I stayed here Jan 27-29, 2023. Good location. Nice size rooms. Good parking. It's nice that they serve dinner and breakfast. They also have a bar. Rooms were clean and housekeeping was done daily (request it when checking in). The window in my room was facing north, so a nice view of the mountains and, to my surprise, the local balloon ride company launches balloons right across the street (if winds are favorable).

Staff very nice and rooms were good. However, there were so many kids running around and dripping water everywhere. They were in the food areas with swimming suits and some without shirts or shoes. It’s as if some of the people and kids have never been around food before. So, while the hotel was nice and we slept well, the guests were not so great. They treated this place like a public pool and buffet.

Best hotel ever. Been traveling long time and staying on Drury and it's always such a great experience. Being a tourist is hard sometimes so getting breakfast, kickback, the beverages, and also popcorn is just amazing. Hotel is clean, the service has never disappointed me, it is always great. 👌

One of the best experiences at a hotel and I have traveled a lot for business and pleasure. New building and great, clean rooms. The lobby with the bar and breakfast area were amazing and very clean The best part was the super friendly staff that always said hello when entering and leaving and answered all the questions we had. Will definitely stay here again when in Phoenix area.

We came in from New Mexico for my father's surgery at the Mayo Clinic and rented a room for 2 weeks. They left a sweet letter welcoming my dad, sending him wishes of a speedy recovery and a nice little snack box. Everyone except one of the female bartenders were so nice and helpful. She was a little snarky but it didn't ruin the experience. The Breakfast spread is plentiful and good. We ordered late as well one night and the food was really yummy (grilled cheese and a grilled chicken sandwich with a side salad). They have a mini snack store with some adult beverages if you don't want to order at the bar. The rooms are nice, clean, and comfy. The only negative was that the bottom of the door was a tad too short so a little more noise than we wanted came in but we resolved that with a rolled towel and closed the door to the bedroom (it was a suite). Overall, is stay there again and recommend it to others.

We've been here for a week with three more weeks to go while our house is being renovated. Let's face it, Drury Inn is a horrible name and it's pretty much the whole reason we've never stayed here before. But, we've obviously been missing out. The staff is incredible, from the front desk associates, to those keeping the food fresh and making my mixed drinks, to the lovely ladies dropping off new towels. Everyone has gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. It's truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and I'm looking forward to the next few weeks and checking out other locations on our adventures.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful hotel!!! I've worked for Hilton hotels and I have to say this EXCEEDED my expectations!!!! My family stayed this past weekend and I just have to say it was an incredible stay! The free breakfast, free dinner for the entire family, free soda and popcorn!! You CANNOT beat that! The staff was very friendly. The bar and late night eats...perfection! I even requested extra towels and pillows when I booked my room. Was very pleased to see they were in the room already as we walked in. Every other hotel I've stayed at never fulfilled my requests like that. And did I mention the rooms are very clean and spacious with comfortable beds and fluffy pillows!!! The half indoor/outdoor pool was perfect temperature and the jacuzzi was big too. I can keep going on....this hotel is just PERFECTION! I will 1,000% BE BACK!!!!!

Good area...no security concerns Food is excellent. Rooms.clean. But the touted 3 free drinks ( for a beer drinker) is Bud Light. Forewent the rice beer and paid $6 for Coors light at their small bar. Trying to give away two nights/six Bud lights free card but so far no takers. You can't give it away. Attn Drury who has AB love...change is good.

My friend arrived from out of state. They have a bat and mini bar restaurant. I believe they stay open late. What I also liked is that usually their doors are automated to open. After 10pm we had to scan the card to get in. Everything was nice and neat. The lobby was wonderful.

Highly Recommend! Rates were very reasonable, cheap actually! Was pleasantly surprised to find out not only do they have a decent breakfast (eggs were not good, but seems like every hotel uses the same bad tasting eggs) but they also offered a happy hour/ dinner that consisted of 3 free alcohol drinks, pulled pork sandwiches, baked potatoes, veggies. Etc. Rooms were quiet, and beds we’re comfortable. Close to lots of shopping. Will definitely consider this hotel again if in the northern part of town! Shoot we may even drive a little further to this hotel, even if we have plans downtown.

This is my to go place when I visit my family. They also have a great breakfast I didn’t get a chance to have dinner but I’ll try next time I’m there. The rooms are clean and very comfortable

Been staying with drury for over 4 years now. Always our top choice. Budget-friendly price with great service and clean rooms. Free breakfast and happy house are also included. One out of the two elevators is broken. Else everything is perfect like always.

this is always the best place ever! I have left reviews before. but I had to give a big shout out to Lauryn in customer relations. we made a mistake in our booking and she totally worked magic and accommodated us. Also it was a pleasant surprise. We stayed quite often and others stay at the Drury Inn suites and I met her in Denver Colorado even though she’s from Phoenix so when we came back tonight it was nice to see a friendly face! Also the staff is always amazing here. The bartender and the food service. Again I can’t say enough about this place and the accommodations.

