Nicely updated old 6. Friendly and attentive staff. Rooms nicely redone. Especially appreciated replacement of carpet with vinyl plank flooring. Much more sanitary. Seems to be successfully fighting the trend of old motels to become a flop house for the addicted. Ice machine access was inconvenient, and the bathtub lacked a drain plug. Parking is well lit at night - they do leave the light on for you. Price was reasonable, and I would return here.

This place is a dump... It's not clean. The towels and the sheets are dirty, everything has stains, the "security" latch nearly falls off the door, and the remote to my TV is missing. But worst of all, I'm in a non-smoker's room, but It stinks terrible off cigarettes. I know that it's not a luxury hotel, but this is unacceptable. The staff was nice and helpful, but that's the only positive this is absolutely not worth the +/- 350$ I've paid.

DON'T STAY HERE.... NOT SAFE OR CLEAN.. I pulled in to get two rooms #153 #264. OMG.. so nasty 🤢🤢🤢 bathrooms not clean. Found a drug bag under my mattress.. can't even change a light bulb..this location is not safe. I stayed at this location for 20 minutes long enough to go in my room look at it see how nasty it was and ask for a refund and leave.

I Literally killed 25 roaches in less than 1 hour of being here! I told the front desk they said that I could not get my money back! I am calling cooperate first thing Monday morning! I took pictures of the roaches iand i will try to upload them! This place is a joke and nasty it smells like cigarette smoke i could not use the toilet roaches was all over! I left because I couldn't stay in that roach infested room! And to think that people are actually living there! And the killing part is the roo. Was $106 , no ma'am no sir don't do it!

This place is mismanaged the security guard acts like he's a warden of a prison and treats the people who stay there like his prisoners. On several occasions I've caught the security guard with his ear different doors and windows trying to listen to see how many people are staying in a room. Even hears more people than what are registered then he kicks them out immediately. I don't think that's right even though I know it's against policy, I feel his time would be better spent patrolling the perimeter and making sure no crackheads I walk around a lot breaking into people's cars.

I called your hotel because. Guest of yours and a friend of mineasked me to give her a ride home. I don't know her room number but I only ask that you ring her room. I already know she is staying there. I sooriste your security but I know she is there I don't want any info just for to be put through to her. Now she will not have a ride home and she has no phone to call me back. What you expect her to walk home on christmas? So I should just come down there and yell her name at the top of my lungs until she hears me And answers. They won't confirm or deny that she is stay there. I already know she is, so if you put me through she will know that I know and we can go about our lives on Christmas. I said to the guy who was no help and wouldn't help that this was ridiculous and he rudly said he agreed and hung up on me very bad customer service. Stupid unprofessional bad customer service. I guess we know why motel 6 is only 2 star but should I actually be one. This is as bad as the hotel at Metro center. I think it may be the same company. Thanks for nothing and I will be sure to never stay at your chain ever again. I know I am only one guest but I am sure there are others and 1 is actually enough for such a week hotel Thanks for abdolutly nothing. Date is 22 25 2023 so you know who is working the front desk in this Christmas morning.

Staying here was horrific. They have cockroaches, the rooms smell disgusting like mold and smoke, and are dirty. I had 2 kids with me and I wasn’t going to have them stay here. They didn’t refund me my 200 dollars. This is what I dealt with after driving 24 hours to get here. I was exhausted, and cried because my kids didn’t have a bed to sleep in after that long trip. Absolutely disgusting. You can tell surfaces weren’t even wiped, now imagine the things we can’t see.

As a former hotel reservations clerk PLEASE offer an apology when your guest is checked into a roach filled , dirty beds and no pillows room and a pile of dirt! 12/9/23 was one of the worst days of our lives!! My husband and I stayed here 4 yrs ago and sadly it has turned into a less than desirable motel 6! PLEASE train your maintenance men not to use the excuse of disturbing a roach nest when clearly you are upset. We were calm and polite and didn't cause a scene, yet that scene literally traumatized me!! The upcoming refund will not help my skin to stop crawling!

X house keeper bring your own sheets and blankets. They don’t change their top blankets and cover it up with sheets. They don’t know how to make a bed appropriately. There are stains and holes from where people smoked on the sheets. Worst hotel I’ve ever worked at. Shady people stay and work here too. Workers are mostly likely to be illegal as well.

The staff was lovely, but I did not feel safe here. There were people yelling abusive things all night, I couldn’t sleep at all because different people were constantly cussing and yelling outside my window through 4am (I even had headphones but I could still hear it). This seemed like a motel 6 people come to get drunk and be loud as opposed to others that feel like a stop for travelers. The bathroom was a little…not the nicest motel 6 bathroom I’ve used. The towels did not look like they were cleaned/replaced/folded. Overall it’s a place to sleep, but since I couldn’t sleep it didn’t serve its purpose on top of the room smelling like cigarettes and the shower leaking. I loved the staff, they were so kind and friendly - it is the guests and the state of the rooms that made it unpleasant.

Do not stay here unless your intending to do illegal activities. Room sheets were not cleaned. I lifted up one of the mattresses in my room and found 3 heroine needles. Did not feel safe left shortly after finding the needles and booked a different hotel.

