Great place to stay if you are traveling with or without your pupper’s. Great service from the front desk staff to the housekeepers. Clean and well kept rooms. Quiet for the most part and very close to the freeway which makes coming and going easily accessible. Stores and restaurants near by what else could you ask for.

The office was uncomfortably tiny. The walls in our room all had splatter of some sort on them indicating they never get washed. The tub was black on the bottom. The sheets were dirty. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. We both couldn’t sleep because it hurt our backs so much. The pillows were very flat and there were only two instead of the hotel standard of 4 pillows. There was no ice, ice bucket, water, shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Only 1 towel was in the room. There was debri and cigarette butts all over the ground including in front of our hotel door. The curtains are beginning to fall off the hooks. The curtains are dirty. There were arguments and yelling outside several times which left me feeling unsafe. It took several hours to cool the room down to 70 in spite of the outdoor temp only being 80. The closet shelf was looking like it was about to fall off. The only nice thing I can say is the office staff was pleasant and professional, the shower water temperature was good, and the place looks nice from the outside if you don’t look too close. I wouldn’t stay there again even if it were for free.

What an awful experience. Iwould not recommend this hotel to any one. Stayed for a week it had punch wholes in the doors and there bedding was dingy and stained just like there towels. Add a little bleach? I put up a 150 cash deposit and they kept it because my husband is a tow truck driver and got the bath towels dirty oh my god .. Lots of homeless people and pill heads in the area. They would rather have druggys and dealers renting there than a hard working American who gets a little dirty.

DISGUSTING! I get it, what did I expect? My family stayed here when visiting with no complaints so I gave it a shot on my last day in Phoenix. The room was listed as non smoking, yeah okay... It smelled like someone had spent the whole day chain smoking. Got past that after the front desk brought some Lysol (without asking). This is what made me believe they hadn't finished cleaning the rooms and let us in anyway. There was a used tampon applicator in the bathroom, ranch in the fridge, hair ties spilled in the bathroom and hair in the tub. Not to mention the bathroom sink was clogged. We were so exhausted that we did not ask to change rooms or leave and eat $100. Sleep in your car before even thinking about coming here.

The room was dirty when I checked, dead bugs, and no clean towels were provided. I asked the front desk for the towels when I saw they were not in the room. Stayed two days, never received towels. Someone was doing drugs on the stairs outside my room at 2am. Random people walking around and riding bikes looked homeless or dealing drugs. Not a safe place to stay.

Very nice and helpful staff. The room itself was okay, but could be better. The floors were very dirty, and there is a lot of noise and people just hanging around between buildings 200 & 300 in the back of the Motel. I would recommend, but maybe get a tour of the room before you lock one down.

Clean rooms, friendly staff make u feel welcome down to check out. I would always feel like I'm being kicked out at other hotel not here. I've even asked for extra time and they truly made me feel welcome and at ease. Highly recommend this hotel than a others.

Worst Motel I’ve ever stayed at. The only extended stay motel that does not provide dishes, silverware, paper towels or even shampoo. After three days I was finally given a plastic spoon and fork. At move in, the room had two packets of coffee. After that I was denied any additional coffee for my remaining 6 days. I had to walk a block away to get my morning coffee every day. I received no fresh towels or linens or even my garbage emptied for my entire 8 day stay. Not even a trash can in the kitchen. The water was turned off for a whole day with no hot water till the second day. Totally Terrible Stay!

I have been a customer on and off with the Studio 6 Deer Valley location for over ten years. The recent stay showed the rooms I’ve stayed in to be remodeled. The maintenance staff shows up very fast when needed. The front desk is always kind and ready to help regardless of the situation. The management is very kind and flexible with situations that come up. I enjoy my visits and will continue to doing business with them.

The ladies in the office for very helpful and extremely friendly, always accommodating you with whatever I needed! Cash and Alicia are hands down the best ladies in the front and is quick to fix any issues if needed!! The rooms were nice, the AC works great, and the security was on point. Definitely coming back !

A round of applause for the stellar Studio 6 team – Melissa, Cash, and Ashley holding down the fort at the front desk, alongside Patrick and his security team ensuring a safe haven. Extending your stay is a walk in the park, thanks to their efficiency. On a side note, a little kitchenette upgrade with dishes and pans would be a welcome addition. Plus, a heads-up – the washer and dryers could use a spruce-up. Despite these minor tweaks, the Studio 6 crew excels, making my stay an overall positive experience. Keep up the fantastic work!

When I tell you the price was outstanding. I went through my mind how I was going to make my payment and they told me what it would be and it was lower than expected. The rooms have lots of space and the kitchens are complete. Thank you to the staff and management

So far so good! I have been staying at this location for several months now and I don't have any complaints. The property is nice, clean, and quiet. The employees are all very pleasant and helpful. Keep it up guys! Good job.

I'm from Texas and came to Phoenix for work. The first hotel was not even forth a half star for what they were charging. That same day, I started looking for another place to stay and found Motel 6. I asked to see a room first before I made any decisions and they were very accommodating. When I first saw the room I was hooked and have been here for 3 months and never had an issue with the staff or service. They are friendly and helpful with anything I needed.

I've been staying at this studio 6 off and on for well over year. Stays are anywhere from one night to a few weeks. The front desk has always done a great job to get me checked in very quickly and without any issues. They make everything really easy and stress free. The rooms are nice, stove top, microwave, nice sized refrigerator and a kitchen sink. Basically a studio apartment. If you pay with a card, debit or credit, there has been no deposit. Cash requires a deposit of only $50 USD, that makes this place a great choice and easy on your wallet. All in all I'd say you can't go wrong staying here. Location doesn't have much around it, but it's right by the interstate, easy access to the entire city.