Location wasn't great, not necessarily their fault. Beautiful hotel. Small 50 deposit upon check in. Room was large, very clean. Loved it. Pool was big half indoor half outdoor. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about our stay was fabulous. I was in the hotel industry for over 15 years and I cannot say enough how great our stay was…service in all departments were excellent. We will definitely be staying here again when in the Phoenix area.

I've stayed here multiple times and I'm never disappointed! The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, never too busy to assist, from the front desk to the kitchen staff and bar area! The rooms are always clean and are very roomy!

The staff here is welcoming and friendly. We had a wonderful experience with everyone we encountered. It's easy to see the staff like working there. They find the guests interesting and enjoyed talking to everyone. It was an absolute joy to stay here

Perfect spot to stay the night on our trip to Sedona after flying in to PHX. Having complimentary meals, drinks, and popcorn available at the hotel while traveling was so convenient. The food was good and the soda fountain machine was available during the breakfast and dinner hours, which is a bonus for me! Crispy diet coke! Clean rooms, clean bathroom, comfy bed and pillows, and extra friendly staff.

This is a nice place to stay! The rooms look good, are pretty spacious, and most importantly, clean. The complimentary drinks and food are big perks which should be taken into account when booking if price is a concern. We did use the pool, which was nice and clean as well. I would recommend this hotel

This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and the hotel management didn't care at all. I work two jobs and have toddlers. I haven't slept in months. So, I came here for one night away. One night of sleep. There is absolutely no protection from sound. I was put on the second floor with my window facing the pool and my room was across the hall from a large group of people. From the minute I checked in at 3:00pm, they decided to be as loud as possible. They were going in and out of their room to a room across the hall and every five minutes they were slamming their door. They were yelling in the hallways and fighting and crying because clearly there was some relationship drama going on in the group from what they made the rest of the hotel hear. I ignored it until I tried to go to sleep. Then they just got louder after happy hour (go figure) and their drama got worse. They decided that they were the only ones staying in the hotel and didn't care about any of the other guests trying to sleep. They went out to the pool, and I had to listen to the group SCREAMING out there for hours. The hotel management did NOTHING! I get that they were having fun, but they weren't just talking and maybe shouting or laughing a little, they were fully yelling from 8-10pm. I ended up cranking my AC down to keep it running to try to drown them out so I could sleep. Didn't work. When they came back to their room, they were back to slamming their door every five minutes, running up and down the hall between the rooms, and not ONCE did they just knock on either of the doors they were going back and forth to. They would knock on the door for several minutes until it was answered, (Three times is all it takes people, calm down. No one wants to hear that) calling out for Maria and asking her to open the door, then the group of men came back, and I got to listen to the group of girls staying in the room across from me arguing with the group of boys from down the hall, right outside my door about how one of the guys wasn't allowed in there and 'she doesn't want to talk to him'. I DON'T CARE. I CAME HERE FOR ONE NIGHT OF SLEEP. SHUT UP. I called the front desk multiple times, and each time I was told someone would come up and ask them to be quiet, but they never did because the slamming of doors, yelling, and incessant knocking never stopped. As the night progressed, it actually got worse. I got to listen to it for hours, they woke me up every 10-20 minutes, and I was waiting for the hotel to do something, but the staff did not care at all. My one night away ended up being back-to-back powernaps and it was the worst sleep I have ever gotten because the guests didn't care about being loud and the hotel staff refused to do anything. I am livid that Drury Inn charged me $194 just to have to deal with this and get even less sleep than I normally do at home.

Great hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. So nice to be able to check in at 10 am! Very nice complimentary breakfast and light meal later in the day. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Dude serving free drinks was rude and treated people obviously differently if they tipped him first. He was the only blight on an otherwise great experience!

I stayed with my boyfriend. But I’m married so kinda a perfect place to get away and not let your husband know where your at. I’ve been cheating on him for about a year so book these little trips to get away .

Amazing staff along with wonderful accommodations. Included in your stay is a breakfast buffet as well as a dinner buffet. You also receive 3 free alcoholic drinks as well. Pool area is always clean with no shortage of towels. Hot tub is maintained and definitely hot enough to sweat. Plenty of shade on the pool deck . 2 elevators and plenty of carts help you get your stuff to the room and back!

Drury Inn is a fantastic place to rest. I only live 7 minutes away but checked in due to air conditioner at my home going down. I had the pleasure of staying here for 4 nights. I could go on about the great rooms, comfortable beds the great food they serve you for dinner and breakfast. But what really sold me was how each and every person who works there is genuine pleasant and they all seem very happy to be there. There was one young lady, Lauryn who really stood out. She is so friendly and caring, she mad me laugh when I felt like crying. I was shocked to learn that she had only been with the company for a short time. To the manager Dewayne, you got a great team and Lauryn I will be back you can count on that! Thank you!