Kalynn was incredibly kind, warm, and caring. She smiled and provided excellent customer service. Ice was provided since there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room but everything else was fantastic. Very pleased with my experience. I

Best customer service I have ever had checking into a hotel in Phoenix! She needs to train all desks clerks. Great price. No deposit required. Can pay with both cash and debit card. I've stayed here many, many times over the past 7 years. Rooms always clean. Never seen any bugs. Never had any problems checking into during my stay. I say this has been my experience at almost all motel 6 locations in Arizona!

The staff is amazing. Tone and Gina are always so helpful. They always put customers first. The warm greeting I get when I arrive is one of the numerous reasons I come back. They always make sure we have the best experience possible which I really appreciate. Lisa at night is always helpful when we request towels or sheets or anything we need. She always has a smile on her face and is always so respectful. Martha makes sure the rooms are always neat and cleaned before we check in. Ariana is always on top of things, making sure guests are happy and safe. She really runs this place well. As far as motel 6 goes, every one of the staff members here go above and beyond which is why I will always come back and why I recommend this place for others.

Motel 6 is not a big favorite on my list but you can get a clean Room with a price that's a little High for what you get. There are very few Motels around the valley that are worth the price they want. It's not the Point it's just a place to rest.

I was kicked out an hour after i paid $96.80 for anouther night i was kicked out for smoking thing was i was in a smoking ròom the man working was threatening me and said i had 10 min to leave or he would call police i waited no police came i requested my money back he said i couldnt have a refund one he said he could smell it comming from my room i was inside a smoking room with my door closed he harased me and its sad this is alowed to happen and its like nothing i can do about it. Dont stay at this motel 6 the guy working the day shift on 11-9-22 dont know what rooms are smoking and not i confirmed with the person that checked me in that i indeed had a smoking room.

Roaches reside in this place. The staff is so very friendly. I feel the rooms are overpriced when there isn't a microwave or fridge in the rooms. Seriously, $100 when it doesn't even have these items but roaches reside. The towel rod was apart and partially on the floor when I arrived. I have a second night booked but am looking to book elsewhere.

Great stay just had checkout early because someone hit a gas meter. Phoenix fire department there evacuated everyone other than that great. We stay here all the time so we have private time from kids lol

When I arrived to check in it took a few minutes for the staff to acknowledge that my and other customers were there. The lady was however very nice. I asked for a room and was told it would be $158 (website said $111) a little pricey for Motel 6 regardless of location. Was given rm 115. I noticed a lot of people loitering on the property, witnessed an argument all before getting to my room. Upon opening the door to my room I was hit with an excessive odor of cigarette smells in the room (luckily I had some febreez in my truck). I sprayed the room dow and then checked it out. The bathroom sink did not drains the stopper is stuck in the closed position, the toilet seat was not attached, the shower was filthy, the TV remote didn't work, but that was ok cause the TV channels had no sound even with the volume turned all the way up. Beds were comfortable, but I lysoled them before laying down because room was not "clean". People wondering around, very noisy outside. For $158 it was definitely a rip off, if they are gonna charge that rate rooms should be clean and security should be present to keep the parking area clear. I have stayed at a lot of Motel 6 sites, this one is definitely below standards and is a disgrace to the brand.

We’ve had issues checking in at 3. We’ve had to wait over 2 hrs for a room despite having a reservation. The last 2 times we’ve called as I am disabled and need a room on the 1st floor. This time the lady argues with me about they had room available in the 2nd floor. I have back injuries and severe RA and can’t do stairs. She was not polite in the least and ordered me to wait. I am very upset. And now stressed. I know they deal with jerks at times but to be jerks because someone needs specific requirements is wrong. Especially for a room that was reserved and paid for in advance. I’m sorry I’m disabled and need 1st floor accommodations. You need to better prepare for your customers and reservations.

My opinion one of the top 4 cheaper rooms to rent. Sometimes is alot worse than others. Depends on the residents renting at that time. Would gave it a 4 star rating for rooms and service but again when certain renters rent there it develops a bug prob. Until they kick them out. Regardless bugs until that point and that's a Def 1 star maybe 2 If being taken care of. Service got 3 stars cuz they will keep your deposit for the tiniest thing. Would gave Service 5 stars otherwise. Reason for that rating they accept cash for room and deposit and deposit with cash is only around 80 bucks not no 4,5 or 600 like everywhere es. I'd stay there if alI had was cash.

Arianna is the best! Along with the rest of the people who work here. They're all so helpful and go above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant and comfortable. I've never had better service at a motel🖤

Was a good room but lots of flies an random roaches. No fridges or microwaves in the rooms, door didn't stay closed well and the deadbolt never worked. Linoleum floors turned our feet black due to lack of cleaning. Had someone walk into the room but was just a mistake. Nice enough but couldn't really enjoy the amenities due to homeless asking for stuff and rude guests dominating the pool area like it was personal turf. I hate Phoenix.

The rooms would be alright if there were no cockroaches running around. Love the option of early check in. The employees for the most part are nice and helpful. Security is strict so even if the area is not the best the motel it's self is..

No complaints. If you are looking for great price, great service, smoothe interaction with staff, this is the best choice. I've been to many and I keep returning here for many reasons. Also, housekeeping is always friendly and helpful, security does a great job and front staff is amazing too. Nikki in the front makes it more pleasant and treats everyone with the most respect and kindness. These qualities are hard to find these days. Thank you.
