I could not unlock it at all. Perhaps because I had surgery on my broken arm and I had asked the office attendant to write the room number on the second key card so I could give it to a friend and her husband that had cared for me during the first 24 hours (caretakers who dropped me off and were outside in their car) after surgery. In case I had some medical problem in the next 4 days I could Text/call them and they could enter the room if need be. Well, the attendant had asked if only 1 adult (me) was staying in the room and I explained the above information briefly -- perhaps she made the 2 keys invalid so I would only have 1 working key card after having to get it replaced as I had to do that first night (door would not unlock). The next day or two, after dealing with the lock not working well, I had gone to the office and let a second attendant know about the troublesome lock and she just gave excuses and tried to blame it on the key card. I asked if they were going to put in a work order to investigate, and she said they would and then bid me farewell. I then had to ask her if they were really going to look at it since she did not know my room number and she didn't even ask for it. I asked her if she knew the room number and she said she would chat with the other attendant who she had remembered as the person who made my keys twice. I said, "I know the room number and it is ###. Why didn't you ask me?" Ridiculous... Perhaps they got someone to adjust the lock because it had improved on the 3rd night, but no person communicated anything to me. Note that the door did not close flush with the frame, but it did close to where the deadbolt and locking mechanism would work. The security latch screws were loose though and that latch is probably easy to bust open if someone were to push the door open in a forceful manner. No fresh, clean, towels offered to me within the 4 night stay -- perhaps they'd given them to me if I had asked the right person, but I used my own clean towels after a few nights. Fire alarms were set off 3 times during my 4 night stay, where 1 time it had sounded off for many minutes and I had opened the door and I had prepared to leave if it was a real fire. Bed was worn out and very uncomfortable, which gave me back pain that had added to my post-surgery pain. Light switch between the 2 beds did not work well. Shower head was so low that I had to bend my kneck, or stoop a bit, in order to get water flowing onto my head -- bumped into nozzle a few times of course. Avoid this place.

The room was very clean the cleaning crew did a great Job, the room needed some repairs but it was comfortable.i have set a reservation for a room I am com to check in, I was told you can't stay here you have to find somewhere else to stay the reservation was done in the morning. That was a punch in the gut when I was not told 3pm time was check in. So I had to sit in the heat for 6hrs with my family in the all time heat wave I don't mind me but my family that's and other things we had nowhere to go so we had to sit and wait in the red roof in outside for 6hrs in the sun. I am not renting there again

Being in a tough situation like my family and I are going through, this place is very nice and guarded. People here with the motel and CBI are very wonderful people and we truly feel blessed. We really appreciate this place and what they do.

For $70 a night you get a nice welcoming from the dozen plus flies in your room with a delightful pond view in your backed up bathroom sink. Oh, did I mention the walk on the beach feel from the leaking toilet? But what really makes the motel standout from the rest are the resident customers that stand outside their rooms smoking weed giving that sweet smell the entire time you are there. Get what ya pay for I suppose. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Honestly, the place looked ok from the outside, mainly the fact that it was empty. I'm old fashion, a motel NO MATTER who owns it should never charge more than $70 for a night, anything more than that is greed and that's sad. I don't believe in spending $90+ a night. Oh and all the homeless people at the entrance area is real top-notch.

Unfortunately had to find somewhere to stay overnight couldn't drive any further. Service was ok,. room had some mold in the bathroom ( daughter & grandkids have Asthma). It was so windy overnight, that an EXIT sign kept hitting the wall outside , I did get the attendant & Security to secure it from hitting the wall. All this in mind,The day manager did compensate me fith. $20.00 discount. . much appreciated.

The room was clean which is saying a lot for Motel 6. I've never been too happy with them but the last 2 visits were ok. They have armed security guards outside which makes me wonder why but I never had any problems with anyone, which is good. There is no microwave or refrigerator in the room and no ice machine on the property. Hot coffee is served in the lobby every morning. Overall, it's just a Motel with a standard price.

I needed to spend a night got a room NON SMOKING!!! They gave me Roman 303 … BUNCH OF TRASH THROUGH OUT THE WAY I MEAN PILES … we’ll dirty room holes on the walls counter wasn’t clean, holes on the bed cover etc etc… as soon as I open up the door notice window broken then literally seem that someone just had a joint and walk out of the room…. So I went downstairs to the office and ask to be check out and a refund…. Girl at front desk did do it but I’m going to have to wait until tomorrow to see if they refund my money….

Did not return the deposit of $50 terrible service arrogant faces. The inside of the room is very dirty and insects breed in front of me.

This place is a disaster. Was checked into a room that was obviously not cleaned at all - beds unmade, trash all over the place, reeked of weed. Hotel is literally falling apart, with massive chunks of plaster crumbling off of pillars and exposing the structure underneath. Chose not to stay, had to threaten a dispute with my bank to get a refund. AVOID.

Also that was a lie. None of the bed sheets got cleaned. There’s crumbs and food in the sheets on one bed, and the other bed there’s little black dots all over the sheets. I live out of Tucson and I have never, stayed somewhere this ugly and far into tweakerville the way this place is. Unacceptable