Stopping in very late on a cross country trip. Just needed a clean bed to get a few hours of sleep. The room we were provided was beyond disgusting. It smelled, was dirty, and looked like something out of hotel hell. There was blood stains on the bed, mystery stains on the curtains, the shower had body hair all over the tub. The counters were hacked up and missing doors. The one word would be disgraceful. Even at 2am in the morning I was not going to let my family stay in such a disgusting place. I brought it to the desk clerk who basically said it's not his issue and he doesn't have any control over the rooms- he offered to give me another room. The rooms were night and day different! Like two completely different hotels. Very well cleaned and updated. My advise to management is have a modicum of damn standards.... and don't EVER give a room that disgusting to a family- it should be a health board issue. If you are staying here and they try to give you room 159. Give the key back to them and say "no thanks" and keep driving.

Staff is very friendly and helpful the general manager is great and has great customer service skills. Mari at the front desk was amazing! The rooms as well as the property is well maintained and kept clean. Its a good family friendly place to be at. Plus the kitchen in every room are a bonus too. I would recommend to stay here to everyone.

I personally haven't had any issues with staff or residents , everyone has been pleasant. Maintenance has been on their A game when I need their help.Since, the time I've been here it's been a very pleasant stay, rooms were clean, laundry room is clean and outside landscape kept up weekly. Well besides dog owners NOT being responsible when it comes to picking up their dog poo and staff not letting you know about how to save money or specials. Except, one Vanessa. But, other than that I've been enjoying my stay. Oh and maybe continental breakfast might be helpful. Wink wink

Very nice staff and always provided us clean towels. Much better than Motel 6 and safer. Only gripe is they need to do renovations to the bathroom shower/tub and repaint the entire room because there are scuffs all over the walls. Also plenty of room to add some chairs

I've stayed here for about a month and they have great deals and workable prices. Nightly security so nothin too bad happens around here they try to work with you on your room and are always friendly. They have a great team of staff and front desk women who brighten your day when you come in. Definitely a good place to stay whether long term or not

The staff are very friendly and always helpful. My room was very clean and very quiet. Never had any issues when I walked around the place was always clean. I love this place thank you for all the great days I stayed.

No room deposit. Smoking rooms available. Room wasn't perfect but clean and in decent condition. Laundry facility on-site was great. Everything worked and it was super clean. Front desk was nice. But, the reservation phone line was outstanding. I think the customer service agent's name was Dan. He is a true professional. Overall a good experience

We stayed at this Studio 6 for 3 nights and 4 days. I can honestly say this is one of the best studio 6 experiences we have ever had. The front desk staff (special thanks to Miguel, the front desk manager and her daughter) they made our experience a whole lot better. Between excellent customer service, excellent knowledge plus some, it made our trip a lot nicer. The room was pretty nice, it's to my understanding that it will be renovated soon, but for an older room it's still pretty clean with some nice features! Thank you Studio 6, we will be bringing our business back to this property and telling friends who plan on staying in Phoenix to stay here!

Our room was a dump. The room we booked was for a non smoking room with a queen bed. The bed was a full size bed and people had been smoking in the room. The room number was 218 and had not been updated for many years. Very dirty due to this fact. We got a refund and left. The front desk staff were nice but I would never stay at this place. Pictures online were nothing like the room.

The air conditioner was one of the most disgusting things I’ve ever seen. Sure, the filter was clean. But EVERYTHING else inside of it was CAKED with an unknown brown substance. Someone as well jammed cigarette butts inside so the next person using it would have a room that smelled like cigarettes. Lovely. The front desk staff worked with me and did what they could. But ultimately there was more to do then even they could take on. There’s a serious lack of maintenance staff. The smoke alarm was popped out and high voltage electrical wires were hanging out, the AC was absolutely and utterly disgusting. The room also had NONE of the things promised. No plates, no cups, no silverware, no cooking pots/pans. Literally nothing. As well, the fridge had the setting adjusted to the highest possible temperature, and we didn’t realize of course until we went to eat our left overs the next day.

Great customer service! Alicia was fantastic. She made us feel right at home. Enjoyed being able to cook instead of eating out for every meal. The kitchenette was a hit. Thank you Ashley, Melissa and all for an enjoyable time!

The Rooms are clean the property is always clean and you can tell the staff and Management work together and work hard to ensure that each guest receive the best costumer service and anticipate what needs may arise from pots and pans to hygiene it's available. I can say that management and staff take pride in the apprance of the hotel property as well as themselves they always look professional and clean and the property and rooms look the same same. Thank you all at Studio 6 Dear Valley from maintenance to management you all are amazing.

So the rooms weren't as clean as I thought they'd be... However, from the last time I stayed, they've definitely been remodeled. The bed was comfortable & pillows were super plump! But the floors were really dirty, like left my socks black 🤢 But the front office lady, Alicia, was very pleasant, patient & is a wonderful addition to the hotel!

After staying at the studio six for two months, I can confidently say that hotel has great staff. Kaitlin, Alicia, Ashley, Vanessa have been nothing but helpful and kind. They always get everything I need and make sure that I am a satisfied guest. They are always making sure things are clean and do their best to make the overall stay great. Thank you guys!!

First room was not clean under the bed, we have 1 puppy that will eat or put anything in his mouth. We went back in to the office and asked for a different room. The lady was super helpful and had a different room checked and had us look at it. The second room was much better. The front desk staff was extremely helpful.