Love this hotel chain. I’ve never had a bad experience. This location had friendly staff. I had called to make a reservation (had confirmation email) but it was not coming up on their computer. They offered to get me checked-in anyway and make sure I wouldn’t be charged for the original reservation if it did pop up. They were also very welcoming to my dog who I was traveling with. Rooms smelled great (especially for a place that allows pets!) and breakfast was delicious. Bartender made a great Bloody Mary! Will definitely be staying again. I definitely Recommend this location!

Rooms were somewhat clean. Happy hour food is not worth the visit. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to eat.

God is Amazing!! Staying here was a treat. The workers work hard as a team and seem happy to help the guests. They made us feel cared for. The room was clean and comfortable. The popcorn is the lobby was nice to have. The breakfast and the 5:30pm Kickback was enjoyable. If Tyrone is making drinks, make sure to ask for the “Ty Special” if you like a yummy Vodka mixed drink. We recommend it here and we’d be happy to visit again.

We stayed here when our air conditioner went out and couldn't be replaced for a few days. It's a wonderful hotel! Staff cares and helped us with a needed late checkout no questions asked. Beds were comfortable, room was clean. Very secure. They lock the front doors at night. Free drinks for guests every night at happy hour and a lovely bar with food to order if you'd like to. Would 100% reccomend to anyone that needs to stay in the area.

Stayed here for business. It’s safe, clean, and the staff is super helpful and friendly. Had one issue with the adjacent suite during my stay - no fault of the hotel or staff. They took care of it immediately, without hassle, and I could have asked for a better stay. The breakfast is nice. Eggs, fresh fruity, biscuits, toast, and cereal. I’d definitely look at staying here again the next time I’m here for business.

Such awesome service, from a hot breakfast. To extra towels, to fresh popcorn at night. This hotel is spotless. And so accommodating. This will definitely be my new go to. Thank you for your awesome service 😀 ❤️

My son and I spent 3 nights here and we loved it. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom was nice and big with good water pressure in the shower. Beyond that, I have to say I appreciated the staff and their hospitality. Every person I encountered was so kind. The girl who checked us in gave us a top floor room away from the elevator and highway, just because we were staying more than a couple nights. The kitchen staff who ran the breakfast each morning were friendly and working so hard. We were honestly blown away when we came back to the room on our first night and ran into another family in the elevators who had plates of food. We asked where they got it and they said the hotel runs a dinner bar every night just like the breakfast bar in the mornings! No joke, there's pulled pork sliders, a nacho bar, chili, and a soda fountain down there. We never wound up eating any of it, but I was super impressed that they offered it and that family told us they were having that for dinner every night of their stay and they thought it was great! Our second night there, we stopped down at the lobby bar to get my son a Shirley Temple. I had my "3 free drinks each night for hotel guests" coupon in my hand, and although I felt a little silly using it to order a kids drink, the girl who was bartending was so sweet. She gave him extra cherries in his drink and didn't charge anything for it. Overall, we were both very happy with our stay here. It's located far enough north of downtown Phoenix that it's in a pretty quiet area, but it's right off the highway, so getting around with a rental car was really easy. Highly recommend, would totally stay here again.

Don't forget to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your stay. This website will compare hundreds of booking websites and typically will have rates a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later! This resort is one of the highest rated in this area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you definitely won't be disappointed. Great hotel. Very clean. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. So nice to be able to check in at 10 am! Very nice complimentary breakfast and light meal later in the day. Beds were soft and very comfortable. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! Super clean and free breakfast and diner. Had to book at last minute because I was turned down by double tree for not being 21. They did not disclose this to me and have let me stay before. I was very upset and scared because I had traveled a long way and had planned on staying there! I called this hotel and they were super friendly and let me stay being under 21. Very comforting and comfortable! I could not recommend this place higher!!!

My kids and I had an excellent experience staying here this past weekend! We stayed in room 711 and it was perfect. The customer service was exceptional. All staff were amazing, the room was clean, they have a great pool, kids really enjoyed it, everyone was so kind, helpful and accommodating. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back when in Phoenix again! Thank u to everyone at the Drury!

I've done a lot of traveling, and this place deserves 5 stars. Including dinner and breakfast, in a quiet clean hotel, just does not get better than that. And the indoor/ outdoor pool with jacuzzi...great! Priced right.

Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Hands down. Staff is super nice. Everything is clean. They have an amazing happy hour-with food! The indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub are super clean and very refreshing. Overall we are all SofaKing pleased we chose this place.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to. Seriously. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have free breakfast AND dinner with so much variety. They have a soda fountain and fresh popcorn popped in the evenings. Pet friendly with potty stations. What a wonderful experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your resort. This web site will compare hundreds of booking websites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome :)! This place is one of my favorites in the area. I have been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be disappointed. Stopped here last minute and still was able to get a king suite for a decent price. Night desk clerk was very nice as was the check out clerk in the morning. Very clean and nice place.
