Fobs!! Not sure how no one has commented yet on their nightmare of a fob system. They go out constantly for no apparent reason all at the same time. You cannot get into the building when this happens. At their best, you have to scan multiple times to get in! This becomes a personal safety issue if you’re out at night trying to get in. They know this is an ongoing issue, but refuse to address it. Also, the garage doors are constantly breaking. There are many other problems, but these are the worst of them IMO. They hold raffles and give out prizes In exchange for positive reviews so I question most of the positive reviews on here. On the upside, you’re close to sprouts and it’s probably the nicest building in this area. The maintenance team is great. Just prepare to have your rent increase every year, and become exponentially more disappointed in how things are run.

Key fobs! I don’t enjoy being locked out of my home at random hours of the day. Thankful for the neighbors in hallways that hear us banging to get in. This has been an issue for years here

My experience living here, and moving in here just a few weeks ago has been very, very pleasant. The leasing team here is super well versed and are there to help. The amenities are great, and the maintenance crew are absolutely phenomenal and super helpful and actually care about things. The parking and building is well secured and I feel confident with my own safety. Special shout-out to April and Wyatt, they’re amazing staff at the front line, super accommodating, and go above and beyond with their work. I highly recommend the Astor at Osborn if you’re looking to stay in the Phoenix area, I’ve even gotten a few friends in the prospect of leasing here because they know how much I love it!

I’ve been moving apartments any time my lease is over but this is the first time I’ve renewed a lease because I love where I live. Areas are always clean, beautiful pool and gym. Super close to all the things and sprouts! I feel like any apartment I’ve lived in I can hear my neighbors and this is the first place where I can actually sleep. Anytime I need maintenance or repair, they are super quick and efficient. The front desk, Madi, it always super friendly. She actually is the one that had helped me move in the first day and help get all my paperwork sorted out. everyone is so nice and helpful.

I came to tour the Astor Apartments and Jeremy was so sweet and helpful. Not only was he especially knowledgeable of the entire Mark Taylor design of the building but he was also knowledgeable of the area and community. We found him to be so genuinely nice and helpful. Although we are still deciding on where to live; Jeremy has helped us narrow our options down by showing us this exquisite property. We thank you for your help!

Have you ever had an experience so amazing that you just didn’t want to leave? If you have, you probably have it somewhere within your heart to want to go back, maybe even live there. But what exactly made that experience unique for you? Sure, the location might be impeccable and the facilities immaculate but if you really think about it, it’s the people that leave the biggest impression. For me, there is one reason that stuck out above the rest and his name is Jeremy. Jeremy was the most welcoming, professional and knowledgeable tour guide i’ve ever met. He truly made our visit to The Astor not only one to remember but one that has made me hope that I may call it home, as soon as possible. 11/10 in my book. The Astor has been the best apartment complex that I have ever been to! The location is a huge plus! What really makes me happy with The Astor is the service department. Alex and Mark always make sure to keep the complex looking amazing! Their costumer service is wonderful! They always make sure to get things done super quick and and with good quality work! The maintenance team is what really makes this place 5 stars. The property is super well kept and anytime I placed a work order (not often) they were there within a day to resolve the concern. They’re all super friendly and go above and beyond (the maintenance team). Update since we moved out: we really liked working with Wyatt, April, and Maddie. They were amazing and incredibly helpful every time we ran into something. The only bad thing about the complex is someone is always crashing into the garage doors and the fob readers will give you issues
