This
was
the
worst
hotel
experience
of
my
life,
and
the
hotel
management
didn't
care
at
all.
I
work
two
jobs
and
have
toddlers.
I
haven't
slept
in
months.
So,
I
came
here
for
one
night
away.
One
night
of
sleep.
There
is
absolutely
no
protection
from
sound.
I
was
put
on
the
second
floor
with
my
window
facing
the
pool
and
my
room
was
across
the
hall
from
a
large
group
of
people.
From
the
minute
I
checked
in
at
3:00pm,
they
decided
to
be
as
loud
as
possible.
They
were
going
in
and
out
of
their
room
to
a
room
across
the
hall
and
every
five
minutes
they
were
slamming
their
door.
They
were
yelling
in
the
hallways
and
fighting
and
crying
because
clearly
there
was
some
relationship
drama
going
on
in
the
group
from
what
they
made
the
rest
of
the
hotel
hear.
I
ignored
it
until
I
tried
to
go
to
sleep.
Then
they
just
got
louder
after
happy
hour
(go
figure)
and
their
drama
got
worse.
They
decided
that
they
were
the
only
ones
staying
in
the
hotel
and
didn't
care
about
any
of
the
other
guests
trying
to
sleep.
They
went
out
to
the
pool,
and
I
had
to
listen
to
the
group
SCREAMING
out
there
for
hours.
The
hotel
management
did
NOTHING!
I
get
that
they
were
having
fun,
but
they
weren't
just
talking
and
maybe
shouting
or
laughing
a
little,
they
were
fully
yelling
from
8-10pm.
I
ended
up
cranking
my
AC
down
to
keep
it
running
to
try
to
drown
them
out
so
I
could
sleep.
Didn't
work.
When
they
came
back
to
their
room,
they
were
back
to
slamming
their
door
every
five
minutes,
running
up
and
down
the
hall
between
the
rooms,
and
not
ONCE
did
they
just
knock
on
either
of
the
doors
they
were
going
back
and
forth
to.
They
would
knock
on
the
door
for
several
minutes
until
it
was
answered,
(Three
times
is
all
it
takes
people,
calm
down.
No
one
wants
to
hear
that)
calling
out
for
Maria
and
asking
her
to
open
the
door,
then
the
group
of
men
came
back,
and
I
got
to
listen
to
the
group
of
girls
staying
in
the
room
across
from
me
arguing
with
the
group
of
boys
from
down
the
hall,
right
outside
my
door
about
how
one
of
the
guys
wasn't
allowed
in
there
and
'she
doesn't
want
to
talk
to
him'.
I
DON'T
CARE.
I
CAME
HERE
FOR
ONE
NIGHT
OF
SLEEP.
SHUT
UP.
I
called
the
front
desk
multiple
times,
and
each
time
I
was
told
someone
would
come
up
and
ask
them
to
be
quiet,
but
they
never
did
because
the
slamming
of
doors,
yelling,
and
incessant
knocking
never
stopped.
As
the
night
progressed,
it
actually
got
worse.
I
got
to
listen
to
it
for
hours,
they
woke
me
up
every
10-20
minutes,
and
I
was
waiting
for
the
hotel
to
do
something,
but
the
staff
did
not
care
at
all.
My
one
night
away
ended
up
being
back-to-back
powernaps
and
it
was
the
worst
sleep
I
have
ever
gotten
because
the
guests
didn't
care
about
being
loud
and
the
hotel
staff
refused
to
do
anything.
I
am
livid
that
Drury
Inn
charged
me
$194
just
to
have
to
deal
with
this
and
get
even
less
sleep
than
I
normally
do
at
home.
